A beautiful home that was exactly what we expected and more. Very responsive host with some wonderful recommendations too.

This is a lovely house in a quiet neighbourhood. Spotlessly clean with equally pristine equipment. It is a pleasure to cook there. We think it a comfortable house with a lovely bedroom, bed and bedding. It is a bonus to have private parking within the property. It's not too far to walk to the seafront at le Grau d'Adge. And of course, the house is situated only a three minute walk from the beach.

Clean and exactly as it looks in the photos. Modern amenities, lovely location and we really enjoyed our stay.

Great stay at Bernard's, in a charming, clean and functional accommodation. A very comfortable bed, a private terrace and a swimming pool available (I bathed there despite the rather cool temperature, it was a very nice plus!). Communication was easy and Bernard lent us two bikes for our rides! The sea is a stone's throw away and the city (Agde, Cap d'Agde, Grau d'Agde) is easily accessible by bike or car. Lots of opportunities for sightseeing or walks. Beautiful sunshine too during this stay which turned out to be perfect!

Audrey is a very nice and sunny person! Very responsive and accommodating host, everything was available! A little cocoon where you feel at home! I highly recommend this Airbnb, if we go back to the area we will come back with pleasure for sure!

Me and my family enjoyed our stay at Julien’s house very much. He responded and fulfilled our requests within the hour and was very friendly. The house had everything we needed, even an alarm for the pool in case Baby or puppy accidentally took a dip. My only criticism is the low water pressure in the showers, very difficult for washing long or thick hair. And a small caveat, the sound in the house travels very well so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Overall the house was the perfect home base for our excursions to the cities and beaches. 9.5/10

Very good stay in this large apartment, very suitable for a family of 4 or 2 couples. The accommodation was very clean and had everything you need! Finally, the host was responsive and pleasant! Thank you and happy hosting.

Very good for the price, clean and simple

The accommodation is really very well placed , we are close to everything. The unit is small but very well arranged . We had all our meals outside so we didn't test the kitchen amenities. For 4/5 days ideal accommodation. The concierge is great . They are a couple , very welcoming , available and responsive, very flexible on schedules . We will come back without hesitation.

Pleasant, functional and clean accommodation. 5-minute walk to the black sand beach. Christiane is accommodating and very friendly. We'll be happy to go back

I had already been to Cap D Agde years ago, but I did not know Agde with its historic center, the apartment is also convenient on foot for the local market and the beautiful beaches! I will definitely come back if I have the chance, maybe in the summer season.

Great stay! We had a most pleasant weekend in this very beautiful apartment, ideally located. Everything is within walking distance, making it particularly easy to get around. The accommodation is impeccable, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped. The host was responsive, available and very caring. We recommend this rental without hesitation!

Accommodation as described, clean and well arranged, the sea view is a real asset, as well as the games room that delighted our 4-year-old daughter. In addition, our hosts were very welcoming and allowed us to arrive a little earlier, thank you again for everything. We would definitely recommend this listing.

Very good welcome from Philippe, he is a host attentive to the smooth running of your stay and available if needed. Still reachable. As for the apartment, in addition to being super well-located, close to the beach, the city center, and the port, it is really very nice, nicely decorated, well equipped and very functional. From the terrace, we saw on dunes (wild), which gives access to a path along the cliffs, overlooking the sea (beautiful) ideal for walks and jogging. We had a great time (far too short), and we would definitely recommend Philippe's apartment. Martine and Pascal

Everything very easy all the way through from booking to check-out with very informative instructions and communication. Ideal location in the harbour but quiet and cosy inneryard. Very clean and nice in every aspect, we enjoyed our stay a lot!

Well-appointed apartment for 2 adults and 2 children close to all amenities and quiet at the same time. All the necessities of a home and the arrival and departure instructions are so well detailed that you can't forget anything. very good little stay for us.

Conveniently located apartment with full views of the harbor in the setting sun with a terrace large enough for 4. Shops nearby, beaches and dock centers a few meters away. Over-equipped kitchen, comfortable appliances to have a good stay. Comfortable bedding, bathroom and shower with beautiful space. a lot of storage for 4 people. Finally, a very welcoming host, good advice and helpful. Go there without a second thought for a good advice, guaranteed time.

A very nice, clean and modern apartment, very easy to access with private parking. And what can I say about the location... simply exceptional!!! Feet in the water with a superb view of the sea from the terrace. 2 wonderful days :-)
