Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Aix-les-Bains

The apartment was perfect for our two-week stay. It looked exactly as it does in the photos - very modern, organized and comfortable. The apartment felt like home. It is located in downtown with easy access to restaurants, grocery stores and transportation. Very quiet at night for sleeping despite being in a very active neighborhood. Elisabeth and Bruno thought of everything to ensure they their guests are comfortable and they responded quickly to any requests, excellent hosts. Would definitely recommend this listing and would love to stay here again on a future visit! Thanks Elisabeth and Bruno for everything!

Die Unterkunft war gemütlich toll! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos und wann immer wir etwas gebraucht haben, waren Emilie oder ihr Bruder zur Stell um zu helfen. Klare Empfehlung!

Ich war mit der Unterlunft sehr zufrieden, sauber und modern. Die Gastgäberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit 👍Nur zu empfehlen 👏

Effet waouh quand vous rentrez dans l’appartement. Ne pas tenir compte du hall d’entrée ! Une borne électrique de recharge proche de l’office du tourisme 5 min à pied. Zone de jeux pour enfants avec construction d’une cabane géante peut être prête cet l’été

Nuit-étape avec nos 4 filles de 8 à 17 ans, lors du tour du lac en vélo en mode flânerie ! Excellente communication, Yann a toujours rapidement répondu à mes messages, il habite sur place donc réactif. Nos vélos étaient à l’abri la nuit. Logement neuf d’un an, sous charpente d’une grange soigneusement rénovée, de manière originale avec 2 mezzanines-cabanes, un filet, un vidéoprojecteur et une cuisine réalisée avec de vieux buffets relookés. Avons apprécié le ventilateur et les 3 velux car il faisait très chaud !!! Il manquerait une aération dans la salle de bain et un petit nécessaire de dépannage pour cuisiner type huile, sel, sucre… Très bonne literie. Lits et canapé-lit faits à notre arrivée. Nombreuses serviettes de bain. Limité en torchon vaisselle (1 seul) mais n’avons pas cuisiné donc nous n’avons pas eu besoin de +. Sol pas très propre. Escalier d’accès au logement raide, attention si enfants bas âges ou si difficultés motrices. Jardin en rénovation. Un bon moment en famille, m

Rien qu’en arrivant dans le hall on sent que ça va être une belle expérience tout est beau l’appartement est confortable et calme en 3 ans de airbnb j’ai jamais vu une telle qualité pour ce prix on est dans le haut standing très belle expérience je recommande fortement 👌

Super séjour dans ce logement au milieu des vignes et des montagnes! Nous avons pu nous reposer et profiter tous les jours de la piscine chauffée, du jacuzzi et du sauna! Le logement est décoré avec goût et les équipements mis à disposition sont de très bonnes qualités! Nous recommandons vivement !

Wow! What an incredible house!! The decor and design are simply stunning with a fantastic layout for our family of 5. The beds were very comfortable, there were plenty of bathrooms for everyone and the kitchen was very well equipped. We very much enjoyed using the pool and the hot tub and eating breakfast outside on the fabulous outdoor dining table. Clementine was lovely and very accommodating with our check in and out times. The surrounding area is beautiful and the lake is only a short stroll from the house. We must recommend the Terracotta restaurant there. The food was incredible and the service was superb. There are several supermarkets and amazing bakeries nearby for all of your supplies. We visited Annecey most days as our daughter was there for the annual animation festival. It was only approximately a 15 minute drive away and was absolutely beautiful with lots of great restaurants. We highly recommend Wood Loft and would love to stay there again.

Casetta piccola e accogliente. Comodissimo il check in/out e la possibilità di parcheggiare la moto. Bello svegliarsi con tranquillità in mezzo alle montagne. Consigliato!

Très bon accueil, attentionné, très belle vue depuis le logement, hôtes motards. Les motos ont pu être mises à l’abri.

Christian et Véronique ont le sens de l'hospitalité. Logement bien rénové, fonctionnel et très propre. Christian est très avenant et Véronique, bien qu'absente ces jours-ci, a préparé notre arrivée (gâteau savoyard, confiture maison, produits du quotidien). Vélos dont un tandem disponibles et utiles pour visiter les environs. Merci à vous deux !

Nous avons passé quelques jours dans la maison de Nat , en famille et nous avons tous adoré ; le logement est très beau, très spacieux, très bien équipé, il ne manquait rien , tout était très propre et la vue sur le lac tout simplement magnifique, très dépaysant et reposant, les promenades aux alentours agréables et nombreuses, les commerces accessibles à pied (boulangerie, pharmacie, U tile...) Nat a toujours été très réactive et de bons conseils nous y retournons avec plaisir et le conseillons vivement

La maison est trés jolie et moderne avec une vue exceptionellement sur les montagnes. On était à 7 personnes et la maison est assez grand. Thierry est très sympath et la communication était super. On va sûrement retourner un jour.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement plein de charme avec une vue imprenable sur les pistes . Une fois garé au pied du chalet , tout se fait à pied . La piste des rifroids est à proximité immédiate pour rejoindre les remontées mécaniques … Le propriétaire s’est montré très sympas et disponible … Je recommande sans hésiter cette location ?!

Excellent accueil, Pierre est un hôte tout à fait bienveillant et prévenant. De l’arrivée où il attend patiemment à un point donné (trouvé rapidement grâce à ses indications), pour aider à accéder jusqu’au logement (y compris une aide aux bagages du coup) jusqu’au départ, en restant disponible durant le séjour si besoin. Appartement tout à fait conforme au descriptif, propre, rangé et chaleureux. Idéalement situé proches pistes de ski (navettes à disposition de plus) et commerces. À recommander sincèrement. Perfect apartment for our weekend ski break. The apartment was central and on a main Street but even on Saturday night it wasn’t noisy. Everything you can think of in terms of equipment if you wanted to do catering - all high quality, easy to work (hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, two types of coffee maker and lots of gadgets to have fondue etc that I didn’t use). Loads of crockery, cutlery, utensils, sharp knives (rare in rentals I find!), as well as washing machine, tumble dryer, decent hair dryer, lots of socket converters for UK visitors. All the amenities you could want. The owner was responsive, helpful and accommodated our late arrival. They have a good relationship with Fun Ski shop beneath the apartment where we could collect a spare key, leave deposit etc. Well located for ski hire and were really helpful with local advice. The apartment is central and is 7 mins walk from the apartment and other lifts are 10 mins down the hill and there is a free bus.

This spot is in the heart of town, so in great proximity to restaurants, markets and the local park, but it's oriented towards a side street so also peaceful and quiet. It's furnished fairly simply, but clean and well designed. We really appreciated how functional and well provisioned the kitchen was despite its diminutive size since we stayed for five days and prefer to cook most of our own meals. The town itself was very pleasant, but doesn't have a great connection to the lake, and there are some gorgeous mountains in the surrounding areas, but access via public transportation wasn't really on offer at least during our visit, so probably best suited to folks traveling with a car to really make the most of the area. Carla and her son Guy were responsive and flexible, and we'd be delighted to stay at their spot again if we find ourselves back in the area.
