Holiday rentals with beach access in Addison County

This lakeside gem was the setting for one of the most restful and beautiful stays we’ve ever had with Airbnb. I loved sitting every morning on their porch to take in the first bit of morning light, and every suggestion made by our host was better than the last. I’ve visited Vermont several times, but I was blown away by all of the hidden treasure suggested by our host - everything from thrift shops to the best cafes. My two kids had a blast here as well. I would highly recommend for couples, families, or friend groups looking to have fun together.

This is one of the best AirBnb’s we have ever stayed in; and we have stayed in many. This apartment is pristine and uncluttered. It is extremely well-designed. Absolutely everything has been thought of. Magnificent views all around. Very friendly and helpful hosts. The stone farmhouse where the owners live feels on approach like a quintessential Vermont Farm while the back yard with its lovely garden hints at the French Provence. Great location, near the charming town of Vergennes, which has several delicious and fun spots to eat. We rebooked the place right away for a future stay!

Our family, comprising six adults and a baby, thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay here during a busy (solar eclipse) weekend in April. This property is brand new. There are a number of hotel rooms on the property. We stayed at the apartment suite just above the restaurant. The apartment was quite comfortable, offering ample space. It was impeccably clean, and everything was fresh and new. The convenience of having the restaurant just below was a definite highlight, making dining options easily accessible. We could hear noise from the restaurant in the evening but it did not wake our baby or impair our stay. There is a nice waterfall on the property. Proximity to Sugarbush was very good. Our hosts, TJ and Johnny, for the most part, were attentive and responsive. There was no TV in the unit or dressers in the rooms (we were told they may be adding a TV in the future). There was a bluetooth speaker for music. Our overall experience was excellent and we wholeheartedly recommend

Spent a long weekend at Mary’s place skiing at Sugarbush (the rental is also close to several other resorts). It was perfect with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and a small but functional kitchen and living space with a tons of books and games to pass the time. The second level deck that overlooks the cute town of Moretown was a nice bonus. The place exuded a simple, bucolic quintessential New England character and is eclectically charming. Would love to return to experience other seasons. To top it all off, Mary was a pleasure, accessible and helpful as needed.

The apartment was as pictured and is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful views from the spacious covered deck. The kitchen is well appointed and perfect for cooking in, when not dining out at one of the nearby restaurants (Mountain Dog Restaurant is an excellent casual option, with Deer's Head Inn nearby offering a bit more elevated experience.) If stocked during your stay, the bakery below has excellent breads and other products. The apartment is pet and kid-friendly, with the bonus of being pretty "child-proof" by default as there is really no clutter or excess "stuff" lying around. One thing to be aware of is the deck extending to the shower has a lower railing than the rest and seemed a little precarious for any young ones, but this was easily blocked off with deck furniture. The stairs up to the apartment are a bit steep, but quite manageable, we didn't have any issues carrying things (including a toddler) up and down. All in all, great stay and a great value.

This is a spectacularly beautiful home in a beautiful location. Every touch in the house is perfect - especially the baskets filled with cozy blankets, the wood-burning stove, the dog-friendliness, the well-equipped kitchen (better than our own), and the very friendly hosts. It far exceeded our already high expectations, and we would love to return. We were here in December after a fresh snowfall and it couldn't have been more lovely. Definitely the most lovely airbnb we've ever stayed in, and we've stayed in a lot. This was perfect for our family of four - with 2 adult children in their We will absolutely be back! Thank you!

My family and I had a wonderful Christmas at Antoine’s home. The house was warm, inviting, and made us feel right at home. We had a fantastic time, from cross-country skiing during the day to relaxing by the cozy fireplace at night. We’d love to return in the summer to experience it again!

The bunny slope was the perfect location for our 10 day stay in MRV. It had all the amenities needed to make us comfortable for the week and the accommodations were spacious. The kids loved playing in the backyard in the 20+ inches we received during our stay! The home has beautiful windows and views of the backyard where we could watch them! 😉. We loved the fondue pot and made several meals in the chefs kitchen. We all loved the artwork in the home and the little bunny decorations. The kids made a fun game of finding them all. Rose and Jake were extremely responsive and provided a very thorough house guide with all of the information we needed. We would love to come back and enjoy this house in another season. The blueberry lake area is gorgeous.

We stayed at Kate‘s place for college graduation at Middlebury. It was the perfect hideaway for our family to relax when not attending events at the college. I absolutely loved the beautiful wide plank, wood floors. Stunning! The decor is perfect for a lake house and you get complete solitude as the house sits back from the street. Would stay again.

The house is so spacious and beautifully decorated! It was a perfect spot, walkable to many great spots in town. Scott was a welcoming host, and this home makes me want to visit again!

From booking to checkout Damien was an awesome host. The house was as fun as the pictures made it look and the views amazing despite the weather. Its not every day you get to stay in a house like this, its amazing he shares it with others this way. We will be back.

We had three families in our group that stayed here for the Walls between the Waters festival. The walk to the festival was quick and easy making the location perfect for our stay. It was a very comfortable space with plenty of room for everyone and we loved having the hot tub available.
