Gorgeous property and relaxing carriage house! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend a month out of the city. The house was decorated very nicely and we felt at home from the minute we arrived. Wifi also was sufficient for 2 people working full time. Their dog Tillie was sooo sweet. We will miss her coming to our door everyday for a pat!

Very quiet and peaceful place. Good location to explore Vermont. We've been there for two times and will definitely return to it. Highly recommended.

Lisa's place was perfect for the weekend and she was a thoughtful and responsive host! She was very flexible with our check in time and knew that we'd be arriving late so she turned on the lights and heat for us so that it was easy to find and cozy when we arrived. We'd definitely stay there again if we are back in the area!

Joanne and her husband Greg have a beautiful place. Perched on a hill looking out over the mountains the view can’t be beat. The space itself was beautiful and very comfortable to relax after busy days exploring the area. Joanne was proactive, reaching out to speak with us before we arrived and make sure we felt comfortable finding the place as well as sharing details about the place. I hurt my knee while exploring the area and they were very thoughtful and helpful in accommodating me. I highly recommend Joanne and Greg’s space.

Lovely little guest house on a beautiful property. Unfortunately our trip got cut short due to incoming severe weather but our brief stay was pleasant and the hosts were very accommodating to us leaving early. I hope to return and stay longer.

Very cool spot! Well stocked and clean, great for cooking. Perfect size for the 2 of us. Everything is updated and easy to use. Plenty of towels and linens. Less than 15 minutes from Sugarbush.

We were very happy staying here. Jodi responded quickly to any questions I had. The place was immaculate, enough room for 1 or 2 people. Very modern feel. All the pictures of the place were accurate. We had a good night's sleep every night on the comfy bed and coffee, provided, on the patio. Overall a very nice place to stay and I would definitely go back.

This is a wonderful place to stay: spacious, bright, and immaculately clean. We loved the location in the midst of the countryside yet close to inviting small towns and the city of Burlington. Nearby Raven Ridge is a great hike with some stunning views. Our only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer.

The place itself was beautiful and the outdoor area was great. Wish we were able to swim in the pond, but it was a little cold while we were there! Bristol, VT is probably the closest place to get a full dinner, but we learned most places were closed Monday and sometimes Tuesday so we had to drive a little farther to find somewhere to eat, but that's the price you pay for the remote location! The linens and beds were very comfortable.

We loved our stay at The Old Wokshop. We especially enjoyed the cozy feeling of the woodstove burning (with backup heat, too, which was convenient) as the snowflakes fell. The kitchen was well supplied for all the cooking we did, towels were soft and the beds and pillows were also quite comfortable. The property location is very beautiful and in proximity to skiing at Bolton Valley and the Middlebury Snowbowl, and very close to Hinesburg and Bristol where we had nice meals.

The carriage house was just as described. The bed was very comfortable and the upstairs sitting area was spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean. The bathroom and shower are new and very nice. If you are looking for quiet and solitude, this is the place. Be aware, the internet and cell phone service is spotty.

The house and location are beautiful the location is perfect walking distance to town. The grounds are beautiful. We will be back to enjoy the space again!
