The location is ideal, not far from Narbonne and its magnificent beaches, rich in tourist attractions and conducive to relaxation. The apartment is beautifully decorated and very tasteful, including the breakfast staples, bed linen and towels provided, all with a lot of attention. In addition, you can park your car in the secure courtyard and enjoy the outdoor space under the lush lemon trees and the scent of jasmine. In addition, Sophie and Franck, our hosts, were very welcoming and caring, taking care of us from the moment we arrived; Franck always put us at ease and personalized the experience. Each meeting in the courtyard was a pleasure. In short, you are amazing! Thank you for making this an unforgettable experience.

A great welcome for my first rental on Airbnb, a spotless and well-equipped apartment for one or two people as a couple, relatively quick access to downtown Montpellier by Tramway 3 whose terminus is less than 4 minutes from the apartment, a supermarket nearby, and charming and attentive owners, what more could you ask for? I would gladly make a new reservation for this apartment if the opportunity arises. Olivier

Great place to stay for a family. The layout and decor are tastefully made. Very well equipped apartment. The place as such is not of interest but if it's just for a place to stay, no problem! No clearance, the terrace and gardenette overlook a stone wall.

I had a lovely weekend in this cottage , it's a great place for kids and adults alike. Well-maintained studio, well equipped and located in a quiet location. Recommended!

A small cocoon on the ground floor of a beautiful house of character, nestled in the lovely village of Peyriac-sur-Mer. The place has character, calm reigns. The hosts are charming, welcoming. The village is relaxing, with stunning picturesque walks on the pontoons above the pond. Address to recommend without hesitation to discover the village and its surroundings!

Welcome by Mélanie, very pleasant and smiling. Apartment very well located, with sea view as advertised, clean, complete, modern and functional amenities. Garage on the same level as the apartment, facilitating the transfer of luggage. The only drawback was the narrowness of the garage for our vehicle.

Duplex apartment not very large but really very well equipped and nicely decorated. Everything is well thought out even for babies. The covered terrace was well appreciated as there was a lot of wind. In May it was quiet but probably noisier in the summer with the pool and aqualand. Beach and many shops and restaurants within walking distance.

It went very well, from my arrival to my departure. Clear instructions, listing matches photos, and description. Private parking lot just downstairs. Close to everything. Very nice and responsive host, thank you so much for your kindness! I would highly recommend it!

We had a lovely stay in this lovely house, located in a very quiet area. The beautiful swimming pool as well as a large garden bring a very appreciable atmosphere and comfort. Chantal and Jean Louis gave us a nice welcome and remained available throughout the stay. Beach and shops 10 minutes by car Everything was there to make our stay a success. I would highly recommend it!

We had a 2 day visit in early fall. Our gracious host, Thomas, met us on arrival and gave us good dining suggestions for our short visit. The property was spacious and well-maintained, and the pool looked very inviting but the weather did not cooperate for swimming. Our apartment had huge sliding doors on the first floor, with spacious and well—furnished patios. Lots of light and spacious. Everything about the apartment and the property was clean, attractive and comfortable, with plenty of storage space for a longer visit. The location allowed us to get to either the beach or to downtown Narbonne in just a few minutes. The only drawback was that the toilet was on the first floor, while bedroom, shower and sink were upstairs, and the stairs were short-treaded so difficult to navigate in the dark. Probably not a problem for a younger person or family, but I’d choose a single-floor unit for my (older) self next time.

Lovely and very responsive hosts, very convenient accommodation, close to all amenities, space to park the car and bikes. Quiet neighborhood. I would recommend it without a second thought!

We are delighted with the stay we have just spent at Martine's. She welcomed us with great kindness and adapted to our schedule. The accommodation is very nice, extremely clean, quiet and very well located. I have no other word than PERFECT! The bedding is good, the bed linen is soft and smells very good. The rooms are very dark at night and conducive to a very good sleep. All the equipment is new and the entire accommodation is very well maintained. The dishes are impeccable. Only small downside that is well mentioned in the description and that made us hesitate: the lack of wifi for teleworking but we took a portable relay and everything was perfect. Really recommend!!! A big thank you to the lovely Martine for her warm welcome!

Great stay, Amandine and Thomas are lovely hosts. The pool and hot tub are great, the place is nice and clean. We have a little girl, they provided us with a high chair and a crib it was really nice. Go ahead without hesitation!

I would highly recommend staying with Gaëlle and her spouse because I had a great stay. Not only was everything as advertised: the accommodation is clean, tidy, very peaceful and pleasant; but on top of that, they were both extremely friendly, kind and considerate. I can only advise you to go there if you want a relaxing and rejuvenating environment and for my part, I will not hesitate to come back if the opportunity arises again!

We were 8 people and it has enough room for everyone. Everything was perfectly furnished and available. The view from the terrace is wonderful. The small pools are great, but could be a little warmer in October.
