Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Alpes-Maritimes

We had a wonderful week long stay at Karine's apartment in the centre of Menton old town. It's a very secure location, with a spacious lounge, kitchen and dining area. The bed was really comfortable with extra pillows and blankets. The apartment is closed to an award winning bakery as well as bars, restaurants, supermarket and of course the beach and waterfront. Karine was very responsive and met us before and after our stay to guide us around. We had everything we needed for a lovely stay and would recommend this apartment to others.

I had a very nice stay with my 2 teenage daughters in Katja's apartment. It was clean, well equipped and had everything we needed. Katja is very friendly and responded quickly to our questions. Would love to come back!

Ghislaine was a terrific and responsive host. The apartment was updated and exactly as described. Bed was comfortable and all appliances were in good working conditions. It was nice to have air conditioning! I would just note that the shower was a bit small but we did not mind as the water pressure was great. The beach and train station were very close and the center of Nice was just a 15 minute walk away. We did not have a car so cannot comment on the garage space. The grocery where we left bags and picked up our keys before check in was right next door, making the trip very convenient. Overall, a very good value for a stay in a beautiful city.

I was lucky enough to meet Natalia in person when I arrived at her Antibes apartment and she was as kind and helpful in person, as she had been in our earlier communications and proved to be during my month long stay in Antibes. The apartment is lovely, spacious and well kitted out with plenty of utensils, crockery and cutlery,  as well as some spices and oils, and cleaning stuff, which is always useful. The apartment is light and airy, with a small balcony and a large terrace, so you can catch the sun all day. It is also really well situated; 15 minutes walk to both bus and train stations, 10 mins walk to the sea, and a couple of minutes to the old town. There are plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and cafes in the area. Public transport was good and I was able to get around the wider area easily. All in all for me it was the perfect base. A lovely apartment in a beautiful part of the world.

Perfect, clean and modern apartment with all you can need. Close to beach, grocery store and also a walk away from train station. Quiet and safe area and neighbours. Huge private terass for relaxing or eating outdoor. Helped us check in earlier and were also very fast with fixing extra bedsheets for the sofa bed. Five stars from me!

This place was perfect for us! Very clean and plenty of room for 3 people. Although if you happen to be tall, I have to warn you that the ceilings are lower and slanted on the sides since it is the top unit. The location is very much a 10/10. The beach is right across the street. The beach is rocky, bring a beach towel and you’ll be set to lay out comfortably. Also plenty of restaurants opened along the promenade, the Boulangerie next door was *chefs kiss*. The train stop is very close by and easily accessible to travel between the coastal towns. Josè et Christiane were very kind and attentive. I would definitely stay here again. For English speakers: Brush up on the basics, we didn’t encounter many people who spoke English and my French skills are “très terrible”, but we managed! The locals were very kind and patient with us.

Bon accueil, logement bien équipé, commerces pas très loin.

Charmante maison de village tout en hauteur (4 étages). L'emplacement dans la vieille ville de Tende est idéal, avec un parking aussi proche que possible pour ce type de logement. Frédéri est très disponible et d'un contact très agréable. Nous avons passé un super moment pour aller randonner dans la Vallée des Merveilles à côté

Très bon séjour chez notre hôte (qui plus est très sympathique et toujours disponible si besoin de renseignements) Nous étions sur place pour 3 jours de travail en équipe et nous avons pu allier l’efficacité au plaisir d’un lieu accueillant et avec une très belle vue. Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu paisible et agréable. Merci encore pour ce beau séjour !

Es war schlichtweg perfekt. Als Gruppe von 7 Leuten haben wir hier ganz entspannt meinen 30. Geburtstag gefeiert - und ich hätte mir die Zeit nicht schöner erträumen können. Die Fotos werden dem Grundstück und Haus kaum gerecht. Es ist noch schöner, noch größer und so unglaublich angenehm. Wir hatten die allerbeste Zeit vor Ort. Es war alles an Ausstattung vorhanden und hat wunderbar funktioniert. Selbst die 35 Grad Hitze konnte man in der Umgebung entspannt aushalten. Loïc und Helen waren wundervolle Gastgeber. Immer erreichbar, perfekte Tipps, ein fantastisches Haus. Wir waren so zufrieden, dass wir gar keine Lust hatten die Umgebung zu erkunden und du meiste Zeit einfach nur im Garten und Pool genossen haben.. Erwähnenswert ist vielleicht noch, dass es nur große Bettdecken für zwei Personen gibt. Wer gerne einzelne hat, sollte dies vorher ansprechen oder sich zusätzliche Laken mitbringen. Ich kann es kaum erwarten nochmal zu kommen und das Haus meiner Familie zu zeigen. DANKE! ❤️

Je recommande fortement caractère rustique mes très moderne une belle décoration petit village avec tout à coter à 10 minute de tout vraiment très agréable je recommande de vivement merci encore pour ce magnifique séjour

Gisèle est très accueillante et disponible , elle nous a conseillé sur les visites à faire et les restaurants …😊 Nous n’avons passé qu’une seule nuit mais l’expérience fut bonne !le linge sentait bon…et les lits sont confortables ! Plusieurs terrasses agréables ! À savoir qu’un studio à louer également est collé au logement mais n’occasionne aucune gêne …

Très bel appartement conforme à la description: Le local pour mettre le vélo est un plus,. Village très calme mais bien placé à 5mn de l’Escarene.

Hôtes extrêmement accueillants, maison et cadre de logement tout simplement fabuleux ! Nous y avons passé un excellent moment et recommandons fortement ce logement. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir

The host was great. Very responsive and helpful and even sorted a transfer for us into Old Town and back. The villas pool is gorgeous and the kitchen is well equipped. We had a private chef come and there were no issues with kitchen facilities. The sun loungers were broken and not enough for the amount of guests we had. The walk to the shop was longer than recommended - we couldn’t find the path through the garden. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would recommend.

Séjour parfait, avec un bel accueil de Nina (merci!) L'appartement, très propre, bien aménagé, bien décoré (juste ce qu'il faut pour s'y sentir très bien) est très lumineux avec de très nombreux rangements, et avec une superbe terrasse dotée d'une vue splendide sur le port, les plages et la mer à perte de vue, conforme à la description et photos. Het verblijf in Riviera Palace is een droom, net alsof je de serie Bridgerton of bij Sissi binnenloopt. Het appartement is hoog gelegen met mooie uitzichten en erg groot met hoge plafonds. Je moet wel een heuvel op maar dat is het waard. Voor herhaling vatbaar zou ik zo zeggen.

A private, specious house and equipped with a nice kitchen, beautiful surroundings and close to the beach, while eating out will require a few minutes walk. supermarket right opposite the place and bus station just outside the door. overall it's a nice place for a ground of people.

Corinne and Sebastien have put together a spectacular Cote d’Azur get-away. We LOVED the view, the sounds of children at the beach just across the road, and early morning swims in the turquoise Mediterranean waters. Perfect! Merci!
