Accogliente appartamento al terzo piano di un palazzo nel centro storico tra il famoso "budello" e il lungomare. È presente un piccolo ascensore. La ristrutturazione (2021) ha cercato di recuperare lo spirito di una antica casa ligure, l'arredo è curato nei minimi particolari mediante l'attento restauro di mobili d'epoca, appartenenti alla famiglia da molto tempo. Le finestre si affacciano su un tipico vicolo e sui tetti, ma l'accesso alla spiaggia è davvero immediato, basta girare l'angolo..

The flat is on the 3rd floor in a new building, securely closed with a gate and a private parking space. This in a quiet neighbourhood of Alassio where you can enjoy plenty. And yet close to the centre and the beach.
