Apartment perfectly located. Beautiful view of the sea. Peaceful and quiet area. In the apartment we had everything we expected. The host was very polite and communicative. I highly recommend this place.

We spent 2 nights at Moisés' casa rural and were lucky to be the only occupants to enjoy the property. Tastefully decorated home, peaceful surroundings, great swimming pool, large enclosed and secured area for our dog to enjoy. Moisés was the perfect host and made himself available to deal with any issue. This is a place we would love to come back. Highly recommended.

Zona muy tranquila, todo estaba muy limpio y el jacuzzi era espectacular. Peter estuvo pendiente siempre si teníamos alguna duda.

Estancia maravillosa. La casa es cómoda, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos estupendos días de vacaciones. Totalmente equipada, no le falta de nada, cama cómoda y todo súper limpio y sin insectos. El jardín es una maravilla para pasar las tardes y cenar al aire libre tras un baño en la piscina. Gracias Nando por ser tan buen anfitrión, nos vemos el año que viene

¡Nos encantó este lugar! El piso es cómodo, limpio y muy bien equipado, ideal para desconectar y sentirse como en casa. Uno de los mayores puntos a favor es que pudimos ir con nuestros perros, y ellos también lo pasaron genial. Hay suficiente espacio para que se sientan cómodos y zonas cercanas para pasear con ellos. La ubicación es perfecta para unas vacaciones, pero con todo lo necesario cerca. Además, el anfitrión fue muy amable y atento, siempre disponible para cualquier duda o recomendación. Het is een fijn huis met een heerlijk terras. Het uitzicht is prachtig en voldoende mogelijkheden voor schaduw. De matrassen zijn misschien aan een update toe. Het geluid van de snelweg hoor je wel goed alhoewel ik me kan voorstellen dat niet iedereen daar last van heeft. Wij hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van de jacuzzi omdat we er de hele maand mei waren.

Hemos estado muy cómodos, las vistas son mejores que las fotos y la ubicación excelentes, se llega facil, justo lo que buscábamos. La casa está muy bien equipada, no falta detalle.

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Aitor hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben uns einen schönen und entspannten Aufenthalt zu bescheren.

Estancia fantástica! Hemos pasado unos días increíbles en familia. Ideal para ir con niños por la comodidad de estar literal a pie de playa. Una casa muy bonita, práctica y con unas vistas maravillosas. Todo facilidades y sencillo con Manuela, muy amable. Intentaremos volver seguro!

Absolutely loved our stay in Alicante! The apartment boasted a truly beautiful view that we couldn't get enough of. Its great location meant everything was within easy reach, and having a lovely beach right next to us was a huge bonus. To top it all off, our hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

La casa era molto ampia, luminosa e pulita, ha anche un terrazzino fantastico per la colazione. In cima al palazzo inoltre c’è una grande terrazza con una vista bellissima sul castello a cui è possibile accedere. Miguel inoltre è stato un host fantastico: la casa aveva tutto ciò di cui si potesse avere bisogno, tra cui prodotti per donne come assorbenti e dischetti struccanti; ci ha anche dato ottimi consigli sulle spiagge e permesso di fare il check in già dalla mattina. Esperienza fantastica che consiglio assolutamente.

Lago ja Alba ovat täydellisiä majoittajia, huomaavaisia matkailijoita kohtaan ja huolehtivia. Majoitus oli todella puhdas ja hyvin varusteltu. Asuinalue on hiljainen ja 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä rannalta. Lähellä ruokakauppoja, ravintoloita, nopeasti pääsee jopa kahteen eri rantaan. Erittäin helppo p tapa viestitellä majoittajan kanssa. Pienet herkut ovat miellyttävä yllätys saapumispäivänä. Ehdottomasti suosittelen !

What a fantastic apartment, the views are beautiful and it’s ideally situated very close to the tram station so easy to get around. Rosa was both easy to speak to and informative on what was around for us. We had an amazing time and will certainly recommend and rebook to return in the future. We had a great time as a group of friends at the place. The pictures are accurate and we had a blast playing tennis, ping pong, and swimming in the pool. Fini was very responsive in case of questions. The location is a bit far from grocery stores (10-15 minutes walk) which can be difficult without a car in hot days. Highly recommended to rent cars (it's not expensive) as Uber or taxi is difficult to find. Car rental was cheaper than paying one way Uber from airport for us. A suggestion for the host: there were two rooms with bunk beds and 4 rooms with queen beds. It would be much more pleasant to have two single beds or queen beds instead of the bunk beds. Especially for the group of friends that are multiple couples.

Jean Paul und Francine sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Sie sind nebenan und dadurch gut erreichbar, wenn man Fragen hat. Die Villa hat unsere Vorstellungen übertroffen. Sie bietet den perfekten Mix aus Erholung, Ruhe und wenn man möchte kann man in der Umgebung an verschiedenen Marinas oder kleinen Städtchen - aber auch touristischen Orten wie Calpe in den Rummel eintauchen.Ein Mietwagen ist nötig. Wir haben die wunderbare Lage, die Sauberkeit und vor allem den Blick aus dem Esszimmer sehr genossen. Der Pool war blitzblank und hat uns täglich zum Schwimmen eingeladen. Wir haben uns sehr erholt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Great location directly at the Beach, sea view. Great hosts with quick respond times Also great to have 3 separate bedrooms of you are travelling with a bigger group. Big plus are the (beach) accessories that are available (umbrella, trolley, bodyboards, bikes, scooters, balls) and free of charge.

Apartamento en perfecto estado , no hemos echado nada en falta , muy limpio y ordenado . La ubicación excelente , menos de 1 minuto en llegar a la playa y restaurantes exquisitos a su alrededor . Zona muy tranquila y acogedora . Alejandro siempre muy atento y amable , repetiré sin duda .

Alexandra a une très bonne communication et nous a très bien renseignée, même pendant le séjour elle nous demande si on manque de rien. L'appartement est propre est idéalement placé. Un balcon avec une belle vue est agréable pour le soir, trop chaud la journée en juin. Tout est à côté et la mer a 5-10 min a pied. Tous ce qu'il faut comme équipements tant dans la cuisine que pour aller a la plage est présent pour passe un bon séjour. L'immeuble est immense mais tres propre et calme, comme de partout a alicante dans les copopriete piscine,terrain de tennis, aire de jeux privé. je recommande vivement cette location. Pour notre part aucun regret et nous y reviendrons si l'occasion ce presente.

Wat een schitterende locatie. We waren onze computer vergeten en Andrés regelde het. Super vriendelijk. In het appartement was alles niet super groot maar aanwezig . Het allermooiste was wel het zwembad met het uitzicht. We voelde ons er thuis. Heerlijke tijd gehad en komen hier absoluut terug. Dankjewel voor alles je bent een top gastheer!

David and Coral's house is set in stunning, peaceful surroundings yet just a 5 minute walk away from the old town. You can also park right outside of the property. David and Coral are lovely, friendly hosts who made our stay very special along with Lika, Sammy and the gorgeous fish and terrapins :) Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer :)
