Karen's home is lovely and well situated in a peaceful tree-lined neighborhood close to all the historic sites in Concord. The bedroom is spacious, comfortable, clean and beautifully appointed. Karen and Brook were very friendly and welcoming hosts. We enjoyed our stay -- and the chance to walk to beautiful Walden Pond.

Tranquil Waterfront Retreat

We stayed here during our sisters law school graduation in Boston. It was the perfect location for us as we are outdoorsy and have our dog! My husband enjoyed the pond, did some fishing and we went out on the pond in the canoe! Beautiful area, walkable for the dog. We spent several mornings walking around the neighborhood. Short drive to Boston and it was away from the city traffic. The stairs were a lot, but we are young and in shape so we had no issues with it. Just be careful at night. The cottage had a keurig and small coffee pot which was perfect for us. No TV but it’s so peaceful, we read books and enjoyed the sounds of the water and the birds. Would stay again if we were in the area.

I love Lenny’s Place and I’m so happy I found it. Lenny and his family are beautiful and good people. Lenny’s Mom Maria made me a beautiful dinner one evening I had asked for more towels and came home to find the towels and dinner. I grew up in Leominster but I hadn’t been back in 41 years. This was perfect for me and very close to town a 10 minute walk and a very short walk to Barrettes Pond right down the St. I used to swim there as a child. The surrounding area is stunning very green and many maple trees.

Our stay at the lakefront cottage was fantastic! The place was clean and welcoming. We enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen and the sitting areas. But most of all we loved the outdoors. The lake was perfect for paddle-boarding, and there were wonderful trails nearby in the walking distance. Watching beautiful sunsets over the lake made our trip magical. Nico is a gracious host, responsive, genuine, and welcoming. He went out of his way to make sure the kids and I had everything we needed.

Laurelyn and John are warm, friendly, interesting and inviting hosts who made us feel very welcome. Their home is beautiful with thoughtfully orchestrated furnishings and art, including Laurelyn’s beautiful block print textiles. It is a quiet peaceful place with a super comfortable bed in a very clean environment. Laurelyn even made a personalized welcome sign, the most delicious cookies imaginable- while being so accommodating. Laurelyn and John are were respectful of our privacy and clearly very considerate of our needs. We will return!
