Holiday rentals with a sauna in Alpes-Maritimes

Stephane was waiting on my daughter and me when we arrived to let us in, show us around, and answer any questions. He was very kind and helpful. We enjoyed the place, great location, and very comfortable. We would stay there again. Thank you Annie and Stephane!!

My wife and I had the best vacation ever! This is the best Airbnb i’ve ever rented by far. Ela was a fantastic host. The building (Parc du Cap) is incredible. It’s brand new, with unbelievable amenities such as beautiful indoor and outdoor pools, a fantastic tennis court, a top notch gym and spa boasting a world class sauna, steam room and even a cold room. The apartment itself was immaculate with top notch appliances and a large furnished terrace. The location was as good as it gets! It’s only a 5 minute walk to the heart of Juan-les-Pins and all the restaurants, bars, and shops. It’s also only a 5 minute walk to all the amazing beaches. We also walked 15 minutes to go into Antibes and all their restaurants, beaches etc. If I could sum our experience in one word it would be- PERFECT! Gary Busel

Wow ! We loved our stay here. The location was perfect for hopping on the metro or some days we even walked. It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood very close to the supermarket so you can easily grab some things for the refrigerator. When we arrived Brian was there to let us in and we even got to check in early! He was also very responsive to any questions and very helpful. The pictures of this place do not do it justice! Honestly it looks even better in person . The balcony is huge and so perfect for lounging and family meals . Also the bedrooms were great sizes for 3 people . One room has a queen and the other has a king. The air conditioning was also lovely at night . Also , definitely try the hammam steam shower…soo nice at the end of the day walking so much! There is great wi-fi and a washing machine if you need it as well. Overall , I would definitely stay here again in Nice!

A fabulous and modern apartment with a terrace and stunning views of the beautiful Auron resort. We enjoyed the end of the day in the sun facing the slopes. Our host was accommodating and very responsive. The apartment is large and new. We'll be happy to go back!

Very nice cottage in a beautiful environment and special touches from the owners. 😜 Lots of small outdoor spaces to sit and read, have a drink. Or simply contemplate nature. The view is splendid! A river below is also to be discovered. The owners' pets: cat and dog are also affectionate. We really enjoyed this place, too bad the weather wasn't great for us. Bad timing!

cool Airbnb for a quick break. We were traveling with the campervan and it rained heavily, so we were spontaneously looking for a place to stay. Everything was very quick and the instructions were clear.

Karine was super nice, very easy going and wonderful to reach. She made an early check-in possible and we were able to "park" our luggage on departure, which gave us a great last day in Menton due to our departure time. Apartment 30m from the beach, very close to the center, everything within walking distance (several restaurants, bars on the beach, supermarkets, ...). Definitely a recommendation.

Excellent location and very clean accommodations. Highly recommend if you will be gone during ‘working hours’ with a note that there are currently extensive renovations happening in an adjoining unit during the day. Amenities were good, but be prepared to replace any supplies that end during the stay. Alain is a very fast and consistent communicator- much appreciated! Wonderful property- definitely recommend.

An unforgettable stay 5-10 minutes from the center of Cannes! The apartment was spotless and perfectly located. The balcony view was absolutely stunning—sipping morning coffee while watching the sun rise over the Mediterranean was a highlight. Margot David & the host team were available for any questions. Very pleasant 4-day stay because the accommodation perfectly matched the description and the host's explanations were perfectly clear. If we had not had family constraints, we would have liked to stay three or four days longer, as we were so happy and enthusiastic. Address to keep if we return to Menton.

We loved our stay at Adriana's place in Menton. The apartment is modern, clean, secure and it had amazing water views and access. The kitchen is well equipped with coffee, appliances, and a washing machine. The bed was comfortable and the linens clean and soft. We were greeted and checked out personally, which created a personal connection with the hostess. She toured us around the property, the secure garage where we parked our rental car, and made suggestions for dinners out and things to do. The apartment is located directly at the water's edge, giving you quick access to the beach and beautiful promenade. It's also located above France's #1 bakery, which was an amazing and unexpected perk. My husband and I had an amazing time in Menton, and we will be staying at Adriana's place again. She was so lovely and has been a huge help in recommending places to visit, wineries, art experiences during our time on the Riviera.

What a great host! Lovely place. 2 mins to the beach. Has indoor and outsoor pools. Host was very helptful, courteous and on too of things. Will be baxk some day.

A nice small apartment with everything needed for a short stay in a great location. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and welcoming.

The apartment is super in everything... furnished with care, every comfort present... it's hard to get out of the house so unique... Unique with its terrace overlooking the sea where your gaze does not stop admiring... You can spend pleasant time in the Jacuzzi right on the terrace…. A real poetry!!! Comfortable in every way... parking, elevator, air conditioning, shops and groceries under the house as well as great restaurants The sea you appreciate from the magnificent house is a stone's throw from it…. Free beaches but also with the possibility of renting a cot and umbrella…. lunches on the beautiful cobblestone bay…. Marie France was kind, thoughtful, and responsive…. She left for us small and appreciated gifts, even to our dog Olga made a gift... The only sad thing is to leave but leave the apartment with a satisfied and happy heart! Thank you for everything

Pauline is a very kind, knowledgeable and proactive host. She was very attentive to us during our stay and even before to make sure we were ready to climb the long and winding road up to the hamlet of Bergue. The views from here are breathtaking. The location is very peaceful and very convenient for hiking in the surrounding area and enjoying a glass of rosé on the terrace.

We (6 adults, 3 couples) visited Didier's house Thursday-Sunday late August and enjoyed his lovely house. We can greatly recommend this villa for those that wish to visit Cannes and also appreciate a spacious and secluded living, with all the amenities needed (including a big and very deep pool).

It’s a nice place in a private neighborhood. On the horizon you can recognize the sea. The pool area is further down from the main terrace, so it’s quite even when the kids play.

We were a group of 8 people and had such a wonderful time staying at this beautiful house! Everything was clean, spacious, and exactly like the pictures if not better. The house had everything we needed, and we felt so comfortable and relaxed the entire time. The host was kind, helpful, and always quick to respond if we had any questions. Our stay at this house was just magical. The mix between the charm of a Provencal home and the luxury touches that make it unique is perfect. The location is great: quiet, with hiking trails nearby, and a short walk to town to enjoy the amenities. The kids loved the hot tub and were well occupied between foosball, billiards and our pétanque games. It's really a place with this little ‘extra trick’.
