Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in 1st arrondissement

We had a great stay in Paris. Rodolphe’s place was just as described and very close to transport that we could explore Paris on our own. Our stay was made even more enjoyable by the host Rodolphe, very responsive, flexible and prompt with replies. Hands down the best host I have experienced so far. Definitely recommend this place and Rodolphe.

The apartment is lovely, well located in the 9th. We really enjoyed our visit and wish we had more time to spend there.

We throughly enjoyed this flat. Clean, great area in Marais, very well stocked with anything you need, and spacious for two people. Tony and Paul were great to work with. Proactive, clear instructions. No problems or issues on our visit. Highly recommend.

My friend and I truly LOVED Cristina’s space. She was a wonderful host, very responsive and there upon check in to greet us. While the accommodations were compact (this will be most anywhere in Europe) it had everything we needed. We really appreciated having access to a w/d and the bed was quite comfy. Upon arrival due to the bustling area I was a bit nervous about what the noise would be like in the evening and it was a total non-issues. The courtyard was very quiet and we were not able to hear the happenings on the street. Cristina’s local suggestions were also amazing. We ate at several of the restaurants she suggested to us and loved them. No issues at all and would totally stay here again! True to the listing, this space is not suitable for children. I would also say if you have any issues or nervousness around stairs this is not the accommodation for you. The stairs were quite narrow and steep (as most places we went in Paris). Just something to keep in mind. Our stay was 11/10!

Jonathan is a fantastic host! Super lovely, great communicator and gave a bunch of great recommendations. The apartment is really well located and has beautiful light. It's right next to a supermarket and is around a bunch of great cafes and restaurants. Jonathan has truly thought of every detail when creating space, making it a true home away from home.

This is one case where 5 Stars feels totally insufficient. First, the location is absolutely perfect. Saint Germaine is our favorite neighborhood in all of Paris -- incredibly fun and stylish area, and an easy walk or bike to almost all the must-do's in Paris. The apartment itself is a 3 minute walk to the Seine, and while the exact location of the apartment is quiet, within 1 block you are surrounded by very popular restaurants/cafes, shops & galleries where "scenes from Paris" abound unrelentingly. The apartment itself is the definition of cool and well-appointed -- a very tasteful combination of the old (the building dates to the early 17th century, I believe!) and the new (totally remodeled with all the comforts of 21st century). It was spotless upon arrival, with so many offerings for the guest to instantly feel right at home. Finally, the quality and care of the host cannot be overstated. Farid was helpful and kind from start to finish, hosting with genuine care!

We really enjoyed our stay on Rue Montmarte. The apartment has everything you need for a great stay, including a washer/dryer, dishwasher, two incredible cooling fans, etc. The beds were comfortable and the bath towels were huge and soft. Amazing restaurants in the area, and a grocery store a few steps away. Short walk to metro stops. One issue with this apartment is the ceiling height: it is rather low. I am 77 inches (196cm) tall and my twins are around 72 inches (183cm) tall. We had to hunch over to avoid hitting the ceiling beams in the living room. It is worse in the shower, where the ceiling is even lower (due to the raised floor). None of us could stand up straight in the shower. Fortunately, there is a bench seat in the shower with a handheld nozzle. Even with the low ceilings, I would absolutely stay here again. It is just an outstanding apartment in a wonderful section of Paris.

Great space for one or two people. In the center of the city, walking distance to lots of great sites and restaurants. Inside the apartment it’s mostly quiet, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is clean and efficient. We had a great stay here for two nights, would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a cute and no frills kind of place.

One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. Es war eine sehr schöne saubere Unterkunft mit allem, was man braucht. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist genau vor der Tür. Außerdem hat man mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ganz in der Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war wunderbar

This space was in a very good location to all the Paris sights that we wanted to visit. Check in and check out were very easy and our host was very quick to respond to any concerns we had.

We had a fantastic time in Paris. The house is absolutely gorgeous and very spacious. The courtyard is peaceful and private — a perfect spot to sit outside and enjoy the evening. The location is excellent, with two metro stations just a 5-minute walk away, and major sights like Notre Dame within a 30-minute walk. Gabriel, who checked us in, was wonderful — so friendly and helpful, with great tips and recommendations.

