Serviced apartment holiday rentals in 8th arrondissement

The place was really nice, private, and peaceful. It is next to a metro station that it actually surprised me how close it was. The place was super clean, and comfortable. My only inconvenience was that at first was that I was not able to casting my phone to the tv, and I always need to watch something to be able to sleep, but once I found out the way, everything went smoothly and without any problems. I really recommend it if you are planning on staying a couple of days in Paris.

We had a lovely stay! The location was fantastic and we felt very safe throughout our time there. The flat, while compact, had absolutely everything we needed and was really well thought out. The hosts were warm and welcoming, offering lots of helpful tips and local recommendations which really enhanced our trip. Even the sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable! Would definitely stay again.

I had a great time at Ali & Jac's apartment! As a solo traveler, I felt very safe in the neighborhood and the apartment. It's so easy to get to public transportation and the Place de Bastille is less than 10 minutes away (great restaurants, Opera Bastille, shops, etc.). The apartment is small, as described, but it has everything that you need for a comfortable stay including a great bed, hot shower and fast Internet. The hosts are extremely responsive and made sure that I could check in easily. Highly recommended!

Excellent Airbnb in a clean, pleasant and quiet building. Decorating is simple but nice. Satisfactory amenities. The layout of the apartment, ideal. The interaction and management with Yuna was smooth and simple.

Warm and punctual welcome. Cleaning is done every day in the residence. That's nice!

We really loved our stay here. It is so safe and secure and lots of lovely bars and restaurants all around. About 5 steps from the Metro. Check in was so easy and communication was excellent

3 adults, 2 elementary school students, 1 kindergartener, a total of 6 people stayed. The accommodation was in the same condition as the photo on Airbnb and the children liked the bunk beds. Snacks were prepared to eat while tying up, and the dishwasher and washing machine worked well, so it was convenient. Especially, it was a 15-minute walk from the Louvre Museum, so it was good to see the night view. I recommend you to take a taxi just in case you come home late.

Great location to visit Paris! The space was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. It felt like home!

Michael’s place is very well situated on the edge of the Marais, steps from the Bastille metro stop. There were a few glitches with early check-in but Michael and his team rectified the problems very quickly so we appreciated that.

This loft was perfectly located in the heart of Marais on a quiet street which is great for rest when needed. The stylish place was perfectly equipped with everything we needed. The bathroom provided a wonderful bathing experience with a rain shower. The place is just as pictured and better in person. ;) the host also accommodated a late check out! The apartment is quiet, cozy, in a good neighborhood. After leaving, it turned out that we forgot 4 jackets in the apartment. We asked the owners to pass on our daughter's jackets in a week. There were some minor difficulties in organizing and communicating, but in the end, all our forgotten items were handed over to my daughter. And we are very grateful to the owners. We recommend the apartment.

Great place! Close to Gare de Lyon which is why I booked this place. It’s on the ground floor with literally 1 step. Love the big living room with dining table! Thanks for a great stay!

Great location, modern clean and everything on hand. The outside area was welcome morning and night. Parking on site also a huge bonus for Paris. It is surprising how quiet yet convenient the apartment is.
