Comfortable 2 bedroom appartment with amazing view. Access to a lonely rocky beach 250 meters in front of the house. Also between 2 popular beaches (Agia Pelagia & Lygaria, 10 min walking). .After communication and after 15.00 I could pick you up (for free) from the airport of Heraklion (if it is allowed). Very easy parking 20 meters away. The jacuzzi is private and the balcony around it. Also private is the balcony in front of the kitchen. the jacuzzi Is brand new and heated (till 35°).

It is ideal for a couple or a family of four persons( two adults - two kids)It is located at an idyllic bay where the sea is always calm even in windy days.Very close to the house you can find whatever facilities you need like pharmacy , internet cafe,supermatkets e.t.c. otherwise next to it there are restaurants,cafes, diving, water sports, spa, car and boat rentals.You will just love it.

Lovely seaside studio, Crete

This 26 square meters studio can comfortably host two people. It is located right on the beach (just 20 meters to the sand) in Agia Pelagia. It is well equipped with washing machine, fridge, mini cooker and oven, coffee maker and other amenities. Guests are provided with extra towels, bed clothing and beach towels. It is a safe neighborhood, sometimes noisy but your privacy and quiet environment are ensured by curtains and shutters. There is also a 32" smart TV and fast WiFi.

My wife loved this place. Everything from the new modern unit to the garden grounds. The bed was comfortable and the private parking area was also very convenient. The beach is walking distance, only half a mile away(downhill). But we didn’t feel like walking uphill back to the unit, se we just drove. An adorably friendly cat visits daily, which my wife also enjoyed.

The place is close to the sea, diverse restaurants and a great setting. Location is very quiet. We felt very comfortable in the accommodation. Everything you need is available and Andreas was always open to questions, he responded quickly and is very friendly. We highly recommend this property in Agia Pelagia!

We were very happy with the place. Emmanuel and his family were great hosts and cleaned the apartment every day, as well as changed the sheets and towels. We even received a small basket of fruit, wine and something salty. Very thoughtful. If you have any questions or comments, Emmanuel was always ready and answered us quickly. The location is very nice and especially the view. However, the beach is a little further away than actually described, so we had to rent a car in between. With a rental car, you have several beaches in the immediate vicinity, so everything is quickly accessible. We would highly recommend the accommodation and would like to stay there again if we get the chance.

The villa was spotless, well stocked and the aircon worked very well. We also appreciated the midweek cleaning service provided. Thank you so much for an incredible stay, we hope to come back again!

We had a very pleasant stay at Efi’s house. We stayed 5 nights in this beautiful place. Exactly the same as in the pictures. If you would like to cook, kitchen is well equipped. The most amazing part was the big terrace, we spent all of our time there, sleeping and waking up with the sound of the waves was unforgettable. Efi was a great, friendly, and responsive host, gave many good restaurant recommendations as well. Definitely a place to worth to visit again!

We had a very nice stay. The accommodation is beautiful, we couldn't complain at all! :) We were regularly asked if everything was okay and that we could always contact them if we needed anything. The location was also great, the view unbeatable. We were able to find the accommodation immediately with "instructions." The beach is about 10 minutes' walk away, which was okay for us. There you will find various shops and restaurants, where it has always tasted good. We were very enthusiastic and would definitely come back! :)
