Amazing place to stay in Kos! The rooftop is amazing with views to die for and private sun loungers and jacuzzi (not warm but perfect to cool down in the heat). The place is super private and you can walk to Zia (up a very steep hill!) but also take your car too. The host is great, sends regular messages and even gave us a souvenir when we left. Thankyou for a great stay and if we ever return to Kos, we would definitely stay here again!

Our family all thoroughly enjoyed being able to spread out and make ourselves at home at this beautiful villa. We will remember fondly our time spent in the pool, cooking up family meals in the very well-appointed kitchen and eating alfresco.

Had a wonderful stay in AnamneZia! Wonderful stay with a lot of privacy but within walking distance of all kinds of cozy restaurants. Everything looks great and very cozy and practical. Fofi and her husband are super friendly and give good tips for activities all over Kos. We will definitely go back ;))

Eda is very friendly and she was quick to respond to messages. She was very caring. Her parents are very sweet people. They invited us to breakfast (the meal lacked bird milk). Her mother was very friendly. On the way back, they dropped us off at the airport for an affordable price. & Thank you for everything Located in the center of Bodrum and within walking distance to the taxi and bus station. We didn't have any difficulty with transportation.

Anne-Marie was the ultimate host, extremely kind and responsive and welcoming. We stayed for one week as a family of 6 and just loved the villa and its peaceful location. Perfect house, perfect host, perfect location. Great experience. It felt like a luxury hotel suite experience in each of the different areas created in its own home, peace, huge garden. The host made the start and last best for us with an excellent warm welcome and incredibly flexible time when we left. Not only the house but also the surrounding factors are in incredible harmony and beauty. Maybe the school right next door might bother you if you're going on a weekend vacation but there was an invisible sound wall for me. The house's own magic is enough to suppress all this sound. Not a sound you'll have a problem with. If I had a 2nd vacation plan in Kos, I would still prefer the same house.

The little house quickly became a little home! It was like right out of Mamma Mia - super dreamy with such a beautiful view from the roof terrace. Dimitris was a wonderful host. He responded very quick and gave us amazing recommendations for Kos. His shop in Kos city is very nice and definitely worth a visit. We had quite a few ant-visitors, which was to be expected but something to be aware of. :)

Words cannot describe our stay in Giannis’s apartment. The view was fantastic! The apartment was extremely clean and very comfortable. Giannis was a friendly host helpful in every way. We hired a car so coming up the hill was never a problem, however a supermarket, small beach and numerous restaurants are within walking distance. Thankyou for a wonderful stay!

We stayed at Spitaki House for a week. The house was perfect in every way. It was very nicely decorated. It has everything you need. The garden of the house was also very enjoyable. It was also very good for us because it was right next to the beach. The owners of the house were very helpful and answered all our questions. Thank you also for the gifts. If I ever come to Kos again, I would definitely want to stay here again.

The place was very clean and exactly as shown on Airbnb. Husnu was a fantastic host and provided many helpful tips and suggestions. I would absolutely stay at his apartment in the in future and highly recommend. I made the dumb mistake of forgetting my cellphone in Bodrum. Husnu immediately shipped it to me in the United States.

We had a great stay! The terrace is lovely and offers wonderful views. The apartment is well equipped and located jn a calm neighborhood. A car is recommended! Niki is a very friendly and super responsive host and did her best to make us enjoy our stay. We had a little problem with the wifi and she instantly came and fixed it. Afterwards the connection was good and we were able to do some work related zoom calls. We really enjoyed our time.

This was the most perfect place to stay and was like paradise. The views from the balcony were awesome and probably the best on the island. The island is beautiful and very unspoilt although I would recommend your hire a car to get around. The apartment was very modern and was very well equipped. We felt right at home with Martha. From the extremely friendly reception, to the abundant water provided, wine and olive oil to great recommendations in the area. Martha made our time on Kos Island an unforgettable experience. The special icing on the cake was her cat, who greeted us kindly every morning and every evening. Inge's accommodation met our expectations exactly! The cottage was sparkling clean and modern, had everything you needed. The communication with Inge was great, she even picked us up from the bus stop and - by chance - we were able to get back to the airport without taking the bus. Would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for peace & nature in the immediate vicinity of Kos Town.

Bodrum is an incredibly beautiful location for a holiday. We love Bodrum as a family. And I can definitely say that it was the most comfortable holiday we have had in Bodrum. The house was really just what it looked like in the photos, even more beautiful. We loved the sea view of the balcony. It was very enjoyable to meet in the view of the balcony on the morning. As mentioned on the site, it is quiet, calm and safe, walking down to the beach is not in a place like Bodrum. It was also a very big plus for us to get to the beach really easy and free. We also tried the restaurant in the compound; it was also very delicious. Some days we ate here without even needing to go out of the compound. The house was very clean (I can't stay in hotels because I'm a cleaning patient, so this part was very important to me). Everything we needed was available at home. We really enjoyed this period. The host was very caring and kind, helpful with everything. We will definitely be back.

Incredible location as advertised. It’s on a private road and not many drivers knew of the place, because of the unnamed road there isn’t an easy address to plug in. The host gave us a pin when we were getting in that helped but without speaking Turkish it was a little bit of an effort to get our driver to the right location. Our parents arrived early and they were nice to allow them in despite us not communicating. Overall it’s hard to beat the views, and the pool was clean and a perfect temperature. I’d recommend a gas grill for the patio and upgraded pool loungers, but overall it’s as advertised and a special place to experience Turgutreis!

Great location. Very close to the icons of the city. The quality of the apartment is exceptional with great vibes and sunny mornings.

Beautiful Villa with Incredible Views! We had an amazing stay at this stunning villa — every bedroom had breathtaking sea views! It's in a perfect location near Bodrum town centre, with great shops, restaurants, and beach bars nearby. The beds were super comfortable with quality linens, and we loved using the sauna and steam room. Melis was very helpful, and Muzzo and his wife were so kind and welcoming. A perfect place to relax and just be — highly recommended!
