Absolutely amazing view from the terrace, the apartment is very cozy and the terrace is very big and private. Rafael is a great host, super responsive and accommodating. Good proximity to the restaurants and stores, and the beach is 5 minutes by foot.

A pleasure to deal with. Eager to help including fitting a mattress topper as we found bed fairly firm ( personal taste!) Allowed us to stay on until we left for our late flight. A gentleman who always responded very quickly. Highly recommend.

Alexis studio is an amazing place, we had such a lovely stay! The accommodation is great and has everything you need, the view is spectacular and, while walking distance from restaurants and shops, it's tucked away in a very quiet area, making it very relaxing. The recommendations we got from Yiannis were perfect, we went to most beaches and restaurants he suggested and were super happy with our experiences, and I was very happy to not have to do any research myself :) His mum is super sweet and bakes the most amazing Greek pastries, she was a delight to see every morning. Overall an amazing experience, thank you Yiannis!

The apartment is new and is located in a quiet location. The accommodation contains all the amenities you could need. Someone was always available for questions and the communication was friendly and nice. Thanks again for a great stay.

This was a perfect stay. The place is a nice size and a very convenient location. All equipment and furnishings are new. Kuzey was very helpful with everything … more than the perfect host. He helped with transportation and finding a gym but also he supplied everything that you need in the house from bin bags and cleaning products to drinking water, snacks and cooking condiments. Very highly recommended.

Oskar, in line with what everyone else has said, is an attentive and generous host, always ready to help. Even picking us up from the port on Kalymnos at 2330 (and dropping us off for our crossing back to Kos). He takes real pleasure in hosting and I strongly recommend both him and his place! Wonderful.

We stayed at Spitaki House for a week. The house was perfect in every way. It was very nicely decorated. It has everything you need. The garden of the house was also very enjoyable. It was also very good for us because it was right next to the beach. The owners of the house were very helpful and answered all our questions. Thank you also for the gifts. If I ever come to Kos again, I would definitely want to stay here again.

The place is super nice! Very clean, modern and great furnished apartment, exactly our taste. The amenities were sufficient for the stay. During the stay, the apartment was cleaned once, towels and duvet covers changed. A car is recommended to reach the property and the surrounding villages. We were lucky enough to meet Fofi. A very warm and accommodating hostess who responds super quickly to concerns :) We would come back any time and had a great vacation.

A short 25 minute car ride from the airport lies the beautiful and spacious home, near the heart of the village of Zia. We were personally greeted by Dimitris and he showed us the house. The kitchen had all the equipment for our needs. The bedroom had a double bed and enough closet space for our stuff. The garden is also big and has multiple areas to sit down and relax. You can even park your car behind an automatic gate. Last but not least we really enjoyed the jacuzzi after a long day of climbing the nearby mountain. Because the house is so close to the center of Zia you can literally walk 5 minutes to where all the Taverna's and shops are. Have something to eat and drink and just walk back to the house. No worries about being the designated driver. We had great contact with the host and he responded very quickly and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others. The host was great. Communication was great. The location is brilliant and we walked into Kos Town every day with our two little girls. The most lovely square is only 10 minutes walk and from there 2 mins further to the marina. Place is large and spacious, beautiful and clean. We will 100% be back Jon
