Studio for curist(s) because very close to the thermal baths of Chevalley: about 5 minutes by foot! Well-equipped studio and immediately operational: beds made, small snack, toilet paper, everything to clean dishes... Really enjoyed my stay, thank you.

Wonderful apartment, nothing to say, atmosphere, decoration, everything is there to spend a wonderful time. Close to all amenities, we just have to drop off our suitcases and enjoy. Very responsive host. I recommend it, you won't be disappointed.

A big thank you to Puce for this short stay at Villa Carlota. The accommodation is perfect for a holiday break: location 3 minutes from the lake and the beach, easy to find parking space, extremely well-equipped (I have rarely seen an Airbnb so well-equipped), clean and beautifully decorated, cool despite the heat, separate bedroom, large outdoor courtyard allowing you to eat outside thanks to a superb parasol... in short, nothing to complain about, it was perfect! Thanks again for the nice touches when I arrived. I hope I'll have the chance to come back!

Alexandre’s place was great! It is located up on a hill in town, so make sure to have your walking shoes, but we loved the location. Great communication and easy to get in! The only issues we had were that the hot water for the kitchen sink didn’t always work at night and the dryer wasn’t great. It still didn’t affect our stay too much, and I’d recommend staying here for long stays.

A very well-designed apartment. Very functional. Close to the beach of Menthon Saint Bernard... small walk in the evening with the lake and its changing lights.

Everything went very well from start to finish, we have nothing to complain about, the accommodation is as described, the studio is very functional, everything is there. The bed linen smells very good, you can smell the cleanliness in the accommodation. About 10 minutes from the lake on foot, the accommodation is very well located to enjoy Lac du Bourget. Carole's place offers quick walking access to the lake. She is a very considerate host with a warm welcome. The proximity to parking is a real plus for those who come by car. Its great scheduling flexibility is a chance for guests. I recommend it and will be back.

Thoma was always very kind and accommodated our request for both early check-in and extended check-out. The accommodation is very nice and is located in a very quiet area in the green of the "bagues", a few minutes from the Rumilly lake and only 10 minutes from Annecy. I would gladly return to Thomas' accommodation, a great experience.

Everything is very good... Except for me, the contact. You give it importance where you don't, but I haven't had any contact with Christele except by SMS. This is not my vision of Airbnb, but a perfectly liberal vision... Just the feeling of being a cash drawer, two text messages to remind me to leave at 10 a.m. for the next tenant and that's it. I'm giving 5 stars because I don't want to harm Christele... But maybe Christele is called Georges... Basically, I don't know... I'm probably old-fashioned... I send a final text message to inform them of my departure... And nothing, no return, not even a good road... quickly to the next!! In short, for the rest of the services... nothing to complain about, the value for money is very decent, this rental was efficient, profitable, productive. Thank you, Georges...
