I had a fantastic stay at this modern flat in the heart of Aberdeen. The location couldn’t be better, just a short walk to Union Terrace Gardens and close to some of the best theatres, restaurants, and shopping in the city. The flat itself is beautifully designed with a bright, open-plan living area and feels really spacious and comfortable. It’s also incredibly accessible, with underground parking (including disabled spaces) and a lift that takes you straight to the door—perfect for anyone with mobility needs. The bedrooms were cosy, the bathrooms spotless, and everything was exactly as described. The host was excellent—communication was clear and timely throughout, and they were very accommodating, making check-in and the whole stay smooth and stress-free. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Aberdeen!

I booked Kayleigh's lovely place for two work colleagues, we often have personnel staying locally and I like to choose central locations so they can access everything. This property has now jumped to the top of the list as a favourite, we will certainly stay again. Thank you for clearly communicating, the apartment is beautiful and both guests loved their stay.

We had a lovely weekend stay at Joy’s flat. The location was quiet and safe, and the flat was beautifully furnished and clean. The standard of accommodation was excellent and there was everything that we needed. Joy even provided a welcome pack of biscuits and tea etc. The children enjoyed playing with the dominoes (other games and adult books provided for visitors) and although we brought our own children’s cutlery and dishes, there were children’s dishes and cups etc. in the kitchen cupboard. The flat was perfect for taking the dog out for some local country walks, and we visited NTS Crathes Castle and Drum Castle as well as local garden centres at Drum and Banchory. The girls enjoyed the playparks at the NTS sites and Raemoir Garden centre. We would definitely stay here again. We had a fault with the car just prior to leaving which involved the RAC and Joy was very helpful. 5 stars! 🌟 😃 A lovely comfortable and cosy flat!

Lauren's place was ideal as I had booked it for my parents and it was in proximity to my place but also to anywhere in the centre of Aberdeen.

A nice and cozy place not far from Union Street. Even if it is not located in the picturesque old Aberdeen, the place is calm, supermarkets, bus stops and restaurants are nearby, the apartment is homely and the owners very nice and helpful.

Great Airbnb to stay at. It’s Central, clean & the host is communicative

The place was exactly what I needed for a week. There were good kitchen utensils, a comfortable bed, a bathtub, and good wifi connection. It has everything you need to feel at home, and the neighborhood is cozy and quiet, while keeping a short distance from the city center - it is just a few minutes minutes walk from the bus stop that connects you to the city center. The neighbors were nice and friendly as well, just like everyone else in Aberdeen. I definitely recommend the place 😊

Host was excellent from start to finish. The flat was very clean, well presented and with great walk in shower, everything we had hoped for on booking. Flat is ideally situated for beach and city centre as well as all the attractions in and around Aberdeenshire. Although we had chosen to eat out, the kitchen in the flat has everything you would need to stay home and cook. Great holiday, in excellent accommodation and well looked after by host. I have no hesitation in recommending this flat and will certainly check if it is available next time we visit Aberdeen

It was good value for money and very good communication.

We loved the space, we had no problems with anything. The only thing I felt was a broom and the stove that is very slow. We couldn't make food. We ate out every day, so the budget was a little heavy. But apart from these issues, the host reviewing some things, we would return more often.

We stayed here for the second time and again loved it. Ok, it’s not the cheapest but when you do the Maths you’d pay way more for 5 adults to stay in a Premier Inn for a night and if you get a takeaway instead of going out, it works out a very reasonable way to visit Aberdeen. And this is the coolest, most stylish place and feels like a flat in New York or London but is in Aberdeen by the harbour which just adds to its appeal. Parking is easy and close by, shops too and you’re only a short stroll away from various restaurants. A walk into the vast dock land area is fascinating too. Mike is a kind, responsive and flexible host. We shall be back!

Iza’s place is perfect for a short stay in Aberdeen. It has everything you need, it’s close to the train station, and you can easily walk to the city centre.

Accommodation was clean and perfect for our needs. Host was respectful, polite, communicated and responded well and quickly. Would definitely book this property again.
