Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in 8th arrondissement

Very well located accommodation, shops and transport nearby. The apartment is clean, well maintained, quiet and well equipped. I highly recommend it.

Everything was great. The location is perfect and the access too.

The hostess was super friendly and helpful – she gave us a few helpful tips in advance on how to best organize our stay. We were particularly impressed by her honesty and attention: My girlfriend had lost her ring, and although we couldn't find it ourselves, the hostess wrote to us in the evening that she had discovered it in the drain – she even sent it to us. Really great service! The location of the accommodation was also great – a metro station, a great bakery and two supermarkets were very close. Also during our stay, the hostess inquired whether everything was in order or whether we needed anything. The apartment was a bit small, but absolutely sufficient and cozy for two people. The only small disadvantage: Since the apartment is on the ground floor, it was sometimes a bit noisy in the evening, and we had to keep the window closed overnight to keep out uninvited guests.

Tu Huong is an excellent host. The apartment is well located, perfect for lovers of the 13th arrondissement, there is everything nearby. I think we can't make it quieter in terms of sound in the apartment. Super equipped, there are towels, a hair dryer, umbrellas... what more could you ask for...

We had a great stay here. The location was super convenient with lots of walkable cafes, bars and restaurants. The only let down was the washer being broken - the housekeeper let us know of this as we checked in. The bar next door was quite loud on weekends but with the windows closed, we couldn’t hear a thing. Overall, we enjoyed our stay as the apartment was very clean and as described. Thanks Thomas!

Fantastic location, easy ground floor access, beautiful spacious apartment and close to the metro. Our family had a wonderful time walking to restaurants and everything Paris has to offer

The location is super great in the heart of Paris in the middle of the Champs-Élysées, entrance is on the main road. Great value for money. The studio's design is a perfect mix between authentic French and modern furniture. I was traveling with my mom and 2 daughters, and the studio was a perfect fit and kind of comfortable for the 4 of us. My only comment is that the cubbies were filled with the owner's stuff which made it very challenging for us to fit our clothes. We had to use our luggage bags as storage space. Even though the layout of the cupboards allows for a comfortable unpacking but again all filled. I didn't contact Karim & Ghita coz we had a short stay, but I recommend requesting this thing if you're planning to stay longer than a week.

Great apartment ideally located in a central but quiet neighborhood. metro station is literally in front of the gate so it's a very convenient as a base in Paris to get yourself anywhere. so the main selling point is its location. the place itself has everything you need for a short stay.

Olivier was available, quick to respond, and gave very clear directions. It's a great neighbourhood and the apartment is super-close to the Metro- which is very important. The kitchen is ultra modern and fully equipped (even a dish washer and washing machine.) Nice balcony to eat out on. Just a great place to stay, and very reasonably priced compared to everything we looked at.

Sora was a fantastic host. Our apartment has wonderful views and is a very comfortable place for a weeklong stay. When we first walked in, (coming from the US) it felt a little small. But we quickly realized that everything was organized so well that it was very comfortable for our visit. She has everything that you might need – a very functional washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, etc. Very nice little espresso machine, and even an orange juicer. The views of the Eiffel Tower are as spectacular as the photos suggest. Everything was very clean and modern. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony for both breakfast and dinner on multiple days. We would definitely stay here again.

The place was great & Gio was a great host. Any hiccups we encountered were met with quick solutions. The condo was filled with love and the neighborhood was perfect for walking around and getting to know Paris. Would definitely recommend.

It is very secure and easy to find. Good facilities and a shopping mall with easy parking opposite. A lovely bakery and pizzeria nearby too. Really lovely hosts and even if the lift isn’t working you can use the stairs in the premises itself.

My partner and I stayed at François’s penthouse in Aubervilliers, and it was the perfect choice. The listing was detailed and accurate, with photos matching the pristine, well-maintained space. Located in a safe, quiet area near shops and restaurants, it provided both comfort and convenience. François was an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and highly communicative. He ensured a seamless check-in and check-out, offering a thorough tour and checking in while respecting our privacy. The penthouse had everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience, and François even recommended a nearby barber when my partner needed a lineup for a wedding. The only slight challenge was occasional delays reaching the city due to a taxi strike, but this didn’t diminish our incredible stay. Without a doubt, this Airbnb will be our go-to when we return to Paris. François you deserve 10 stars! You're truly amazing amazing host!

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. Thank you so very much, Nicholas, for letting us stay at your beautiful place. We absolutely loved it!!!

One of our best Airbnb stays ever! 💯💯💯 Ugo is a very welcoming and responsive host. He provided all of our necessities (trash bags, laundry detergent, etc.) and even came by after work to change the jacuzzi filter—truly amazing and kind. The house itself is very clean, cozy, and spacious—it felt exactly like home. There's nothing better than enjoying some BBQ after a long day outside and then dipping into the warm water of the jacuzzi. We 100% recommend this place!

Accommodation as described, perfect for a couple! No worries about parking in the street. A small peaceful corner close to Paris, we recommend it!

House that allowed us to gather friends from all over France. It's not far from Paris or Roissy, so it's pretty convenient (even if the RER is 2km away, a bus can take you there if you don't feel like walking). The kitchen is well-equipped and the second kitchen on the 1st floor allowed us to cook without worries (12 people). The exterior is rather pleasant with a barbecue available.

We had a wonderful family gathering enjoying the great facilities and beautiful location with straightforward access into central Paris when required.
