Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in 8th arrondissement

The Airbnb was amazing and we were really happy to stay outside of Paris because La Garrene-Colombes had a sense of community and that made us feel right at home. The local market down the street gave the area a nice charm to it all. Lastly, our host was extremely responsive to all of our needs. I highly recommend this beautiful Airbnb!

Die Gastgeberin war super freundlich und hilfsbereit – bereits im Voraus hat sie uns ein paar hilfreiche Tipps gegeben, wie wir unseren Aufenthalt am besten gestalten können. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns ihre Ehrlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit: Meine Freundin hatte ihren Ring verloren, und obwohl wir ihn selbst nicht finden konnten, schrieb uns die Gastgeberin abends, dass sie ihn im Abfluss entdeckt hatte – sie hat ihn uns sogar nachgeschickt. Wirklich toller Service! Die Lage der Unterkunft war ebenfalls top – eine Metrostation, eine tolle Bäckerei und zwei Supermärkte waren ganz in der Nähe. Auch während unseres Aufenthalts erkundigte sich die Gastgeberin, ob alles in Ordnung ist oder ob wir etwas brauchen. Die Wohnung war zwar etwas klein, aber für zwei Personen absolut ausreichend und gemütlich. Einziger kleiner Nachteil: Da die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss liegt, war es abends manchmal etwas laut, und wir mussten das Fenster über Nacht geschlossen halten, um ungebetene Gäste draußen zu

Tu Huong est un excellent hôte. L’appartement est bien situé, parfait pour les amoureux du 13e arrondissement, il y a tout à proximité. Je pense que l’on ne peux pas faire plus calme en terme de sonorité dans l’appartement. Super équipé, il y a des serviettes, un sèche cheveux, des parapluies… que demander de plus…

We had a great time in Clelia's studio. The position is incredible, close to the Metro Bastille, easy to go everywhere, walkable distance to both Gare de Lyon and the Marais. Close by, there are supermarkets, restaurants and a very cosy wine bar in a secondary street not too far from the flat. The flat was as described, spotless clean and with everything we needed. It faces the internal area and is on a secondary road, so it is very quiet. Clelia sent us perfect instructions, and it was super easy to find the flat. Recommended for a few days exploring Paris!

We had a great stay here. The location was super convenient with lots of walkable cafes, bars and restaurants. The only let down was the washer being broken - the housekeeper let us know of this as we checked in. The bar next door was quite loud on weekends but with the windows closed, we couldn’t hear a thing. Overall, we enjoyed our stay as the apartment was very clean and as described. Thanks Thomas!

Extremely charming decor, and our host Emmanuelle was extremely communicative. Close to wonderful areas with great restaurants. Great for people with urban experience! Easy to negotiate your way to great areas. The area to the NE of the apartment can be a little dicey, like many cities. Two metro lines are very close, and we ate at 3 restaurants close by in the.week that we stayed that were wonderful, with young chefs, innovative food, and non tourist clientele. I'm no spring chicken ( 84 ), and I felt perfectly comfortable. ( the elevator did help! ) We would definitely return.

Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

Great apartment ideally located in a central but quiet neighborhood. metro station is literally in front of the gate so it's a very convenient as a base in Paris to get yourself anywhere. so the main selling point is its location. the place itself has everything you need for a short stay.

Sora was a fantastic host. Our apartment has wonderful views and is a very comfortable place for a weeklong stay. When we first walked in, (coming from the US) it felt a little small. But we quickly realized that everything was organized so well that it was very comfortable for our visit. She has everything that you might need – a very functional washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, etc. Very nice little espresso machine, and even an orange juicer. The views of the Eiffel Tower are as spectacular as the photos suggest. Everything was very clean and modern. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony for both breakfast and dinner on multiple days. We would definitely stay here again.

The place was great & Gio was a great host. Any hiccups we encountered were met with quick solutions. The condo was filled with love and the neighborhood was perfect for walking around and getting to know Paris. Would definitely recommend.

It is very secure and easy to find. Good facilities and a shopping mall with easy parking opposite. A lovely bakery and pizzeria nearby too. Really lovely hosts and even if the lift isn’t working you can use the stairs in the premises itself.

Booked this place for my parents They enjoyed their stay This is their first time visiting France. The host gave a lot of house rules, but the instructions were clear, and she was communicative The environment, according to my parents, was really posh and nice!!! The only thing was that the electricity kept tripping whenever the kettle was on, but the host let us know how to turn it back on. (My parents ended up not using the kettle after a while because the light would always trip) Otherwise, I would recommend it—it's worth the price!! The accommodation has a lift, so accessibility was easy, which was a plus for my parents. There isn't a lot of closet space, but that wasn't an issue for them. Thanks for a good stay!

My partner and I stayed at François’s penthouse in Aubervilliers, and it was the perfect choice. The listing was detailed and accurate, with photos matching the pristine, well-maintained space. Located in a safe, quiet area near shops and restaurants, it provided both comfort and convenience. François was an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and highly communicative. He ensured a seamless check-in and check-out, offering a thorough tour and checking in while respecting our privacy. The penthouse had everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience, and François even recommended a nearby barber when my partner needed a lineup for a wedding. The only slight challenge was occasional delays reaching the city due to a taxi strike, but this didn’t diminish our incredible stay. Without a doubt, this Airbnb will be our go-to when we return to Paris. François you deserve 10 stars! You're truly amazing amazing host!

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. Thank you so very much, Nicholas, for letting us stay at your beautiful place. We absolutely loved it!!!

One of our best Airbnb stays ever! 💯💯💯 Ugo is a very welcoming and responsive host. He provided all of our necessities (trash bags, laundry detergent, etc.) and even came by after work to change the jacuzzi filter—truly amazing and kind. The house itself is very clean, cozy, and spacious—it felt exactly like home. There's nothing better than enjoying some BBQ after a long day outside and then dipping into the warm water of the jacuzzi. We 100% recommend this place!
