The house is a few minutes' walk from Svaneke center and just a few steps from the Klippestien and overlooks Vigehavn. The house contains three bedrooms, one of which has two built-in junior beds - however, two single beds can be placed instead. The house is in good condition and offers a kitchen-living room, living room, bathroom and private south-facing terrace. There is good insulation, district heating and a wood-burning stove and is therefore rented out all year round.

Super nice older house. There are a total of 6 bedrooms: 2 rooms with a double bed, 1 room with a single bed and a cot, 1 room with a double cot (180 cm long), 1 room with a sofa bed, and a playroom where there is room for an air mattress. Lovely living and dining room as well as a bathroom with a bathtub. In addition, there is a patio with covered terrace as well as a large garden with trampoline. The house is 3 km from the most beautiful beach and also close to shopping.

Bright, quiet surroundings, enclosed, cozy courtyard, four-winged farm from 1825. Independent holiday apartment with private entrance, small kitchen, extra bedroom and bathroom. No more than 5 minutes from a wonderful beach, scenic coasts, local harbor and a restaurant/smokehouse. Beautifully peaceful and pure idyll. We have had a bed & breakfast since 2003. The home is not recommended for those with mobility difficulties.

Huset ligger i gåafstand til en af Bornholms bedste badestrande og i hyggelige Snogebæk findes et udvalg spisesteder og små butikker. Huset er et charmerede gammelt bindingsværkshus på 140 kvm. Det indeholder stue, fire soveværelser, ekstra stue med sovesofa samt køkken og et badeværelse. Udenfor findes overdækket terrasse og stor græsplæne.

There is plenty of room for 2 people, but with the possibility of room for 1 extra (additional price of 100kr per night) child under 2 years for free. The house is 200 years old with the charm that comes with old houses.
