My family and I stayed at Jennifer's property to celebrate my babyshower and the arrival of our baby boy. It was a beautiful home inside out and from top to bottom, our guests were in awe as were we! Jennifer and Ms. Shirley were the absolute BEST, responded to every question we had with great swiftness. I cannot forget to mention upon arrival there was a babyshower gift waiting for us, it brought me to tears! The care was in every detail and the generosity was unmatched, we felt like family! I could go on and on about our stay, it was just that amazing. On check-out day there was definitely some disappointment, because we didn't want to leave lol. We truly thank everyone who plays apart in keeping the property up and running, we were blessed to find your peaceful home in a time that could have been so stressful. One of our new favorite places! ❤️

Even the very good AirBnB homes lack something for a pleasant stay. This was not the case here at Phil's place. Pool was cared for ready for use, kitchen, bathrooms topnotch

The welcome basket was a lovely touch, the property was very clean and even more beautiful than the pictures. Peace and blessings, my family and I had a wonderful stay at this Augusta, Georgia Airbnb for my nephew's high school graduation. The place was exactly as described, clean, and the pool was amazing. I highly recommend it, especially for those with mobility issues, as the main room is on the first floor with a shower that has a removable showerhead. The host was also very responsive and awesome, thank you!

This home was one of the funnest air bnb stays we’ve had. It is a lovely historic home in marvelous condition with the best array of antiques and memorabilia. The neighborhood was beautiful and was very convenient to our family whom we were visiting. We also loved the screened in porch in the evenings with the wonderful smell of magnolia wafting in from the surrounding woods. Really set the stage for some wonderful Southern ambience. We also appreciated the short list of easy to do’s before check out. Kendra was a very friendly and helpful host. We loved our visit to Aiken and staying in this wonderful historical home.

I booked several Airbnbs this weekend for my son's wedding. This one was for my younger son and his wife, and my daughter and her fiance. It was exactly what we needed -- space for them to spread out and spend time together, within an easy walk to downtown and a short drive to the wedding venues. It was the home away from home that I wanted for them. It was clean and comfortable with clear, easy instructions. My son had one question, and Mark answered it within a minute or two. I would definitely recommend Sweet Magnolia!

Great place to stay for the Masters!

A very nice stay altogether, nice beds and decor with great air conditioning. Good access within minutes by car to everything. Highly recommend taking a walk down South Boundary Avenue adjacent, very picturesque. Excellent host!

The house was very clean and super dog friendly! There were covers for the furniture if needed, bowls and an awesome fenced back yard! Very quiet neighborhood and close to Highfields and Bruce’s Field. We will definitely be back 😃

This was our second year staying here for the first two weeks in May for the Aiken Charity Horse Show at Bruce’s Field. The house is a great location…walking distance to bruce’s field. It has a great fenced in backyard and it’s clean and comfortable with an amazing host.

This house was perfect for our needs. It was spacious, comfortable, clean, and just minutes away from the family we were visiting. When we had an issue Charity responded promptly and resolved it. We would definitely stay here again.

Great find, just around the corner from Bruce’s field. Love love love the fenced backyard!!!! Friendly and responsive hosts. Off-street parking spacious enough for a large truck. The house had everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again.

For those looking for a place to decompress and yet still be close to civilization. Sarah's Black Cat Cabin is the quintessential getaway spot. It is located about 15 minutes from downtown Aiken and it is a lovely drive. Sarah has so many interesting vignettes throughout the cabin guaranteed to make you smile. Look for ( just like a live "Seek and Find" book) where little black cats are hidden. Pristine, well supplied with items for your stay, and creatively decorated, you will find yourself wanting to stay put. And let's chat about the hostess, Sarah. From reserving the cabin, to questions prior to arrival, to questions during the stay, Sarah was extremely prompt and communicative. we know we don't meet our host/hostesses, yet, that being said, both bob and I wish we could have met her. She is delightful !!! We 100% recommend the Black Cat cabin. Grace and Bob
