Apartment holiday rentals in 3rd arrondissement

Staying at Iris’s apartment was a dream. The space is beautiful, full of character, great energy and perfectly located — it truly made us feel like we were living in Paris rather than just visiting. Every detail felt considered, from the furnishings to the thoughtful advice that made us feel instantly at home. The neighborhood is charming and walkable, with innumerable cafés, shops, museums and that irresistible Parisian atmosphere just outside the door. Iris was a gracious and responsive host, and we can’t wait to come back and stay longer next time. Highly recommend!

I simply can’t say enough great things about this place! From the fantastic location steps away from the Picasso museum and immersed in an upscale and charming neighborhood of Paris. The apartment itself is exactly as shown in the pictures charming, a nice terrace view of the street, comfortable in every respect except exceptionally well equipped. The host is incredibly responsive, providing detailed recommendations for dining and other things in the area and also very accommodating when possible with a late checkout. I would eagerly stay here again and I look forward to it. I’m very grateful to have In here.

Everything was great: nice and tidy apartment, convenient neighborhood, close to the metro, you can get to the city center quickly. Meli is very attentive, quick to respond and take care of guests. The photos do justice. Thank you for this great place!

Our 7 night stay had us feeling right at home. The apartment is so peaceful and quiet, but step out onto the street and you are right in the heart of Le Marais - close to metro stations, brasseries, Franprix, boulangerie, pharmacy’s etc. We fell in love with Paris and our sanctuary was the apartment at the end of the day. The apartment has everything you need…beautiful artwork and lighting, big comfy bed (king size) and a lovely bathroom with large shower.

The apartment was so gorgeous, that when I sent a photo of the kitchen to my friends, they thought it was a prank since it couldn't possibly be that pretty. It was also very functional for 2 people despite being compact. Everything worked great, the kitchen was well-stocked and the location was a walking distance from the Seine. There was also a metro station right next to the apartment. The host was also so friendly and very accomodating! Overall 10/10 would recommend

The apartment is ideally located just off Rue de Turrene and near the St. Claude (#96) Bus stop which is convenient. It is located at the top floor so there is are stairs so that could be a bit challenging if you have mobility issues. The apartment is spacious and has a nice sized kitchen and bathroom. Bed is quite nice. There is no air-conditioning but the host came to the rescue and brought us a new fan which was great!. The living space is comfortable and the wifi was very good and fast. We were able to watch our news programs on our iPad and keep up to date. (The apartment has no TV although there is a computer screen in bedroom so I guess one could output the A/V from a portable device to that). All in a all a very wonderful stay in a nice apartment in the Marais, close to St. Paul's Metro ( a short walk). And CarreFour, FranPrix, MonoPrix as well.

This place had an unbeatable location! I’m so glad we stayed here! Especially as first timers in Paris. The space was perfect and spacious! If the lockers are full, google nannybag and store your luggage with them. It’s about 10 min walk at most. I would recommend staying here!! The only thing is without AC or powerful fan, it can get quite stuffy. However, you can’t beat the location and space you’re getting.

Catherine’s place was a great space to stay for winter break! The neighbourhood and building are very quiet, many groceries shops, bakeries, and restaurants in walking distance. Multiple Metro stations with in a few minutes walk. Catherine was very responsive and helped us during our stay. Catherine was waiting for us we got into town, and explained everything in the apartment in detail, and included many recommendations to restaurants and shops. With no elevator it was a bit tricky to get the large suitcase up and down, but Catherine helped with that as well. It was a great stay!

Gilles apartment is very clean and modern. The technical equipment is top-notch. The apartment is to the point - small, but very nice. 😉😉 We would like to mention an important point - there is an elevator. Not common everywhere in Paris. The location of the apartment is ideal for all kinds of excursions. If you arrive by car, you will find numerous parking garages, e.g. Hotel de Ville (highly recommended, priced at 105 euros for four nights). We would love to come back. 😉😉

Staying at Emmanuel's place was great!! It was in a convenient place, close to public transportation, and had a lot of shops/restaurants nearby. Emmanuel was incredibly responsive and was super helpful during our brief stay in Paris. The only note is that Emmanuel's place is up quite a few stairs, which wasn't a problem for me or my traveling buddy, but if you struggle with climbing up stairs, or lifting things (like a heavy suitcase ;) up stairs), I'd keep that in mind. Overall, we had a wonderful time during our stay at Emmanuel's place, and would love to go back again someday in the future!

We absolutely loved our stay here! We’ve stayed at countless Airbnbs and this was among the very best! Unlike many that are very sterile and corporate with the bare minimum, Laura’s place was cozy with beautiful furnishings and everything you would need. You could tell that Laura put great care into everything about the place. It had soft linens, a comfortable bed and an amazing shower! The A/C was excellent and it has a washer, dryer and dishwasher. It also was an amazing location walking distance from everything you would want or need - great shops and restaurants, a grocery store and much more. The neighborhood was vibrant without being touristy. This will definitely be our go to spot anytime we return to Paris.

My first reaction walking into the space was it felt magical. The sort of place you imagine when you dream of Paris. It was my daughter’s first trip to Paris and the location couldn’t have been better. Perfect for walking to museums, cooking classes, browsing shops and fabulous places to eat. Even a few days wasn’t enough to fit in everything that we wanted to eat, see, and do but hope to be back one day. Claire was such a kind and helpful hostess, offering great recommendations of local places and very quick to respond to any questions we had.

The location was perfect in the heart of Marais and close to everything. Being several stories up with a small terrace allowed us to have amazing Paris rooftop views and with the windows open in the evening we had the opportunity to hear live jazz trio playing at the establishment below. This was an unforgettable treat on our last night in Paris. Bernard helped check us in and carried our luggage upstairs. Overall enjoyed the space and location.
