Our villa is located in the center of Bodrum in 15 minutes. Turgutreise 5 min. Ortakente 5 min. It is 10 minutes to Gümüşlük. 5 minutes to Acıbadem Hospital and 5 minutes away from the sea and easy to reach everywhere. It is 150 meters from Turgutreis Bodrum road. The house is zero. Never used. 24-hour hot water, Vrf heating and cooling system available.

The 2nd floor of the 2-storey villa with a view of the Lebiderya sea and the terrace is rented. My house is located under Gerish, a calm area of Yalikavak. On the top floor of the apartment is a view of the lebiderya sea view that only belongs to you there is a terrace. The apartment consists of a living room, (160x200 cm visco bed for 2 people) , bathroom/toilet , open kitchen, and balcony.. It is about 50 square meters. Since the place where our site is located is on a hill, it is recommended to come by car.

You can relax as a family at this peaceful place to stay. There is one bedroom and open kitchen. The lounge has a sofa that opens for two. Walking distance to the sea. Public transportation passes through the area where the house is located. Quiet neighborhood. Washer and dryer available. There is no TV. There is WİFİ. Turgutreis Marina is 5 min by car. We are especially waiting for our guests who love cats. 3 nights minimum.

The apartment is located in a deadend alley, on the top floor of a two level building. It's a cosy and spacious place which is close to the attraction spots, located in a rural area. Magnificent Greek Islands and sunset view. There is A/C (heater/cooler) in the living room and in the double bedroom. There are electric heaters in the bedrooms. There's a 2,5 tons water supply with pump in case of water shortage.

Artist's Studio, quiet and elegant

There was all the necessary stuff for the house. Ms. Filiz has thought of everything from shampoo, shower gel, roll napkins, hair dryer, hanger, etc. to kitchen supplies. Basic necessities such as pots, pans, oil, salt, sugar, etc. were also available at home. In this way, we had the chance to make our own food with minimum shopping. Turgutreis is close to the marina, the area is suitable for parking and the house was clean. Finally, the house is full of beautiful paintings by Ms. Filiz and her friends. We felt like we were in an exhibition hall in the house. My favorite was the Van Gogh mural in the kitchen, I found it really impressive. We were very pleased with our stay, it was enjoyable, thank you and we recommend it:)

We come to Turgutries every year for peace and relaxation, that is exactly what you get here at Mustafa’s Villa. He was extremely friendly and helpful, he greeted us with his family and showed us around the villa. The villa is very private and peaceful. The pool is great and there is plenty of space here. The villa is exactly like the photos. You can reach the main bar street on foot with beautiful seafront views. A taxi back on an evening was only £3. The home is beautiful, perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Mustafa’s wife & mother baked us the most delicious cake which was very kind. We look forward to staying here again soon.

Pure luxury, complete peace, dream vacation. Clean, bright, and so peaceful. The moment we saw the sunrise over the sea, we knew this place was special. The cool breeze and quiet nights gave us the best sleep ever. The beds are super soft, linens are hotel-quality. The pool was a highlight, especially glowing at night. Grocery delivery made life easy, and the kitchen is beautiful and well-equipped. Loved the little touches—Nespresso, Turkish coffee, and a great laundry machine. Walking to the marina for breakfast was a treat. The host’s guidebook helped us find amazing local gems. This villa combines style, comfort, and soul perfectly. If you’re thinking about booking, don’t hesitate. You’ll fall in love.
