Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in 20th arrondissement of Paris

Alex’s apartment was perfect for our group of three adults. We had days walking to the sights of Paris and others using the subway & Uber. The apartment was well stocked with everything you need and the linen/towels were lovely. Alex was very responsive with any questions we had and was generous with local recommendations. I would not hesitate to rebook should I return to Paris.

Aldric is a great host with wonderful local recommendations. The apartment is beautiful and well equipped for adults and toddlers. The apartment is in a lovely neighbourhood and is well connected. This was the perfect place for our family’s weekend in Paris.

Very nice and large space, nicely decorated and quiet through the courtyard. Very pleasant communication with Frédéric. And great that he gives a lot of tips for restaurants and sights. Tip: rent bicycles at café Le Peloton (take the phone holder and ask for bicycle lighting).

Chloe is a great host and she was very responsive. her apartment was very clean and was in vicinity for most popular places and very well connected by metro. we had a great time. thanks Chloe for hosting us! only thing that can be done better is in that she can ask a care taker to clean the apartment so host can have a better experience. she can choose to charge extra for it because sometimes host don't have that much time. but overall great location and safe locality!

If we return to Paris, we would definitely return to this apartment. It's not very central, but the subway is very close and very well connected to everything. In addition, it has everything you need to cook, everything was clean and tidy and the views are fantastic. Susana was very kind too. I definitely recommend it!

Very nice little loft in a great location. Here you can experience authentic Parisian flair. Great amenities, from the beautiful kitchen to the projector with streaming accounts. Access via the key box is super easy and all sorts of questions were clarified from the start. Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay. The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and we really appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to public transport, great local cafés, and everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was excellent. It was a very nice clean accommodation with everything you need. The tram stop is right outside the door. In addition, there are several shopping facilities nearby. The communication with the landlady was wonderful

We loved our stay here—the house is amazing, very comfortable, and fully equipped. Aicha was absolutely wonderful: so friendly and thoughtful, always ready to help with anything we needed. We definitely recommend staying here. We loved the place and especially appreciated how Aicha made us feel right at home.

Kaltrina's place was great to stay in. Close to public transport, and the night bus. There is an Aldi and Bakery near by. The area appeared a little off the beaten path, it was very local with few tourists around, which added to the local feel of the place. Highly recommend!

Julien’s place is utterly charming, a joy to spend time in. The house is beautifully decorated and the garden an oasis of quiet and tranquility. The location an absolute gem, a rarity in the heart of Paris. Julien was a very attentive and generous host and made us feel very welcome in his home. He responded to our queries promptly and offered very good recommendations for restaurants . He also gave us access to his garage - a fantastic bonus, reducing all the stresses and anxiety associated with trying to park in a large city. Thank you Julien. It was a privilege to have the opportunity to stay in your lovely home.

A lovely little home away from home, with obvious attention to detail. Instructions for entry were accurate, everything was fresh and easy to use, and the little extras like copious chargers, one-way windows on the first floor for privacy and daily delivered breakfast were most welcome. Above all, Francois is an absolutely terrific host. Not intrusive, but extremely responsive and helpful. Francois truly responds almost immediately and provides extremely helpful information about the unit and the area. This petite maison is situated in a small courtyard in close proximity to waste receptacles for the neighbors, but there were no unpleasant odors in the very tidy unit and the location allows for privacy in a city teeming with life.

Jeremie’s flat is a dream. This is one of the most romantic places we ever stayed in. It has an incredible parisian charm to it and breathtaking views. It is very cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. We knew that we will have to climb 7 floors to get to the apartment but it kept us in good health and fitness after all the delicious food we had :) Jeremie is also very friendly and met us for a check in to show how everything works in the apartment. He was responsive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations. If you are not afraid to walk up, then do not hesitate to book this place for a memorable stay in Paris and photographs that you would want to share with everyone afterwards.

Olivier was available, quick to respond, and gave very clear directions. It's a great neighbourhood and the apartment is super-close to the Metro- which is very important. The kitchen is ultra modern and fully equipped (even a dish washer and washing machine.) Nice balcony to eat out on. Just a great place to stay, and very reasonably priced compared to everything we looked at.

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Everything was as described. 7-minute walk from a subway entrance. Very quiet, easy to access and safe. Beautiful terrace. We don't miss anything. There is even an iPad to explain the entire accommodation and give information about the neighborhood. Grocery stores, restaurants, etc.

A small, charming, well thought-out duplex, very cute with everything you need to feel at home. Alexandra is a helpful and very pleasant host that I recommend. We'll definitely be back.

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Beautiful private apartment. Cozy. 8 minutes walk to metro station. Stephane was very responsive. He made sure I was okay. Definitely coming back.
