Holiday rentals with breakfast in 8th arrondissement

Excellent hosts - easy access to trains, restaurants and “The Chateau”.

We thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay at Dale and Gilles apartment. Dale responded very quickly to our enquiries and was very proactive in recommending local restaurants and other attractions prior to our arrival. There’s two good bakeries close by and the Metro only minutes away. Roughly 30 minutes to Monmarte and 45 minutes to the Eiffel Tower. The apartment was as described with literally everything you need, including a table top ironing board, the apartment itself was spotless. I can’t recommend this apartment enough, thank you Dale and Gilles for making us so welcome.

Vincent's place was perfect for our family of 5! Location was really convenient for exploring the city without being in the heart of the touristy areas, with lots of great stores, restaurants, and bakeries all within walking distance. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well appointed - my only complaint is that certain parts of the second floor have low ceilings and I bumped my head a few times. Vincent is a great host, super responsive and extremely flexible with being able to drop off luggage early and leaving it late which was a life saver for us.

Madalena was a wonderful host from the start. Before arriving, she always responded quickly to any questions. Once at her house, she was attentive to any need I might have, doing everything to make me feel at home. The house is fully equipped, with everything you might need. Very well decorated and very cozy. Very well located, a 10-minute walk from the train station and with buses 2 meters away. The area where it is located is very quiet and safe. Thank you Madalena for your hospitality!!!!

A big thank you to Valérie for the welcome. We enjoyed 4 days in the countryside with a lively 2-year-old child, with the forest next door and a great accommodation.

Very good stay in a very nice studio. Very easy access. Nearby suburbs. Metro 6 min. Tram 1 min. Local fast food for fans and supermarkets. Very quiet. Lovely patio. Well-equipped.

This is one of the best airbnbs I've stayed in, it has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The host is really helpful and responsive. The host has thought of everything you could need for a comfortable stay like hairdryer, toiletries, there's a mini dishwasher so you don't have to wash up. There's a supermarket literally 2 minutes away. In terms of location there is a couple of metro stations nearby and we found it was really quick and easy to get to all the tourist attractions. There are some great coffee/brunch places nearby. It's a lovely safe neighbourhood. Would love to stay again next time I visit Paris!

What a wonderful experience! David was a gracious host with many recommendations and insights. His picturesque flat had all the features we were looking for. It’s very close to many busy areas, but the block itself is nice and quiet. Great bakeries and restaurants abound in the neighborhood and there is a Metro station very close by. We came to Paris for my wife’s birthday and we got everything we could hope for from our time there. Highly recommended! Merci, David. We loved being hosted by you.

Check in was easy despite the instructions seeming complicated. Comfortable studio and reasonably quiet. Lots on nice touched like a sleeve of Nespresso coffee capsules, several charging cables ready for use and some snacks. Small but well equipped kitchen. Floriane really went over and above with some of these small touches. Some great little restaurants nearby and great walking on the canal.

We had an amazing stay here! All communication and instructions were very clear for our arrival, and being welcomed with fresh pastries was so nice! We were traveling with our toddler and Bernadette made it so easy for us by providing a crib, high chair, and changing pad. The location was perfect, easy to walk everywhere or take the metro. The neighborhood was very quiet, but also had so much to do. Having a market and bakery next door was excellent! I highly recommend staying here and I hope we can go back to Paris soon!

Had the pleasure of staying in Joelle’s home while moving my daughter her into her dorm. Location is perfect-less touristy, more local- with metro, groceries, and food options all around. Space is comfortable for 2, and the terrace is absolutely amazing and a definite plus. Joelle was very responsive to questions, and was even kind enough to allow me to extend my stay a few days when we need more time to get my daughter’s school situation figured out. Highly recommend booking here. We will definitely rebook in the future.

This is our second visit to Alain’s lovely apartment. We are a family of 4 - myself, my husband and our 14 and 11 year olds. We stayed for 2 nights and had a wonderful time. The apartment is lovely - the location couldn’t be better and the apartment is comfortable and beautiful. The host is extremely responsive and so helpful. We have had no problems and would highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Paris.

Accommodation in the heart of the vegetation. A small town at the gates of Paris. If you love nature and fullness, you will be in the right place.

The view of the Eiffel Tower was incredible, and we loved being able to see it sparkle on the hour from bed after a long day of touring. The view of the city was so beautiful and was also close to a park, so the sounds were of families and birds chirping--very relaxing. Being so close to the metro made getting around super easy. The host family was so kind and welcoming, we felt like we got to see a glimpse into authentic French daily living. We would highly recommend this for your stay and hope to return ourselves again soon!

The apartment was well-equipped. It’s near the metro and different bus stops. I stayed with my mom who has mobility issues and thank god there are lot of bus lines nearby.

What a lovely, purely Paris stay! Dominique was so warm and hospitable! She shared France with us every morning while we savored croissants, coffee, yogurt, and fresh orange juice! What a delight! The room was clean and comfortable, with a great living room space filled with original art. The condo is very close to the Metro 6 station and it was very easy to get anywhere! Dominique gave us great suggestions for everything we needed and wanted to see. I would recommend staying here!

Very convenient between 2 major train stations. Although on a busy street, it’s a very calm and peaceful apartment. Great hosts!

France and Bruno are extremely welcoming hosts. Their apartment, superb, is tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. The outside is just as charming, and the private access to the hot tub and sauna is a real asset. I would highly recommend this property:)
