House holiday rentals in Aci Castello

Geweldig huis met prachtig uitzicht op zee. Ruim genoeg voor ons gezelschap van 6 volwassenen en 4 kinderen, met grote woonkamer, fijne keuken met grote eettafel en meer dan genoeg slaapkamers en badkamers. Fantastische tuin met zwembad, al is het zwembad onverwarmd en toen wij er waren in april net te koud om er aangenaam in te kunnen zwemmen. De uitrusting van de keuken was prima in orde, maar ik vond het fornuis en de oven aan de kleine kant voor de hoeveelheid personen waarop het huis berekend is. Koken voor 10 personen was een uitdaging, meerdere grote pannen pasten eigenlijk niet op het fornuis. De omgeving van het huis is wel wat afgelegen, een auto is een must om ergens te komen. Patrizio is een fijne host, reageerde snel en hielp ons waar nodig. Al met al hebben we een heerlijk verblijf gehad en raden we dit huis zeker aan!

Eiendommen er helt fantastisk. Bassenget og uteområde er virkelig nydelig og vi koste oss masse. Perfekt for en eller to familier. WishSicily er utrolig imøtekommende, svarer raskt, kommer med anbefalinger før jeg rakk å spørre og hjalp til med det som dukket opp. Eiendommen er en oase hvor det er fantastisk å oppholde seg. På utsiden av porten er det mindre interessant. Det er ikke mulig å gå noen steder, så bil er avgjørende. Lokasjonen generelt er topp. Kort reisevei til vingårder, Etna, Taormina, Catania og flere andre små søte steder. To ting å pirke på. Det var ganske mye stress med søppelhåndteringen. Det er også begrenset med elektrisitet inkludert i oppholdet. Vi var forsiktig med bruk av strøm og det var ikke sommer på sitt varmeste, og vi brukte nesten dobbelt av det som var inkludert. Alt i alt vil jeg anbefale stedet på det varmeste og vi vil gjerne komme tilbake.

Antonina a été une hôte parfaite. Elle est très gentille et très serviable. le logement correspond a sa description. c est un vrai havre de paix. il y a tout ce qu il faut pour cuisiner. la piscine est tres agréable et Solicchiata permet de fuir les grosses chaleurs car en hauteur et donc plus frais. je conseille vivement ce logement pour du calme et de la sérénité. literie tres confortable. Wunderschöne Unterkunft inmitten eines bewirtschafteten, üppig begrünten Grundstücks mit traumhaftem Blick in Richtung Ostküste. Alles war wie aufgrund der Bilder und Beschreibung erwartet, eher noch etwas hübscher. Sauberkeit top, Ruhe und Panorama fantastisch. Der Empfang super herzlich, Empfehlungen für Ausflüge sehr gut. Die Lage ist natürlich etwas abseits gelegen, per Auto durch schmale Gassen aber absolut OK zu erreichen. So etwas wie hier findet man halt nicht direkt im Ort. Insgesamt absolute Empfehlung!

Gorgeous house, excellent location, and such gracious hosts! Daniele and his parents were both lovely. The space is clean and has everything we needed. The pool is the perfect afternoon relaxing spot. It’s well kept and very clean, which we can only imagine a huge feat considering the volcanic ashes! We also went up Mt Etna with Daniele. He’s a great guide as well! Overall 10/10 recommend.

Melania è stata gentile e disponibile da subito. La casa è super carina e comoda. Immersa nel parco naturale, vicina alle gole dell'Alcantara. Tranquilla e rilassante ma comunque non distante al centro abitato. La famiglia di Melania, che abita al piano di sotto, si è resa disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Torneremo molto volentieri e lo consiglierò ad amici.

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances à borgo papardo. nous avons apprécié la vue sur l'Etna qui nous offert deux magnifiques éruptions, l'odeur des citronniers en fleurs et les enfants ont passé beaucoup de temps à la piscine malgré sa fraîcheur. Placido est très disponible pour toute information.

A perfect stay – above and beyond expectations! The apartment was spotless, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed. But what truly made the experience special was the amazing host – thoughtful, generous, and always available to help. We were especially touched by the warm gesture of fresh, local croissants delivered in the morning – such a lovely surprise! Highly recommended, and we’d love to come back again. This was such a lovely and relaxing place. The outside space with the patios was amazing. There’s plenty of space indoors with a well equipped kitchen and I loved that the bedrooms are downstairs so you don’t have to bring the luggage upstairs. It was an easy drive to visit Taormina and Sergio was nothing but helpful with tips of where to park and places to eat. We would definitely return!

What a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, with homemade wine, olive oil, and fresh cherries from the garden. The hospitality was truly exceptional. Thanks to the fantastic recommendations, we discovered restaurants we never would have found on our ohne and each one was a hidden gem. The accommodation itself is full of character and charm. Every piece of furniture and decoration seems to have its own story. And the view was absolutely breathtaking! We couldn’t get enough of it. All in all, a perfect holiday with plenty of relaxation. Trotz sehr später Ankunft war Francesco freundlich und zuvorkommend für uns da und bot uns eine Basisversorgung für einen nächtlichen Imbiss. Wir haben ihn als freundlich und hilfsbereit erlebt, und wir durften uns von den Orangen und Zitronen nehmen und bekamen von ihm immer wieder andere reife Früchte, so dass wir Sizilien kulinarisch entsprechender Jahreszeit erleben konnten. Die Wohnung war blitzsauber und entsprach dem Inserat; das Bad funktionierte perfekt - das beste in 12 Sizilienurlauben! Damit wir nicht ganz alleine waren, begrüßten uns Francescos Vierbeiner, so dass wir uns wie zu Hause fühlten. Die Aussicht von den beiden Terrassen ist fantastisch, wir genossen sehr die Ruhe und vermissen das leise Glockenspiel der beiden Kirchen aus den angrenzenden Dörfern. Es ist gut möglich,zu Fuß nach Plummo bzw Guardia Manga zu gelangen (Bäcker, Pasticceria, Pizzeria, Fernbus, Bahnanschluss) zu gelangen. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen! Danke, Francesco!

