House holiday rentals in Acadiana

Very clean spacious house and pool area great for family gatherings. We have no complaints for the price paid, it's a great value! If you plan to cook and eat in, as we did, consider that the cookware and utensils are limited. The gas stovetop and counterspace was great. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing listing in Baton Rouge. My family and I came in town for a graduation and this home was beautiful. Everyone enjoyed everything about the home. Plenty of space for a large family to move around effortlessly! We will definitely be staying here again for future trips to the area. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay, the house was very clean, with great smells throughout. Bedding was comfortable. The pool was perfect, large yard the front porch was relaxing and serene and the host was very responsive. Will definitely book this property again next time we are in the area.

Good location for our event being held at LSU. We had three groups staying and I heard no complaints from anyone. They all managed to spend enough time in the pool to get a nice glow.

Great space for our family trip. We were in Lafayette to visit family and the house was perfectly size for our family to stay (4 adults, 5 kids, 1 baby). Everyone had plenty of space and that was in the main house. Overall it was a great value and perfect for our family Thanksgiving trip.

Our party of 8 were extremely comfortable. The beds were so comfy. The house had been totally renovated and was welll appointed. The weather was stifling. But the AC was really cold and felt so good when you walked in. The pool was a good size and the neighborhood was a nice residential area. We felt extremely safe. I was disappointed in the quality of their knives (very dull). The only downside. We did have an occasion to communicate with our hosts. They were always quick to respond. We had a great time. We enjoyed our time in this house. Everything was in good shape and fully functional. There has been a lot of toys for the pool and my kids liked the Lego bricks a lot.

We just stayed for a night but loved the home. Beautiful decor inside and out. Super accessible area right off the interstate.

Wife and I recently stayed here for 3 nights. This place was just what we were looking for after staying 5 nights in New Orleans. It’s a very peaceful location. You get the feel of how the rest of Louisiana is outside of New Orleans. It’s a rustic fishing cabin just like the pics show but the place is clean and had whatever we needed to cook our breakfast(we ate out for dinners). One day we did plantation tours from here and the next day we did the swamp tour(highly recommended). The swamp tour is hosted by Allen(owner) and well worth it. He had us catching catfish out of the lake and later fried it up for us and made us a complete dinner! The owners live across the road and are very accessible and are such nice people! My one complaint is that the decking around the cabin is in pretty rough shape but the pictures do show this. From the decking we saw bald eagles, gators in the water, a snake, and lots of fish jumping out of the water!

Lance’s Chateaux is perfect. He is a great host and I will stay here again in the future.

This is my absolute favorite rental I’ve ever stayed at. It is exceptionally luxurious with high-end bedding and furnishings, while also being child friendly. My 2 1/2 year old grandson played outside in the fenced-in backyard while we relaxed in the screened-in back porch. The extra touches really put this rental above any others—personal welcome note, snacks, tote bag, water bottles, etc. The bathrooms had every item you could need, even baby shampoo. I truly felt I was staying at a friend’s home. I can’t think of one single thing that could be improved on. I will stay here again when I am in the area.

It was me and my wife anniversary, so I always get bnb for us. Last year was nice also but when my wife walk in the door at Brittany place , she was overwhelmed with cleaness and the rooms and the details and the bathrooms . Brittany place is the bomb and it was very peaceful. My wife said she want to go back. Happy Wife , Happy Life. Thanks for everything!

This place was beautiful; you'd feel right at home. Everything you needed was right there, and there was plenty of space for our group! I have nothing against this listing. Just a heads up, double-check when backing out of the driveway. Traffic could be a little crazy at times, and the road from the street next to the driveway is hard to see. Driveway space is plentiful; just turn her around when you head out. Try Nunu's boudin. You will not be sorry!

My girlfriends and I get together periodically!! We all met in Lafayette at 17 years old, freshmen at U of L (USL) at the time!! We decided to spend our time enjoying the Festival International in Lafayette!! I found this wonderful AirBNB for our stay!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly as described and had everything we could have asked for. We slept beautifully in the comfortable beds. I would definitely stay here again.

This place is so cute. All the beds were comfy. Very peaceful. The chickens were super adorable but they are loud however the host does provide earplugs. We enjoyed feeding them.

We traveled to Lafayette to visit my in-laws, and I knew that we would want a comfortable and relaxing place to stay while in town. This townhome exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully styled, with a great layout and all of the amenities that we could possibly need. Our daughters loved having a beautiful room (with a TV!) and my husband and I enjoyed the spa-like primary bathroom. The kitchen was also beautiful, with all of the utensils (and coffee) we hoped for. This was our first time renting rather than staying with my in-laws, and with my husband's busy job and two kids, we were really happy to have our own little oasis to rest and relax. In my opinion, the best part about the townhome is the proximity to great restaurants and activities in Lafayette. We were about a 5-10 minute drive from all of our favorite places, while still feeling tucked away in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. We have absolutely nothing and to say about this place - it was exactly what we needed!

Exceptionally clean home, peaceful and relaxing. Hank and Nealy are the best hosts. We will stay here whenever we come for a visit if this house is available. We have had a great experience here and made some sweet memories. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here!

My crew was doing a job in town and this place worked out great for us. The location was close enough to be to and from the job site quickly but also secluded enough that it was peaceful and quiet. The hosts were responsive and very helpful from us arriving late at and night and leaving a little early. This will be my first choice of houses to stay at next time we come back.

I can’t say enough great things about this home! I have lost track of how many times I have stayed here and I feel like it’s mine😁 My son has hunted Easter eggs in the backyard twice. It’s walking distance to the main Square, the beautiful church in the middle of town and other fabulous restaurants, boutique shopping and nightlife. You are right across the street from a 100 year-old oyster bar and restaurant, Dupuy’s. A visit to Abbeville is well worth it, friendliest people on earth!
