This beautiful studio is located above the garage with a private entrance under the carport. The studio has a fairytale view of the mill and the fields behind the house. You enter the studio through the stairs. Here you will find a cozy modern atmosphere. You are completely private in the apartment. Behind the apartment you have your own private terrace with 2 chairs and a table. At the water you find two relaxchairs. You can park your car at the mill. Bicycles can be put under the carport.

The Vogelhuis

A very special place in town. A rural street that has been around for centuries. Kasseien on the road, nature right around the corner. The historic center of Alkmaar 10 minutes walk. The guesthouse (about 40m2) is in the back house with its own entry. It consists of a spacious living/bedroom with double bed, a small cooking facility, bathroom and toilet. Through the French doors you enter the private terrace. WiFi and television are available. Private parking. Rent of bike possible.

WOW House Alkmaar 100 m² with roof terrace

Have fun with the whole family or group of friends in our quirky house. It's a 10 minute walk from the city centre of Alkmaar and 7 minutes to the train station. The train can take you directly to Amsterdam in 35 minutes. A return train ticket costs roughly €19 Alkmaar is an old Dutch city just like Amsterdam but smaller. Enjoy the canals, great food and cozy atmosphere. There is free parking close to the house which is a 700 meter walk or paid parking right in front for €26 a day

With great enthusiasm, we renovated our old Mansion and restored it to its original state. On the bell floor we have created an apartment that we now rent out. The house is in a lively neighborhood a 5 minute walk to the city center and at 4 minutes walk to the train station from where you can be at Amsterdam Central Station within 34 minutes. The apartment was recently renovated with a lot of attention and equipped with all comforts, entirely for your own use with balcony.

Bed linen, towels and kitchen textiles included. Recommended to take (or rent) bicycles. Access tickets for dune area on loan.
