Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Aare

Sebastien responded quickly to our messages, communication was easy, not complicated and friendly, we felt comfortable. The cottage was as described, clean, very, very well-equipped (better than described), the view was magnificent, and the sauna and jacuzzi were great. In short, a lovely vacation for us.

Such a romantic place in a small village. The apartment was very nice and everything was as promised. Patrick was very helpful and answered quickly. There is a excellent restaurant in less than 5 minutes of walking. Would recommend!

It’s amazing place to stay.

Perfect for a large group of 15 people + 6 children! An escape from the daily life of the city, especially when it's a hot weekend on the plateau. It's not the North Pole, but in terms of isolation from civilization, you could almost believe it. The view is magnificent, the amenities (fireplace for raclette, grill/fire pit - both working with wood fire available on site - Nordic style hot tub - which we did not need to heat given the heat of the moment - and without forgetting the large canvas that can be deployed by pressing a button offering shade on almost the entire terrace). The kitchen downstairs has all the amenities and enough space if the group is well organized and tidy (which was not our case!) You have to live with two cows, the farmers next door who work there during the day (but don't sleep there) and the fact that the parking lot is a 3-minute walk away, at the edge of the forest. Would we go back? Yes.

We had a lovely stay at Francesca's house. She couldn't have been more helpful. Truly a great host and she was marvellous with our dog. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay at FoundationEGG just outside of Thun! The farmhouse was clean, charming, and had stunning views of the Alps. It was the perfect base for hiking and exploring nearby Swiss towns. Ben and Tabea were wonderful hosts, and the stay offered an authentic and unforgettable Swiss countryside experience!

As always, our favorite in Valais. We have been coming to Fabrice's accommodation for several years now, it's always a pleasure.

The location of the house is the absolute highlight. The view is unique. At sunset and with the view of the lake and the whole mountain panorama for dinner, it was indescribably beautiful. We also enjoyed the warm hotpot several times - after a long hike it is very relaxing. The house is as described - the rooms are very nicely decorated, the kitchen well equipped and the bathrooms are functional but impeccable. If there is a single point of criticism, it is the beds that are very small for double beds and are a bit outdated. All in all, however, we were super happy in the accommodation and can highly recommend the house. Communication with Natalia was also excellent. She responds super quickly and is very helpful. Thank you Natalia for the good hospitality!

We loved our stay here. The house was incredible, as pictured with enough room for our party of 8 including 5 adults, 1 teen, 1 toddler, and 1 baby. The ability to request a pack and play for infant and toys for my toddler was a game changer. The space was thoughtful and enough room for everyone to relax. The town is very quiet and sweet. You can easily walk to Migros and local restaurants. It was perfect for day trips to Thun, Lucerne, Bern, Zurich. It was the perfect landing spot for our group. Laundry is always a plus! Just a couple notes if you have kiddos and plan to do all public transportation, (not a big deal if you have a car but we didn't want to travel with car seats): the home is all tile throughout, not a lot of space to roll around if you have crawling babe etc. The house was absolutely walkable with a stroller from bus stations but don't follow google maps on the 345 bus stop, it'll take a shortcut up to the house that is all stairs. Take the 346 bus instead.

The accommodation is an absolute feel-good place! The complete process from booking to the stay itself was easy and hassle-free, and the host was always available. Even with the equipment, there is nothing to complain about. I would definitely recommend again.

Perfect house and perfectly perfect hosts! The beds are very comfortable, we slept very well and we rested well, the help of the heat and the jacuzzi jets certainly helped! 😉

Wow, we booked this Airbnb quite spontaneously because we needed a weekend retreat away and this delivered! Admittedly, you do need to be prepared that it’s not the easiest place to get to - but we packed light and had plenty of hands to get the groceries brought over. In the end;however, with a bit of planning, it was no issue at all getting there with our toddler and baby. And the location absolutely delivered! It was just what we needed to be in an undisturbed, peaceful setting to unwind from the busyness of everyday life. And the views are amazing!! As disclosed, a few elements of this house aren’t renovated (bathrooms), so if this is ever done then it will help elevate the house as well. I wasn’t aware that it was a two story house - which for us was perfect as we stayed below and my parents stayed above and gave us each some separate living space. I’d absolutely recommend Carmen’s place if you are looking for a true Swiss retreat that’s off the beaten path!

We were a family of 13. The house is beautiful, very large and also offers a lot of space outside. For our children, the pool and whirlpool were the big highlight. There is also a gas grill, which was big enough for us. The kitchen is generously furnished and at the large dining table (inside and outside) we had plenty of space. Beds are very comfortable. You just have to note that a bedroom does not have its own access, i.e. you have to go through another room. That was no problem for our family. We had some questions for the landlord. He always responded very quickly and to our complete satisfaction. With our 4 cars, we had enough space in front of the house. It has two bathrooms. With a little planning, however, we managed to get past each other. In short: We liked it very much and I would immediately book this house again with such a large group. Beautiful, idyllic location with fantastic views and absolute tranquility. We liked the cozy ambiance very much. Sara was always available and helped with all questions very quickly and easily. Highly recommended!

The house is located in a super location where there is no noise and no neighbors nearby. We spent 4 days in this house in the middle of April, the weather was fine, we served the table outside, walked a lot, bathed in a warm bathroom that stands in the courtyard. It snowed on the last day and it was beautiful too. Many thanks to the hosts who were always in touch and always promptly answered questions. I also want to note that the house is very functional and it is convenient that you can buy essential products on the spot.

A moment of calm is guaranteed, ideal for recharging and spending a moment of escape as a couple. Thanks for the thoughtful care .

Beautiful little log cabin on a farm. The hostess was super friendly and greeted us right away and explained everything. The animals that live there are all very tame and most of them can be petted. The bathroom is mainly open, so there are many leaves on the floor, but that didn't bother us at all. It is just all pure nature and apart from the occasional flight noise, it was very quiet and cozy. Although it was a bit chilly, we were able to sit outside by the fire until late at night. The breakfast was magnificent and far too much for two people. We would have liked to eat more. :) Recovery = 100% Romance = 100% Recommendation = 100% Thank you and hopefully see you again sometime:)

We had a very nice time in Matthias‘ log cabin. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail and equipped with everything you need. Matthias explained everything to us very well (heating with wood stove, sauna, etc.) and was also very quickly accessible and accommodating for questions. We highly recommend the place to anyone who wants to have a quiet, relaxing time. We will be happy to come back!

Great chalet near the bus stop to Morzine/Avoriaz. Looks a bit like Soho Farmhouse (iykyk) and was easy to find. Beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed sitting in the living room. The shared hot tub was a treat, perfect for group trip. We would love to stay there again.
