Sebastian and Guadalupe are very welcoming hosts and Jorge provides all required local support! We enjoyed Seville and our stay at the beautiful apartment … The area around Plaza Alfalfa (150 ft or 50 m) from the apartment is perfect with many good restaurants, tapas bars and a small supermarket. The people are nice and welcoming and we had many positive experiences …!! All our communication and coordination was easy and things worked out very well 😊🎈 We highly recommend this location !

the house is in a quite area but quit easy you can get in sevillia to visit 20 min by car. The house is modern with various common space both outside and inside. there is a master bedroom, a bedroom with a sofa and an open space upstairs with an extended sofa bed if needed. The outdoor sitting areas are wonderful so you can enjoy sun or shadow as you like. Great accommodation!

What can we say that hasn't been said before? Leona is friendly, incredibly helpful and has created a beautiful apartment with so many thoughtful, extra touches. This has to be our best Airbnb yet and Leona and Fernando are definitely super Superhosts ! Just down the road from the apartment is the little cafe, ( great for breakfast), next door is a small supermarket and across the way a pharmacy. Walking into old Jerez was easy with lots to explore - we didn't manage half of what was there but would highly recommend the Andalucian Horse Show, the Castle and one of the Sherry tours at Fundador. We loved Jerez.

Alejandro's apartment is impeccably clean, modern, with a very well equipped kitchen and a cool patio to relax in Andalusia's sun. We felt right at home and used it as a great base to explore Sevilla (about an hour drive) and the beaches (about 45 mins). The bedrooms are very quiet with excellent shutters that block out the light completely. They are not air conditioned, but with the ceiling fans on and doors open into the hallway they were quite pleasant even in the 35+ degree heat outside. Alejandro also has beach umbrellas and toys in the back utility room, as well as clothes hangers which we used every day. Alejandro and his family kindly share their own home on airbnb only when they are themselves away, which explains why they don't get that many reviews but the place is outstanding and Alejandro is a top notch host, much recommended. This was by far the best airbnb experience we have had. I booked this in Jan and Victor did not miss a beat. This place is immaculate, homey, peaceful and close to everything. All recommendations were on point. We did not want to leave. Thank you Victor. Your place is amazing!

A great stay, the house in a fantastic place with incredible views from the upper garden, cool house on hot days, with everything you need to spend a few days in contact with nature very close to the Majaceite river

The apartment is much better than what it describes, it is super close to the beach, it is very spacious, very comfortable beds, it has everything you need to feel at home with all the amenities. We have traveled with 3 friends and our little ones, 4 and 5 years old, and I can say that it is ideal for the little ones, super safe, comfortable, because it has an outdoor space to play inside the house. The parking inside the residential area at the foot of the apartment has made it a matter of honor, with small children, all the facilities are appreciated. The hostess left us a wonderful welcome basket designed for the type of travelers we were and the children were delighted. In addition, it has been super flexible in the departure, so I have been able to enjoy the day of departure on the beach until late that we left. Next year we will definitely repeat our mothers' getaway and I will also come with my husband, because I am in love with the apartment and the kindness of the hostess.
