Ms. Semiha and her family were very helpful. The house is close to the center of Alaçatı in a place with no parking problems very close to the markets. The pool is clean and comfortable because it is in a location that is not more visible than the surroundings. It's a very nice option for vacation with the family. Highly recommend. An absolute dream in Alacati! This villa was truly a highlight of our vacation! The place is even more beautiful than in the pictures – the large pool and the lovingly designed outdoor area invite you to relax from morning to evening. Everything is well maintained and high quality. The interiors are modern, tastefully furnished and lacks nothing. We were particularly enthusiastic about the fully equipped kitchen with high quality appliances – perfect for cooking together for the whole family. In the evening we almost always ate outside, overlooking the pool – simply fantastic! The location is also unbeatable: in a few minutes you are at the most beautiful beaches in the area or in Alacati for strolling and eating. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be back!

the house was in a very calm neighborhood, there is a monopoly within walking distance, it takes a long time to get to the center of Alaçatı on foot, but if you have a car, the transportation is convenient, the hosts were very sweet and interested, we did not feel any discomfort, thank you.

The villa was very clean and as in the photos the owners are concerned about our well-being. They even advised us on activities and finding good restaurants. I would highly recommend it. We were more than satisfied, the location was not unknown to us and accordingly great. The villa was the same as in the pictures. Lars and Hümeyra were great hosts, we always got a quick response. A contact person was directly available for questions. I would always book the place again and 100% recommend it! We were 6th and all more than happy. The furnishings were mega.

Our brother Uğur greeted us at the first entrance to the house. We are a very understanding and friendly brother. We felt like we came to our family friend's house with very warm and absolutely sharp rules like a host family, we thank him very much. Ploumi’s place was fantastic, definetly better than the photos! It was super clean and she was very kind. The house has a nice view, and there are lovely beaches that we walked to (15 or 30 mins).

We were looking for a peaceful location close to the sea and this place delivered exactly what we want. Waking up to the sound of waves and having a garden and beach right in front of our room truly made us feel like we were in a summer home. Vasiliki is very responsive and gives good advice. The apartment matches the photos and the sea view is beautiful. Excellent bedding. Ideally located apartment to discover this incredible region dedicated to mastic resin. Restaurant advice 5 min walk: "Karagiorgis Giorgos", very good, hearty, fair price... and friendly owner. This is our second year staying here and we love it. Perfect for peace and quiet and right next to the sea. The accommodation has everything we need and the hosts Rena and Nikos are very friendly and helpful. The beach bar is five minutes walk if you want sun loungers and drinks and snacks, and Komi is 20 mins walk for restaurants, bars and a more vibrant beach. Would definitely recommend if you want a peaceful place to stay.

Expectations were more than met. The location is perfect (right on the Chios Fortress, close to the harbor) to explore the town of Chios, which has some very good restaurants and bars, on foot. The apartment itself is brand new furnished with high quality branded products. In addition, from coffee to milk & water, everything is there for a good start. The hostess is also very friendly and flexible, easily accessible, and very helpful. A very clear recommendation! Also for families (we: two adults, two children), as there are two beds in a separate room. Glad to come back!

it was a lovely holiday, the house is really close to city center and easy to find parking place near to the house. the owner helps a lot to us and have so many good recommendations about the island, places and beaches.
