Our apartment is located in the picturesque village of Baumkirchen, with a panoramic view of the mountains in the Inn Valley, directly on the field and edge of the forest, idyllic in the countryside. The central location on the highway and train connection (7 minutes' walk) allows numerous activities such as excursions, hikes, any sporting activities in any season for all ages. The proximity to Innsbruck, Hall, Wattens or Schwaz also makes it possible to make cultural excursions.

There are sleeping accommodations for up to 4 people - but it is ideal for 2-3 people. In this 2-room apartment, there is a bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm bed, which invites you to relax. In addition, the living-dining area has a spacious sofa with a sleeping function for 2 more people. The small modern bathroom has a rain shower.

In Mils (15 km from Innsbruck) stands this beautiful, approx. 650-year-old Tyrolean farmhouse. The listed house looks romantic from the outside and the mountain panorama in the background makes this gem a special eye-catcher. Inside, on the first floor, a 75 sqm apartment awaits you, which was completely renovated and modernized in 2015. In this unique place, the flair of the old farmhouse meets modern furnishings.

Exclusive apartment with a hot tub and infrared cabin! It is located in the center of Kolsass. This includes a large garden, a private garage and parking spaces. A supermarket is about 3 minutes away. The bike path passes by in the immediate vicinity. In winter, the ski resort on Kolsassberg is ideal for beginners. Not far away there is the possibility to end the day culinarily in the Wellnesshotel Rettenberg.