Ce petit duplex est sans doute l’un des Airbnbs les plus surprenants que j’aie pu découvrir : un lit d’un confort exceptionnel, un aménagement raffiné, des finitions haut de gamme, et un charme fou. L’accueil a été tout simplement inoubliable : un bouquet de roses fraîches, une bouteille de champagne, des croissants chaque matin, sans oublier toutes les attentions pour mon chien — tout y est pensé dans les moindres détails. Face au jardin du Luxembourg , avec des pâtisseries, des restaurants et des lieux mythiques à deux pas, un bus devant la porte, et tout Paris à bicyclette… On se sent immédiatement parisien, avec l’envie irrésistible de le devenir pour toujours. Ce nid est si agréable qu’on ne veut plus en sortir. Et pourtant, je viens d’un petit paradis en Floride. C’est dire…

I immediately felt at peace when I walked in. It was a clean and picture perfect apartment. I mostly enjoyed having my morning coffee (nespresso) in the sun room. Lastly , the neighborhood was beautiful with lots of restaurants and local grocery stores.

Lovely quirky small house right in the centre of Paris with great transport links and walking distance to lots of the attractions too. The house was perfect for our needs as a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children.) We loved the style and even though in central Paris it felt like a very quiet and safe space. The host was always very responsive to messages, sent clear directions and instructions for entry. We were very grateful to be allowed an earlier check in and later check out time. Thank you very much for a brilliant stay!

Pierre was an incredible host! The private Villa was inside a gated historic community. You immediately feel safe and are in awe, of the cozy space. Inside the sixth District, which was close to everything we wanted to see while visiting Paris the Metro was only a six minute walk, restaurants and cafés abundantly located nearby. Pierre went the extra mile to allow us early entrance and had us picked up from the airport. I would recommend this beautiful space to anyone I know. Pierre was readily available to answer. All questions in his hospitality was top notch.. Thank you for letting us visit. We look forward to future stays. Merci Beaucoup.

Jeremie’s flat is a dream. This is one of the most romantic places we ever stayed in. It has an incredible parisian charm to it and breathtaking views. It is very cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. We knew that we will have to climb 7 floors to get to the apartment but it kept us in good health and fitness after all the delicious food we had :) Jeremie is also very friendly and met us for a check in to show how everything works in the apartment. He was responsive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations. If you are not afraid to walk up, then do not hesitate to book this place for a memorable stay in Paris and photographs that you would want to share with everyone afterwards.

Wir (zwei Familien) mit zwei Kindern (1&2 Jahre) waren bei Mehdi Zuhause. Es hat uns sehr gefallen und es war auch Kinderfreundlich. Es ist eine super Lage und vom Ausblick brauchen wir gar nicht zu sprechen. Vielen dank für alles 🥰 Kleiner Tipp, einen Mülleimer mehr im Badezimmer wäre toll 😉

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Denis’ condo is our #1 place to stay in Paris. This our third time staying here, and will not be our last. His communication is proactive and kind, especially being considerate on your flying in and flying out days. As for the condo, it has everything you could ask for in a cozy Parisian condo. Located on a quiet street with easy access to the Metro, it has all your needs for a short stay or a long stay. Groceries, coffee, and restaurants. Building access is straight forward and is an easy walk up from the ground floor. There are too many reasons to list why we enjoy Denis’ place. Trust us, it’s well worth the stay.

Our stay could not have been better! The location is fabulous - right in the middle of everything with tons of restaurants, bars, bakeries all right there and grocery on the corner. The place was lovely and surprisingly quiet, so we could rest at the end of our busy days of being tourists. Host was responsive and helpful. Wonderful stay and would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Sophie’s house. The house is big, very clean, and had everything we needed. It’s in a perfect area, full of restaurants, so there’s always something to do. Even though the neighborhood is lively, the house is quiet and peaceful inside. You can also walk to all the main places in the city, which was very convenient. The host was great — friendly and always ready to help if we had any questions. She even let us check-in early and check-out later than the scheduled time. That made the whole experience even better. We really loved everything about this place and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The location was so perfect. Beautiful view of the Effiel tower. Close to the metro, easy access for taxis and a bus stop out front. However the home is also walkable to many key points in the city as well. The home decor is so chic and the space comes equipped with all you need to be comfortable. The beds are comfy. The shower is hot ….or cold if that’s your vibe. Having a washing machine was excellent. The refrigerator allowed us to savor leftovers as desired. There is plenty of space to unpack and store your clothes and luggage in the master closet. The towels were thick and comforting especially when we used the heating rack (for towels) Nicolas gave many recommendations which were appreciated. I loved the coffee shop one door down and had a cappuccino daily! Remember your magnetic key fob! Your arrival entry instructions are slightly different than the next day entry instructions.
