Holiday rentals with beach access in Agate Bay

Really beautiful view! Cute area with restaurants within a 10 min driving distance. A lot of cleaning instructions - washing dishes, taking out trash, washing linens and one of the beds had no pillow cases. Other than that, I would stay again

I absolutely loved my stay here! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had such a peaceful charm to it. The location was perfect—tucked away just enough to feel relaxing, yet super close to all the major Lake Tahoe attractions, hikes, and great food spots. The outdoor area was especially beautiful and made for a great place to unwind. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We loved staying at this air bnb, there were a couple things missing or broken that we needed, laundry detergent, etc. all in all though great neighborhood and place to book for a couple of nights. For anyone else booking for the summer time, there was no AC although the fans work great and open windows at night too. It was perfect for smaller company, for us it was just 2 people and the area was absolutely lovely, we would definitely recommend!

Brandon's place was right off the main road, so great for walks with a view of the lake. Stairs to get, very roomy inside, very. We enjoyed our stay here, wish we had booked longer so we could enjoy the location more.

My wife and visited for a friend's wedding. It was a peacful and restive place to stay with a great view. It is also close to some really nice hiking trails.

I had a great stay at Marci’s place! The house was clean, had great instructions/recommendations for the house and area, and the backyard and deck were so nice to have. There was quite a bit of pollen due to all the nearby trees, so if you are allergic remember to bring allergy meds in the summer. The kitchen was very well stocked. They also provided a kayak and a lot of beach gear. The hot tub was fantastic!

We LOVE this area! We usually stay in the houses along the waterfront when we have large groups, but this was perfect for a quick trip with just my husband & I. This area is our favorite. The coffee shop & water bar are the perfect spots for evening drinks & apps or pastries & lattes in the morning after a sunrise walk around the lake. You can spend the day shopping at the huge shopping center that's just a short walk down the road. Everything you can think is right there. And it just a quick 10 min drive if you wanted to go down to the row and try your luck at the casinos. My only complaint would be that the apartment complex was so big & complex, there was no maps that it was kinda hard to find our unit. Especially since we arrived late and there was no one at the front desk who could help. Other than that, it was a great stay & we'll definitely be back.

Lisa’s place is a beautiful, peaceful getaway in Carnelian Bay! It’s an easy walk to the water and the house had more than enough space for the 7 of us. Lisa also provided very clear instructions about check in and check out. Be mindful that there is no cell service at the house/in the neighborhood but that’s to be expected in Tahoe and WiFi is available at the house so it wasn’t a problem :) overall, it was an amazing stay in a quiet neighborhood and we had the best time!

The house was great very nice enjoyed the games it had. The only thing that I wasn’t to fond of was someone came into the home while we were away and we were not notified about it. Other than that the stay was great

Paul and Naomi were excellent hosts and very responsive to all our questions and needs. The unit was well equipped and comfortable, and within easy walking distance to bars, restaurants, coffee shops, general shopping, the lake, and bike rentals. Grocery store is a 5 minute drive away. We were a party of 3 adults and one teenager, the property was perfect for all of us, and gave the teenager the ability to come and go. We would definitely recommend this property!

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The house itself was beautiful and in a fantastic location. We really appreciated being so close to shops, local businesses, and the lake, while still enjoying the peaceful, woodsy area. The hosts were incredibly responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. Best stay in kings beach area. Close to everything. The house is spacious with a decent backyard. Host is very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Ada's and Robert's house was exactly what we were looking for on a ski vacation. Well designed, stylish, cozy and beautiful. Ada and Robert communicated very well. We will definitely see if this house is available next time we visit Tahoe!

We had such a great stay here with family and friends over the weekend! The cabin was beautiful, in a great location, and the host was super friendly and responsive. One thing that really stood out was how well-stocked everything was, which isn’t something we’ve typically seen at other Airbnbs. The kitchen had everything we needed, from pots and pans to coffee machines, spices, and seasonings, which was perfect since we did a lot of cooking. Just a heads-up if you’re a coffee person: they provide the machines but not the coffee, so be sure to bring your own! The place was also dog-friendly, which was a huge plus. We loved that there were tons of games, activities, and even outdoor gear to keep everyone entertained. You can tell the host really cares about the guest experience, and we’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Very spacious house, conveniently located close to Lake Blvd, providing a short drive to Kings Beach, Northstar, Tahoe City, and the Alpine and Palisades resorts. The house is quite spacious, with plenty of sitting space, a good kitchen and dining room space. There is room for 4 cars in the driveway, plus one or two in the garage (depending on your parking skills ;-), which is nice. My friends and I are already thinking of trying to rent this lodge again next year (although this review may make it more difficult...). We had a small issue with the hot tub -- it was perfectly usable (it is really big too), but the jets did not function correctly every time. This has been reported and given Madelyn's responsiveness, I am confident that this will be solved.

Fantastic location. Short walk to the lake. We would walk out to the lake and then walk out on the dock to watch the boats and lake activity. The home itself was very clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook. BBQ was really clean and looked like it was newer. Short walk to coffee and restaurants.

We really enjoyed our stay with Tom’ place. Tom was super proactive with communication. He is flexible with checking in time. The place is super clean. There are many restaurants nearby. The neighborhood is super quiet. The checkout process is sooo easy. Book this place and you won’t regret it.

We had a fantastic weekend getaway Theresa’s beach house!! The location is absolutely gorgeous - a short walk to the beach and market. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of beach gear as well. Would 100% recommend and looking forward to coming back!

One of the best places I’ve stayed in Airbnb in the Tahoe area. The place is pretty new and we feel right at home. Everything feels clean and comfortable. The host is great and communicated very well and also was very accommodating. Would recommend

Me and my family loved and enjoy this house. Especially the patio areas is beautiful. Right next to the water So peaceful The House has everything you need, and the beds are comfortable. The host was very helpful she was very fast to communicate. We will recommend this to Family and Friends. We, Want To Come Back already.

We loved staying in Claudio’s home. It was clean and with lovely furnishings. Gorgeous wooden dining table, with comfy couches, chairs and beds. Kitchen had all amenities and then some (stocked up coffee!). Easy check-in and check-out. Would rent again in a heartbeat!

It's a very cozy space. Small but still contains everything one would need for a long term stay. Not a great cellular signal, and apparently they have blackouts from time to time, but this isn't reflective of the host. Just an fyi if you're needing a stable cellular connection. The wifi is strong enough as well, apart from unforseen loss of electricity.
