The house is perfect for those wanting a home away from home in a great location that has you in Aberdeen in minutes. The house is a nice size, has everything you need and the area is very quiet and peaceful. We stayed there for New Years and it was a great choice and we would definitely choose Andy’s house again. He was very helpful and kept in contact throughout the pre check in process and offered to be contacted anytime whilst we were there. I would definitely recommend Andy and his property. We will be back !

My colleague went on a working trip, and Susan was very helpful and responsive throughout their stay. They really liked the house and felt very comfortable.

This Cottage was a beautiful addition to our trip! we spent 2 nights here and we felt right at home. The space was adorable, private, comfortable and Dean did an excellent job communicating when we had any questions! highly recommend

We had a lovely 3 weeks at The Bothy. The Bothy is beautifully presented with everything you need and in a lovely peaceful location. The children are going to miss waking up to see horses, rabbits and peasants out their window! Kenny was a great host who was super helpful and friendly who always responded quickly to every query. We would highly recommend to anyone!

We stayed at The Grange No 5 for two weeks, and I have nothing but positive things to say. The little space was perfect for everything we needed, and we felt so at home. Everything was neat and tidy, and Shoana was on top of everything we might need. We appreciated the detailed instructions provided, and were so grateful for the quiet retreat. The beach is just a 0.5 mi walk from the house, and all of the attractions we wanted to see were within a 30-40 minute maximum range. Also all the little brochures provided helped us find hidden gems in the area (the Peterhead Prison Museum is a must!). We would 100% stay here again given the chance and highly recommend it!

Great location, walkable to town. The flat is as per the photos. All amenities were present and working. Entry and exit was straightforward. Note that there is a parking permit with the house, which we hadn't noticed in the description, knowing this would've saved us some money of day 1. We enjoyed our stay.

Thank you so much - was the perfect spot for our band to stay being in close proximity to Barra Castle for the wedding. The place was exactly as described, clean and organised, and Darren was super helpful with check in talking me through the space. It was also a really lovely touch to have some food in the fridge - was much appreciated!

Our experience here was fantastic from start to finish. It was a last minute booking, and the host was able to accommodate us, even offering an earlier check in as the place was ready. The games cupboard was a particular hit with the kids, and having an outdoor space for the dog was great. Thankyou Jennifer!

Our second time here and another great stay. The place is spacious and well-equipped and easily walkable to local shops, restaurants and pubs; Carron To Mumbai is a great restaurant and only a couple of minutes walk away.

Excellent location and as advertised. It was very easy to step out and walk to union street and bon accord. The host is responsive and very helpful. Will definitely try this place again on the next family visit .

Linda's place at Inchmarlo near Banchory was quite possibly the most comfortable Airbnb we have stayed in during our twelve weeks (so far) of travelling around Scotland in nearly all self-catering accommodation. It was quiet, parking was easy, beds were comfy, showers good, no stairs, some nice interior decorating touches without being too cluttered, and it just had everything we needed. I would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation to anyone. We are not golfers so did not stay there because of the golf course but to have a central place in which to explore Aberdeen. It proved to be a great choice. Thank you Linda for hosting us.

My stay with Kev was truly excellent. He was a kind, thoughtful, and communicative host who did his best to make sure I felt safe and at home. His place was lovely and my room was very comfortable. The area was pleasant and quiet, and it was an easy walk or bus trip to the city center. If I'm ever able to return to Aberdeen, I'd hope to stay with him again.

The property was absolutely fantastic our team travelled up from Leeds to work in the area the house was perfect and exactly as described, the locals were really friendly and the area was lovely I would definitely stay at this property again.

Beautiful place so quiet for a city. Easy bus links into town. Very clean and tidy beautifully staged period property on a beautiful tree lined street.

Brilliant stay at this lovely apartment in Stonehaven, couldn’t fault it one bit everything was perfect and Jude was extremely helpful in providing local recommendations. Would highly recommend to anyone that wants to visit Stonehaven!
