Family-friendly holiday rentals in Aichach-Friedberg

We had a very nice stay. The home was clean and the location is fantastic. Only downside during our stay was that the elevator was not operational and we had to lug our bags up five flights of stairs. Our host was very accommodating, however, and did help us bring everything up and we had no issues during our stay. Augsburg is a beautiful city and this was a beautiful home. We are so thankful they allow us to stay there.

I rented the apartment for two months and felt at home from day one. The amenities are thoughtful, everything was absolutely clean, cozy and exactly as described - if not better. The location is quiet yet central, ideal for working and relaxing. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bed very comfortable and the WiFi reliable. I want to highlight the great host: always available, warm and helpful. The communication was very easy and easy. I can fully recommend the apartment and would come back anytime. I have family in the Dollnstein area that we visited for 3 weeks in July 2024. We stayed at this property and fell in love with the village. The rental property itself is nice and spacious. There were 4 adults and 1 child who stayed at the property and there was plenty of room for us all. If we needed anything, Roland was very responsive and the property manager came right away. The kitchen is a highlight-it's huge with a full-size refrigerator. It is also convenient to have a washer on site for clothes. My only recommendations would be stronger wifi throughout the home (it's spotty in some areas) and clear directions on how to use appliances and tv (there was a learning curve with those at times). Overall, the village the place is located in is a true highlight. There is a quaint soccer park/playground area that my son and I visited daily. The villagers were kind and curious about us Americans but not in a rude way. We felt safe and happy the entire stay.

The stay at Rolf's place was remarkable. It is spacious and roomy with all the comforts of home and more. The restoration to the facility was amazing and well thought out. Everything was well stocked, and we did not lack for anything. Rolf greeted us and gave us the grand tour and was available for any recommendations for things to see and do. We were centrally located to all the must-see places. We were not more than an hour or hour and a half from the things we wanted to do, so it was easy to daytrip out. The surroundings were lovely, with all the neighboring fields and countryside. Walking the streets in the morning was refreshing. Our friends that came with us had never been to Europe before and this was a great experience.

It was fantastic all around: a super nice hostess, the cozy apartment and the quiet yet central location. We will be happy to come back! Regards

Great accommodation, there was a welcome gift in the fridge and coffee pods (Senseo machine) for the first morning. The terrace is fenced, which is clever for staying with a dog. In the garden in front of the front door, our dog was also warmly welcomed. The location is wonderful, swimming and hiking trails can be reached directly from the accommodation on foot. Highly recommend!

A beautiful place to stay while staying in Erding. Walking distance to the train station, supermarket and city park.

We enjoyed Roswitha's place very much. It is family-friendly and the beautiful garden invites you to sit outside in good weather. When we arrived it was very cold, but the place can be easily heated. Roswitha came by in person, which we found very likeable. We will book the place again the next time we travel to this region.

We had a wonderful time in this special place. The beams, the view of the old church, the garden, the pottery - Marion has thought of everything. We've never had such a perfectly equipped Airbnb with so many details. We felt right at home and would be happy to come back!

Tanja was super nice and helpful, the self check-in at our late arrival was very well written and comfortable. The apartment is amazingly large with everything you need for a family of 5. Recommended!

The beautiful loft was the perfect place to spend an evening with my girlfriends. It is very nicely designed and equipped with everything your heart desires. We felt at home. Thank you so much dear Roswitha!

We had a great stay at the place. We felt very comfortable. For our family, the room layout was good. The kitchen and dining table are nice and large. Everything you need. The surroundings were very beautiful and quiet. A highlight was the sauna.

Underrated airbnb! Our family of five had an absolute blast at Roswhita place. The entire place is so well put together that we wish to replicate it at our place down under. From the unbelievably well kitted out kitchen to the comfy sofas, to the Wii (such a clever move), to the clean Lego, room specific underfloor heating, comfortable beds, gorgeous views of the endless enormous windows... such a cozy home. Impeccable. The location? a quiet town with classic German B roads that were Disney looking in winter. The perfect location to relax, truly feel at home and be relatively close to Legoland, Munich, thermal swimming, etc... We will be back 😊.

Katharina’s house was very nice and had everything we needed. There is someone living in an attached unit so we could hear them when we were in the kitchen/dining room area. We felt like we had to be super quiet when we were in there.
