First Floor of Barn - Our "Precious Past" Suite is the lower level of the barn and is decorated with antiques that will refresh your memory of bygone days. This suite has a queen bed, dressing table, armoire, a sitting area with love-seat, TV, a charming antique dinette, kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator. It has a bath room with a shower. It is located in the country on a pond, where you can fish and relax under the old oak trees. Breakfast not included in price.

Octavia Garden Room at Myrtles Plantation

We are thrilled to share with you our latest addition to the Myrtles! Our Garden Rooms, individually named after our favorite streets in the New Orleans' Garden District, sit nestled in the new building overlooking the courtyard and pond. The Amelia, Bordeaux, Carondelet, Lasalle, and Octavia sit on the second story and the Prytania Garden room is on the first floor and handicap accessible. These cozy, quaint rooms are the perfect retreat for parties of two!

Bayou Teche Cottage

Cajun Cottage located on the Bayou Teche in Downtown New Iberia's Historic Main St. The property is lined with old Oak and Cypress trees with a beautiful view of the bayou. Walking distance from restaurants, bars, and shopping. 8 miles from Avery Island. Light breakfast items, coffee, milk, and juice provided. The cottage is a private space with kitchenette, living area, separate bedroom, and screened in patio. Very private and peaceful setting.

Blue Room - The Stockade Bed & Breakfast

Our Blue Room (2nd floor, no elevator) offers accommodations for 2 guests. Soothing Williamsburg-blue walls cradle an exquisite 4-poster, queen-size rice bed. More comforts include 2 wingback chairs, a writing desk, an armoire, a bureau, a private bath with a tub/shower combination, and a private balcony. Room rate based upon single/double occupancy. State Hotel/Motel taxes of 4.45% and City/Parish taxes of 6% will be due upon arrival.

Carriage House: Louisiana Room

Nestled in the shady oaks of Sterling Grove Historic District in Lafayette, our quaint Carriage House suite is tucked behind the main home. Your accommodations come with our cocktail hour from 4:30 pm to 6:00 p.m. and a gourmet breakfast freshly prepared each morning. Breakfast is served at 8:30 a.m. in the main house. Need a pet friendly room? We can accommodate with a $25 pet cleaning fee not included in the room rate.