I stayed twice at this apartment. It’s was comfortable, well located and had all I needed.

We had an amazing stay! The location was absolutely perfect, peaceful, quiet, and just what we needed to relax and enjoy quality time as a family. The place was spotless and very comfortable, and the surroundings made us feel right at home. Our host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the stay, which made the experience even better. We truly appreciate the hospitality and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Esperienza eccellente, Maria è stata una host meravigliosa, sempre disponibile e propositiva sempre attenta alle nostre necessità. L’appartamento è come descritto, con ampi spazi e completo di ogni comfort. Non manca nulla, completo di biancheria e accessori in cucina e in bagno. L’appartamento è vicino al supermarket, alla fermata dell’autobus e trovandosi molto vicino al mare è comodo anche ai ristoranti e ai bar della zona. Abbiamo seguito i suggerimenti di Maria e abbiamo sempre mangiato molto bene esclusivamente pesce di ottima qualità. Sono super soddisfatta della vacanza. Vi segnalo solo la necessità di avere un piccolo sdraio o dei materassini per prendere il sole perché il lungomare è di roccia vulcanica ed è un po’ scomoda ma la limpidezza dell’acqua e il panorama ripagano il fastidio

We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad in het huis van Elio met onze 2 kinderen van 3 en 1,5 jaar. Heel ruim en gezellig huis met een hele fijne tuin, onze zoon was gek op de schildpadjes die er te vinden fijn. Babybedje en kinderstoel op verzoek ook helemaal in orde.

The most amazing week in Taormina, Gianfranco met us on our first day and gave us a detailed tour of the property, he told us how to get around and gave recommendations on where to eat and go. The place is even better than the pictures. Comfy bed, spacious kitchen, great bathroom and the star is of course the patio, we could sit there taking in the view all day. The jacuzzi is amazing, spectacularly situated overlooking the whole town, so relaxing after a day exploring Taormina we looked forward to it everyday! We also loved the hike to Castelmola which is so easy to find the path from the property All in all we have nothing but positives after our week here, thank you Gianfranco & Giovanna!

Daniele's apartment is at the far end of the Naxos bay a ten minute walk from the hussle and bussle of the beaches and beach side restaurants/traffic. It sits between a couple of small, independent hotels but for us, in mid-June, was very quiet and peaceful, and with a beautiful setting overlooking well kept gardens and the sea. Not much else to add to the other positive reviews.....it's a great, well-appointed, private and quiet apartment and not a bad place from which to explore the Messina region if you have a car. We certainly recommend!

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Alessandro war sehr kommunikativ, beim Check-in, bei Problemen, beim Transfer unserer Tochter zum Flughafen. Die kleine Terrasse haben wir sehr genossen, ist sie doch gefühlt fast direkt am Meer. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen. Volker und Iris

Le logement était parfait, l’espace est même plus spacieux que ce qu’il en paraît sur les photos. Chambres très agréables et la salle de bain parentale est superbe. La vue est à couper le souffle! Deux terrasses qui donnent une vue directe sur l’Etna et la ville. Quel plaisir un petit déjeuner avec une telle vue! La piscine est très agréable et les transats/fauteuils de jardin sont très confortables. Notez que l’accès à la piscine n’est autorisé que jusque 18h30. Les hôtes habitent au rez de chaussée de la maison mais restent très discrets. La cuisine était très bien équipée. En bonus des petites attentions pour nous, comme du pain, des confitures, du nutella, des petits gâteau et des boissons rafraîchissantes à notre arrivée. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison et reviendrons sans hésitation si nous revenons dans la région 👍🌸🙃🤩

We stayed there for a week, visiting all the nice nearby places, after which we could enjoy a nice afternoon of rest at this place. A great place to chill, enjoy the beautiful scenery and garden. We had an unforgettable stay at Le Vigne! The location is absolutely perfect – peaceful, surrounded by nature, and with breathtaking views of Etna and the valley. The house itself is clean and spacious, offering everything you need for a relaxing getaway. We especially loved watching the sunset from the terrace – truly magical. Sebastiano is a fantastic host – friendly, responsive, and always available if needed. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore the Etna region in comfort and tranquility!

Barbara was an excellent host and we loved her home: we rented the entire home for our family (adult kids and partners, plus my husband and I) and it was perfect for everyone. The house has a fantastic view of Isola Bella, stairs to the beach are just few steps from the house, and there’s a parking lot just across the street (if you are driving be ready for very narrow streets ;) with cars, scooters and people all together). Barbara was super friendly, welcoming, attentive and helpful from the moment I booked and even more when we arrived. She communicated constantly with me. I highly recommend her place to feel at home waking up to a gorgeous, peaceful view. And there’s lot to do in Taormina and the surroundings. Fantastic trip, we already miss it …

Exquisite property—indoors and outdoors. The antique decor and space is beyond description. We felt part of an immaculate and charming walk into the past. The cohosts were friendly and helpful.
