Holiday rentals with a patio in 20th arrondissement of Paris

Wonderful apartment, located in a charming neighborhood, lively with lots of bars, cafes and restaurants. The apartment is located very close to the subway and feels private and quiet. You’ll find there everything you need for your stay in Paris. Biatrese was extremely kind in accommodating all our needs and sharing great recommendations. Highly recommended!

Our 7 night stay had us feeling right at home. The apartment is so peaceful and quiet, but step out onto the street and you are right in the heart of Le Marais - close to metro stations, brasseries, Franprix, boulangerie, pharmacy’s etc. We fell in love with Paris and our sanctuary was the apartment at the end of the day. The apartment has everything you need…beautiful artwork and lighting, big comfy bed (king size) and a lovely bathroom with large shower.

I had a wonderful stay at Ana’s apartment in Paris! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. It’s located in a lovely neighborhood—peaceful yet close to everything, including shops, cafes, and public transport. Ana was an amazing host—very kind, welcoming, and always quick to respond. Timothée is very friendly and welcoming, his accommodation was perfect for our short stay in Paris! Special mention for the terrace, a real little corner of paradise!

Great place to stay, beautifully clean, super communication with host. We arrived early and they worked so hard to clean quickly to let us in at 3pm. We would stay again. Very restful and quiet. The balconies are amazing.

Friendly and efficient welcome. Bright apartment despite the grayness of December. Very clean, real well-equipped kitchen. Good bedding. Excellent bathroom. Access to the store nearby, same for the metro with several connection possibilities. We'll be happy to go back!

Had a great stay at Caroline's. Caroline was very friendly and helpful. LeClerc hypermarket is a leisurely 15 minute walk. There's a boulangerie and a patisserie nearby There is a street 2 minutes away that is filled with cafes, restaurants, shops, green grocers, butchers, and a Carrefour. This street also becomes a Morning market on Sundays. The bus stop (Chanzy) is also just a two minute walk away. It's not a difficult commute to Paris downtown coming from Caroline's place. The kitchen is very adequate and is stocked with condiments like spices, balsamic vinegar, salt, and cooking oil. I was able to prepare a few dinners in that kitchen

You may be put off by the price, but don't be. Compared to a luxury hotel, this is much better. Exceptional in every way! I can really recommend this for a romantic and relaxing stay.

Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

This Abby is fabulous, a lovely apartment with lots of space internally and no end of the items you would expect to find. All the bedding is of the highest quality and very comfortable. Externally the garden space is a very pleasant area to sit and relax in, secure for your dogs, safe and easy to clean. I would highly recommend this Abnb to anyone and all. A perfect stay with friends to celebrate a bachelorette party! The house is amazing, tastefully decorated, spacious, clean and very well equipped. Everything was functional: jacuzzi, steam room, kitchen... A real cocoon of comfort just a few minutes from Paris, but in absolute calm. Ideal for a group of 8 people, we had an unforgettable time. Thank you again for this impeccable welcome, we will definitely come back!

Great accommodation within walking distance of the metro and the heart of Paris within half an hour. We had a super nice stay with ten people between 9 and 74 years old. Spacious neat rooms, large garden everything is present and equipped with all comforts. Tarik's reception was very hospitable and he even came to our aid during the Champions League final. Absolutely recommended!

Great weekend, Loan welcomed us very well, the accommodation is exactly as indicated, they are always available! Everything is clean, functional and it's very cozy. We'll be happy to go back.

Celeste was very helpful on arrival and gave us a recommendation to the excellent Bruts, bistro 5 minutes from the apartment. The place was very convenient for Montmartre, shops and metro. The 2 level property was just what we needed for a base but we also had 2 meals there including one in the pleasant garden! Do use the projector TV in the bedroom. This apartment is highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay at the photographer’s house. We were two families traveling with four kids aged 10-15 and it was perfect for that. The kitchen was well stocked, lots of attention to decorating, and a fun new area for us to explore in a new area of Paris. The Communale Saint Oeun was a big hit with us for dinner. While the house is spacious and close to the metro and amenities like restaurants, antique markets and bakeries, it could sometimes be a long trek to spots in Paris - one night out was an hour each way to our restaurant - so just be aware when booking. Julien was a great host!

Eva’s apartment is a lovely place to stay. It’s bright, cozy, and with a great atmosphere. The terrace is definitely a highlight, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink outside. Eva has been a wonderful host She has been very flexible and always quick to respond to any questions. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Really enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was there. Coffee was a challenge because the machine was not familiar to us. Could not find pods at the grocery store. We were used to the Nespresso original pods. Other than that, the beds were very comfortable. Bathroom had a rain shower. Nice kitchen. Loved our stay there. It is a bit of a challenge getting to tourist destinations in Paris. It is a bit of a journey on the subway if you are not driving (which is a challenge if you are not used to driving in Paris.) But we made it and had a wonderful time. (US citizens)

Ideal for attending an event at the Stade de France and returning very quickly on foot, with a parking space under the building.

Great place for a small family. You can easily get grocery operate the location and cook your own delicacies. The Franprix opposite the location closes at 9pm. Great experience. Transportation: Walkable train station, easy access to Notre Dame and the Eiffel

Best places to stay no matter what anyone says The Eiffel Tower from the balcony is also beautiful The accommodation is better than what was featured in the photos For Koreans, I think you can go without worrying.

It was such an amazing stay. Marie-Christine is a lovely, caring, friendly person, very easy going and has a great sense of humor! She made us feel very welcome. She even helped us with our bags and provided space to store our bikes. She reacted to all messages immediately. She also provided everything for our baby (chair, bed etc.), so I would say it is a very family friendly apartment ! It was super clean and had everything we needed (even two different types of irons - a normal and a steamed one 😅) . The area was also super nice to walk around. So I would recommend this apartment and this amazing host to everybody.

We loved this lovely apartment in walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. Plenty of room and so fun to be able to eat on the patio. We loved walking through the neighborhood and finding cafes, places to buy groceries, and even a playground that our granddaughters enjoyed! Wonderful place. Highly recommend it. Hosts were very responsive!
