VERY HYGGE The little house was so cosy and well appointed with extra amenities and attention to detail. The hosts - a sweet young family who live upstairs are very welcoming and helpful. The location really is perfect. Island hopping to spectacular nature reserves and landmarks and easy to visit art nouveau Ålesund which is possibly the prettiest little town in Norway. We drove to the Atlantic Ocean road and hiked Briksdalsbreen glacier. Both just a few hours driving. Thank you Stine and Jon And family for a very special few days in Vestland. We would love to visit again one day.

Very nice and spacious accommodation with all the facilities you need. It was clean, tidy, and we felt very welcome. The host was very nice, helpful and easy to communicate with, and responded quickly to questions. All in all a great experience – would definitely recommend the place to others!

We loved staying at Steffen's place! The check-in was easy, the place was very clean and everything was well-labelled! Steffen stood out as a super responsive, helpful and caring host. The location was ideal, offering easy access to both shopping areas and nature trails, giving us the perfect balance of urban convenience and outdoor adventure. Cecilie was a wonderful host, responsive and attentive to our needs. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Stryn. It's a comfortable, beautiful space that serves as an excellent base for exploring the region. Our stay here truly elevated our entire trip experience.

Monica and Håkan were very friendly, helpful and good hosts. They were always quick to help with any questions. We rented one of the boats for a day and Håkan explained everything to us well and prepared the fishing. The place is really highly recommended and we will be happy to come back 🙂

We had a great vacation in a picturesque setting. The house has a great view of the fjord and is far enough away from water and road so that even small children can play peacefully. There are 3 floors and two bathrooms. The room layout is well thought out. The property is large and the outdoor facilities (grill, panoramic sauna and jacuzzi, seating) are a great addition. In the kitchen you will find everything you need. In addition, various games for all ages for rainy days. Directly behind the house there is a nice hiking trail on the mountain and also in the area various possibilities to explore the mountains. Shopping can be done by car and 5 minutes' drive. The Syltefjord was not very rich in fish for us, but the nearby Syvdefjord was. Here, there were also porpoises to watch daily and on the evening way home, red deer with calves could be seen in the meadows. We had a fantastic time.

We were three generations who visited Volda and stayed with Arnstein. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed, it felt like being at home. The older generation really appreciated the good beds

We had a great stay. Check in was easy. It was great to have self check in with a box, the easy way to have keys when more than one sharing. It was a busy weekend for us as holding a weekend teacher training in Ørsta, this was the perfect place to relax. Beds were comfortable, the house well equipped, had it all; toaster, plenty of kitchen utensils..-and very convenient location with walking distance to Ørsta town center. The style of decoration was nice, all very stylish and well maintained. Also very clean. My communication with Lisbeth before, during and after the stay was excellent. She came across as positive, helpful. She had good recommendations for places to eat in town.She even came over to fix a minor issue I had. The place was a bit closer to the main road, but windows were well made, so we barely heard any traffic. The plus of this location was that it was also close to a very convenient supermarket. We would definitely consider staying there again if back in Ørsta!
