Holiday rentals with a patio in Albany County

A gem of a place to stay in downtown Troy. We walked everywhere. The spaces were clean, nicely decorated, and the furniture was comfy. We didn’t use the patio, but it looked like it would be a great space to hang out on a sunny day. The Host and co-host communicated well. We had a wonderful stay at Anthony’s place and would recommend it highly to others staying in Troy.

Needed a place for the month and the Nook was the perfect alternative to an extended stay. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating for my timeline. The Nook is charming and everything the description says, no hidden surprises like some other AB&Bs. Clean, quiet, friendly, couldn't ask for much more. Would highly recommend!

Stayed at Thaddeus’s place for a short girls trip and we were very pleased with everything! It was great for the 3 of us since there was a pull out couch. The location was perfect and felt safe, the place was clean and tidy, and it was stocked with lots of things in the kitchen that we needed to make our meals at home. Thaddeus was super responsive, helpful, and very kind! 10/10 recommend!!

This was a great place to stay while working at the New York State Library for a week. I needed a place that was inexpensive and walkable but also somewhere where I could also work and write. It was clean and hassle-free. Aleks gave very thorough instructions but was otherwise hands-off unless I had a question and then he responded quickly. The apartment is in an urban environment but seemed perfectly safe. There is a Dunkin Donuts and great pizza place less than a block away as well as some popular bars, which made the whole area active but safe at night. It's a about 10 minute walk (down-hill) to the capital plaza. The parking place is a little inconvenient and frankly a little sketchy looking (behind the nearby Sunoco gas station and around the corner from the apartment), but it worked out great and saved me a lot of money on parking. I would definitely stay here again if I need to work in Albany again.

Fantastic funky place right where you want it. Walkable to everything but surprisingly quiet at night. Apartment was spotless,comfortable and well appointed. Very nice hosts and check-in/out a breeze. Would highly recommend. Excellent people watching from patio!

Ronnie’s place was just what we were looking for. A comfortable place for 5 of us to rest and chat while doing other activities in the area. We got to enjoy the hot tub, covered away from the rain, and played board games indoors. We were also able to prepare a steak dinner on the grill and using the fully furnished kitchen. The neighborhood was a little drab, but his space was a pleasant oasis from it. Still fine to walk around during the day. The neighbors above could be heard walking inside, but this was expected and they didn’t bother us on our vacation. Though they did park a little close for us to comfortably fit in our 3 cars into the 4 slots allowed. But street parking was also fine directly in front of the house. Overall, we enjoyed our time spent at his place, and he kept it neat and accommodating. A great value when you want a hot tub, 1.5 baths, a grill, comfortable queen beds, and pull out. I wish the weather was better for us to enjoy more of his furnished patio space.

My stay was great. Just what I was looking for. Melat was a great host and was very helpful and communicative with our conversations.

This was our second stay at Donald’s place—and that says it all. The home is beautiful and perfectly situated by the lake for a peaceful weekend. We enjoyed using the BBQ and the firepit. Donald was very responsive and made sure everything was taken care of.

This place was perfect for my crew who needed an extended stay. John was extremely well at communicating with me and my crew whenever we needed something. Would highly recommend.

We cannot say enough great things about this house… it was perfect in every way! Pristinely clean! So much to do! Pool, ping pong, karaoke, billiards! Great sitting areas for socializing. Our only regret was that we didn’t book it for longer! Wouldn’t hesitate to book here again in the future! Thank you so much Kayce and your team!

Third year at this home! We stay for almost 2 months each year and couldn’t be happier with the home-the area-and the super responsive host! There are so many homes to chose from, we are so happy with this one! We have even shopped for the home and left items behind for others to use. We feel right at home here. Great restaurants very close, you can not go wrong here!

Lorenzo’s place was great for our stay! Cute, clean, and well stocked. Lorenzo checked in a few times to make sure everything was going well. I also loved that the check out list was not a mile long—very reasonable!

Beautifully kept cottage. We visited to eat pizza at Be Golden Farms which was a short distance away. We will definitely stay again and recommend this cottage.

Our stay was brief but perfect. Peaceful and away from the hectic life of the weekend wedding festivities. Thank you so much, Andie, for the beautiful stay and being such a gracious host!

Our youngest pup, Charlie, was stooked when she realized she was going on this weekend away too for the very first time and her expectations were met & exceeded! It’s total silence in roaring nature sounds. User error tip- the rocks in the creek are slipperier than they look! I’m the type of weekend hiker that aims for the creek spots and the first time out I had simple hiking sandals and barely made it to the big rock. Next time was no slip water proof hiking boots and there was a LOT slipping and water coming in no matter! We had rain 1/2 the weekend and it was crazy watching the creek go from fast cute lil thing to a roaring angry teenager! Honestly never slept better. 😘
