Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Alaçatı

The location of the house is brilliant. We really enjoyed it. The sunrise is breathtakingly beautiful. A short walk and you are in the small simple village. We loved it. The terrace is a dream and you just go out of the garden gate and into the sea. Wonderful. From my point of view, the house is more suitable for a couple and not for several people. Simple but wonderful. We can really recommend this beautiful place 100 percent. The communication with the travel agency team was also great, although that was not necessary at all, there were no problems. Really gorgeous. We loved it!

Hello, first of all we would like to thank Burak and his father Mustafa for their warm hosting and professionalism. The villa was very clean and as in the photos the owners are concerned about our well-being. They even advised us on activities and finding good restaurants. I would highly recommend it. The villa is in a very good location, we have everything nearby, there is even a Carrefour 100 m away. Thanks again. See you soon, I'll be back.

Everything was perfect!

We did not have any problems except for the occasional power outage. It has a very pleasant terrace and a spacious living room. Ideal for 3 couples or 6 people. Having a microphone and speaker for karaoke made our stay very enjoyable.

Ms. Ayşe was a really amazing host. She was flawlessly supportive. We've never had such hospitality before. It was both very nice and cozy at the facility we stayed in. We felt at home and incredibly enjoyed it. Ms. Ayşe supported us before we felt the need. She greeted us with very nice treats when we checked in. Thank you so much for everything 🙏🙏

Greg’s home is located just above Limnia port. Greg and Marietta were really helpful and helped us with our visit. They told us about local places to visit and what to do in the area! They were very helpful and kind and made our visit feel like home.

Markela was very friendly & responsive. Always helpful to provide us with anything needed. The house was 5-mins away from the car parking, making it easy to reach it by car. Definitely our top choice for our next trip to Volissos. Thank you for everything!

Accomodation for four in an apartment with two bed rooms, each with his bathroom and big common spaces (living room with kitchenette and huge terrace on the sea). Big, clean, well organized apartment, with fantastic view on the bay of Volissos, in a quiet area, close to beaches within walking distance for a morning swim. Anthigony, the perfect host: always reachable and present (she gave us her phone number and we could reach her any time for informations and suggestions), but with discretion. Like being at home. Should I be again in Volissos, I would choose the same accomodation for sure and suggest it to others. Thank you Anthigony!

The Airbnb house we stayed in Alaçatı was really great. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful, helping us with everything. The accommodation was spotless, tidy, and had all the amenities we needed. In terms of location, it was in the best place to be found in Alaçatı; it was within walking distance of the bazaar, restaurants and cafes, we did not even need a car. After this beautiful experience, we plan to stay in the same place again on our next trip to Alaçatı. Highly recommend. Thank you Unda Homes :)

Everything was perfect. Apartment has a beautiful view as seen on the pictures. Its not much of a problem but the building is always smells fuel oil.

The hosts live downstairs, they took good care of us from check-in to checkout. We were able to get a quick response to our questions. The garden is very well maintained and pleasant. We were able to take advantage of all the facilities in the garden. The house is sparkling clean. We stayed 4 people, but it is a large house, even 6 people can stay comfortably. It is a great advantage to have 2 bathrooms. The only negative is the sound of traffic to the front room when the window is open. A house we would want to stay in again if we go to Urla again.

It was one of the most beautiful homes I've ever stayed in. The house was really clean, the furniture was brand new and tastefully furnished. Every corner of the pool, garden, and barbecue area was enjoyable. It was also a great advantage that its location was very close to both Alaçatı and the beaches. But what made this experience so special was Mr. Evren's interest and kindness. He took care of every detail and made us feel at home. It's really lucky to come across hosts like this. We would prefer it again with our eyes closed, and we sincerely recommend it to everyone.

We spent 9 nights, six of us with a small child in the beautifully renovated and tastefully furnished house. We immediately felt at home. The house is a nice size, the three bedrooms are different sizes. A slightly smaller room, a normal size and a large one with its own bathroom. We were certainly one of the first guests, everything was new and what was missing was brought to us in a short time. For example, there was no barbecue, but a new one was brought to us shortly after we asked. The sauna was great fun, especially in the not-so-hot evenings. The pool isn't very big but it's enough. The communilation was great. We would definitely come again, thanks for the great time.

Our family of 8 really loved the property. It is perfectly located, where you are close to restaurants but it is still very quiet and peaceful. There was plenty of space for everyone, and we spent most of our time outside on patio area. It was just perfect. We are already discussing dates to visit next year

A great house, a great location, a great host... a great place to relax... its silence, being intertwined with nature, its breeze is worth everything... if you crave the sea, you are on the beach in 10 minutes... if you crave movement and fun, Alaçatı, Çeşme, Ilıca are 20 minutes away... the style and architecture of the house is very good, it has everything. The host is very friendly, caring, really wants you to rest... check-in and check-out is very comfortable. Come and experience it

Place was very clean and close to the market. 10 minutes walking to Cesme Market. Mücahit was very friendly and Responsive! Everything was great. I’ll recommend this place for your Vacation stay!

One of the best houses you will experience on airbnb. A location in the middle of all the important beaches in the best neighborhood of Çeşme. The house is better than it looks in the photos and has all the facilities. If you are going to Çeşme and looking for a place to stay in, you can stay without hesitation.

The villa is very spacious and offered enough space for our group of six couples. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Everything was very clean. Very friendly reception. Yasemin responded very quickly to our questions. The kitchen is large and well-equipped. There is plenty of crockery, pots, bowls and cutlery. Only the coffee cups and wine glasses were not enough for 12 people. Also at the dining table in the living room and at the garden table there are not enough chairs for 12 people, which is a shame. The villa is minutes from the Izmir-Cesme toll road, but is very quiet with a very large garden. We enjoyed the terrace and the beautiful pool. Thank you, Yasemin, for your hospitality!
