Lovely appartment in typical modern, french style. Really liked the host Marie. She was very pro-active, positive and engaged and open for questions / needs. Wonderful host (5-star)!

We had an amazing time staying at Nans' flat in the heart of Canal St. Martin! The apartment was perfect for my family — a cozy one-bedroom with a comfortable sofa bed that made us feel right at home. It was super clean, spacious, and quiet, offering the perfect balance of comfort and convenience. The location was fantastic. Just a short 6–9 minute walk to train stations, making it incredibly easy to explore the city's museums and top sights. The neighborhood truly came alive at night with plenty of great restaurants, pubs, and boutique shops just steps away. A big thank you to Nans for his wonderful hospitality and attention to detail. He made sure we got to the apartment smoothly, provided excellent restaurant recommendations, and really made us feel welcome. Great place, great host — highly recommended!

Clean, beautiful apartment with good public transportation accesss

It was wonderful experience staying this apartment. There was everything needed for tourists. Location is also perfect close to Nation station where we can take multiple lines.

We enjoyed the stay, Philippe is very responsive and was very accommodating with the arrival time. The location is very convenient, a stone's throw from the metro, at the foot of the Bois de Vincennes, with enough shops for the most part. It suited us well as a family with a small child.

We had a great week in Valerie's lovely apartment. Very cosy and comfortable in an excellent location. We had everything we needed inside and the outside choices, so many to choose from, with food, restaurants, shops and lovely walks.

This is one of those AirBnBs where I hesitate to write a glowing review only because I want to make sure it’s still available for us to rent again in the future 😉 This entire experience is what I wish all AirBnBs were. A home away from home that at once feels special and comfortable, lived-in yet clean and tidy, a place where you can imagine, for a short while, that you’re a Parisian local. The apartment was beautiful, quiet, and perfect for two adults and our 2-year-old. Philippe kindly provided a booster chair and a crib, but as she gets older, we plan to return and have her sleep in the twin bed. There were toys for her to enjoy, wine and a few groceries for us (thanks, Philippe!). We walked to the Jardin de Plants many times, frequented many cafés and delicious restaurants, shopped the Sunday markets - all in the neighborhood. We loved our surroundings and felt like locals. We had a fantastic stay. The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and we really appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. We had a lovely stay at this charming chalet as a family of three plus a friend. The chalet was the perfect size for us, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing break. Our three-year-old especially loved the peaceful surroundings, and we really appreciated that there was no traffic or cars nearby—it felt very safe and quiet. The location was ideal too: tucked away in nature yet still very close to central Paris. A perfect escape with easy city access. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, which made check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. A perfect escape with the best of both worlds. Highly recommended!

Very nice service! When we wanted to grill, Tarik came with charcoal and lighter ❤️ Fruit, bread, drinks and sweets were available to us when we arrived. Can be recommended.

An amazing space, with a modern set up. The kitchen area was our favorite with all we needed to prepare our delicious meals. The living area had a number of games that kept us all engaged and bonding together. The rooms were well set up, with spacious wardrobes. There are many wall sockets and extensions; the lighting around the house was great for pictures & videos; great set up on the outside for BBQ. Overall, it was very comfortable and I had an unforgettable experience with my friends on this birthday weekend getaway. I definitely recommend!

Eight of us spent five nights in this villa, and we had a great time. The check in process was incredibly easy, but getting the main door unlocked was difficult at times. Other than that everything else made our visit exceptional. The living room and kitchen was open and conducive to group activities and conversation. There were not many pictures of the bedrooms, but there five bedrooms and a bonus loft space. There are several small grocery stores and restaurants in the area, and a train station is about a 10 minute walk away. It was easy to walk the city or catch a train into Paris. Overall, I would recommend this spot. If you are looking for the Paris feel without the hustle, this is the place for you.

Great place to stay at. Quiet and peaceful. Beautiful parks nearby. And as an additional bonus you can play with a fun and friendly dog Phoebe. Me and my wife loved it and hope to come back here soon

There is not much to say here. Both the apartment and François were simply great. I have rarely met a landlord like him, who responded so quickly to questions, generally prepared everything so perfectly and proactively asked if everything was in order. We were completely satisfied.

I used to live in Paris and have seen many apartments but I've never lived in such a spacious one. It's not in the main areas but the metro access is easy and there s a grocery store downstairs. I'd live there if I moved back to the city.

It was such an amazing stay. Marie-Christine is a lovely, caring, friendly person, very easy going and has a great sense of humor! She made us feel very welcome. She even helped us with our bags and provided space to store our bikes. She reacted to all messages immediately. She also provided everything for our baby (chair, bed etc.), so I would say it is a very family friendly apartment ! It was super clean and had everything we needed (even two different types of irons - a normal and a steamed one 😅) . The area was also super nice to walk around. So I would recommend this apartment and this amazing host to everybody.

We loved staying at this location, the neighbourhood is so lovely, you can find in there anything you need. The place easily can fit 6 people, mattress are comfortable and our kids enjoyed watching Netflix. The communication with host was very easy and helpful

The location could not be better. The building was very safe and clean. We walked everywhere, the open market, bakeries, restaurants, cafes, metro stations etc etc. Catherine was very friendly, easy to communicate with and provided all sorts of ideas for our stay. We would definitely stay there again!

I highly recommend staying at Irina’s apartment. The location is perfect; 2 steps from line 1 metro station, a grocery store across the street and restaurants downstairs. Irina is very communicative and met all of our needs. The apartment itself was very clean with quality linens and towels. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Paris.
