We planned our entire trip to Spain around this Airbnb, and it did not disappoint. If I could give this 11 or 12 stars, I would. We’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnbs and this one has been our favorite. The location absolutely cannot be beat. The rooms were comfortable and the views were truly amazing! Communication with the owners was seamless! I hope we will be able to return someday soon!

We really enjoyed staying at Susana's apartment. It is a small one bedroom one bath, perfect for two people. Good size bedroom with tv, good size bathroom with walk in shower, well stocked kitchen with washing machine, a comfortable sofa with a large tv and a dining table. The big thing though for Gandia is the location, right on the north side of the Sant Pere park blasting sun all day on the balcony with a wonderful view over the park and to the mountains. The Paseo is only 200 meters away so a short walk to the the action part of Gandia. The apartment is not big, 40 plus square meters I would guess but its perfect for short stays, has every thing you need.

We had a great time at the place! It's beautiful and has plenty of space. The parking situation is a bit difficult as the house is downtown and the streets are very narrow, but we were informed about this in advance and we were suggested to us suitable parking in the area by the host. We definitely recommend the place!

We had a fantastic stay at the Playa Miramar house. The location is unbeatable, less than a minute's walk from the beach. The pool, although shared, is practically private, as we hardly coincide with neighbors. The area is very quiet, ideal for resting. The house was clean, well equipped and very spacious. The nights on the terrace with barbecue were a luxury. The host was very kind, attentive and always making sure we were comfortable. We will definitely repeat!

We took Bernat's apartment in Gandia city as a base to get to know the beaches of the Costa Blanca, it was a great success. The apartment is perfect as the other reviews and Bernat is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

We had a really lovely stay at Maria's house. Maria was really accommodating with our late arrival and late check out which was so kind. Maria was very responsive and always available for questions. The beach is only a 10 min walk and there are some shops/cafes/restaurants nearby. There is a cupboard with games and kids toys which was very useful and thoughtful. Overall we had a really wonderful stay here! Thank you :) A few things to note: - The garden and pool are shared with another house, there is a private dining area outside which is a really nice space and gives you some privacy if the pool is in use. - There are no pool/beach towels provided, so make sure to pack your own! - There is no BBQ use allowed unfortunately. - The third bedroom (sofa and single bed) is actually attached to the main bedroom (double bed and cot), and there is no door/privacy between these two rooms - it's OK for parents and kids but a bit difficult if sharing with couples/other adults.
