What a beautiful home in a great location. Can’t beat the view and Perry, the host is extremely helpful and responsive. I absolutely will be staying here again!

Alyssa and her husband are super host. Super friendly with very timely, clear instructions. The house is in a great condition in a convenient location close to shops, yet in the peaceful neighborhood. They recommended us a few places to visit, which were spot on! I would come back! Great location in Carnelian Bay overlooking the lake. Nice house with well stocked kitchen and amenities. Close to many Lake Tahoe destinations and host was very proactive in communication. Would recommend staying here and had a great time! Look forward to future trips.

The house was great very nice enjoyed the games it had. The only thing that I wasn’t to fond of was someone came into the home while we were away and we were not notified about it. Other than that the stay was great

Brandon is a terrific host. We found the property to be immaculately clean and well-equipped upon arrival. The bathrooms were all clean with plenty of towels. The kitchen is well-stocked and beautifully open to the living room, deck and lovely views of Carnelian Bay. The location is unbeatable. Only a short walk to the beach, pizza and Gar Woods restaurant. There are SUP/Kayak rental on the beach as well. There is a Safeway grocery store just a few miles down Lakeshore Bl. We enjoyed our time here with family and friends. Six adults staying here in total and it was amazingly comfortable and roomy for all of us. One thing to consider with this home is the entry to the front door. Be aware that you must climb stairs to reach the front door entry. This is a beautiful, quiet and peaceful home. Book it! We will definitely be returning to this property again in the future. Thanks Brandon.

Best stay in kings beach area. Close to everything. The house is spacious with a decent backyard. Host is very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

We had the pleasure of staying here for 3 nights and honestly, we wished we could have stayed longer! The home is absolutely beautiful—especially the deck, which offers stunning views of the lake. We spent so much time soaking in the scenery. Inside, the living room was cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The house itself is in a peaceful, secluded neighborhood, but still so close to everything you need in Tahoe City. This was our first summer trip to Lake Tahoe, and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the views to the comfort and convenience, it was the perfect getaway. Highly recommend!

My family felt very comfortable in Suzanne's condo. There was plenty of room and the amenities were great. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could need. The beds were very comfortable. The best part of the stay was having Suzanne as a host. She was very quick to respond to our questions and gave exact directions to find the condo.

We had a great stay in Carol’s Airbnb and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone coming to Reno and looking for a home away from home! The apartment was spacious, nicely decorated and had everything we needed (special mention must be made of the completely equipped kitchen). The place is located on a cul-de-sac in a nice and quiet residential neighborhood - but still only a 2-3 minute drive away from gas and a supermarket. Carol greeted us warmly upon check-in and was always available whenever we had questions.

I had a great stay at Marci’s place! The house was clean, had great instructions/recommendations for the house and area, and the backyard and deck were so nice to have. There was quite a bit of pollen due to all the nearby trees, so if you are allergic remember to bring allergy meds in the summer. The kitchen was very well stocked. They also provided a kayak and a lot of beach gear. The hot tub was fantastic!

One of the best places I have ever stayed. The pictures do not do this place justice. We really appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was with pots, pans, and utensils. Bed rooms and bathrooms were also clean and had basic necessities in stock. I would recommend this place to anyone and would stay here again.

I’ve stayed in several Airbnbs and Micks place is one of my favorites. Central, easy location and right around the corner, practically, is a fabulous bakery with gluten free choices!!!! The unit was clean and well equipped. The washer and dryer worked perfectly. I high recommend this unit. It’s certainly worth the very fair price.

Jack's place was just what we were looking for. Great location within walking distance to restaurants, the Great Basin Co-op, and the Riverwalk. It was spacious for a two-bedroom. Clean & comfortable. Nothing fancy, but good value.

This is a rustic and historical gem! The space is cozy and exceptionally clean. Love the large bathroom! The window A/C in the bedroom was the coldest ac I have ever come across and it makes the whole space cold!!! The area around the rental is great for walking our dogs. The Silver Springs Park is right up the hill behind the rental with plenty of green space for the pups. Also the Silver Springs Cemetery is right down the street and fun to walk thru and read the tombstones. We door dashed food from Dayton and explored Virginia City during the day. The location is perfect!!!! Hope to stay again!

Fantastic stay! Great spot right next to the lake, and the friendliest hosts imaginable. Paddleboards, kayaks, hot tub, what more can you ask for? Not to mention the bike lane is right behind the house and goes all the way from Tahoe city to Meek’s bay!

We loved Kathy’s place. The location was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere in town! It was beautiful! Kathy was very kind!!

Such a cozy home and the most comfortable beds! You’ll feel right at home, a perfect space for a quiet, relaxing vacation by Lake Tahoe! Short walk or drive to restaurants and grocery. Only a 45min drive from Reno as well. Look forward to staying here again!

I would highly recommend this serene condo in the woods! Can’t beat the location, and the amenities are exactly what you need! Jared was very helpful when we had any questions about our stay.

We had a fantastic time at this cabin! We enjoyed board games, TV, and the well-equipped kitchen. The only downside was that there was just one hair dryer, and it was a bit old, so we had to share it between the two bathrooms. Overall, it was a great experience—highly recommended!

Me and my family loved and enjoy this house. Especially the patio areas is beautiful. Right next to the water So peaceful The House has everything you need, and the beds are comfortable. Really nice place to stay. Nice location, a few minutes' drive to most activities on the north shore. Full kitchen with more than enough cookware and condiments. Communication is fast and effective. We are a party of two, so the space is more than enough: large beds, and the living room is cozy with a fireplace and a TV where you can watch netflix, youtube, etc. Overall, great experience and strongly recommended!

Great place! There was some construction going on during my stay, but other than that it was a great location and great room!
