Apartment holiday rentals in 18th arrondissement

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Francois and Martine’s apartment. They were excellent communicators and very helpful when our arrival was delayed. The apartment is very well provisioned and in a fantastic location. Restaurants, cafes, great shops all around. There is a bus stop right outside and a Metro stop nearby. A large supermarket is only 100 metres away. We would definitely stay in their apartment in the future.

A very comfortable and cosy apartment for our family, in a beautiful neighbourhood. Very easy to navigate to all the best parts of Paris from here, with the Metro and bus station just at the bottom of the street. The hosts were very friendly and responsive, which was a godsend when we had to make changes in our check-in arrangements due to flight delays. This apartment and its host are a little gem of Paris.

Inès is a great host and her appartment in the heart of Montmarte is definitely an accomodation that can be recommended. From the first moment we felt very welcome and the area around is filled with great coffee and wine bars. We will for sure return to Inès when we will be back in Paris! 🧡

We had a great stay at Julien’s place. It was very close to Montmarte with easy access to metro to go into city center with all the amenities for a short stay. Julien was also great in accommodating a late night check in and highly responsive.

Is this the best AirBnB in Paris?! (Yes!) Delphine’s apartment is beautifully decorated, spacious, fully renovated and filled with small details that made the stay comfortable — from a hair dryer (a rarity for France) to an extremely clean and fully stocked kitchen to a bedroom fan for the warmer months. The balcony is an added bonus! There was such thought and intentionality put into the space and both Delphine and manager Valentina were super responsive + kind. From the space to the hosts, this was a top-notch experience and I can’t wait to stay again! Merci mille fois !

Highly recommend staying at Catherine’s place! She is a friendly and lovely hostess and her place is charming and feels so authentically Parisian. Catherine’s communication was excellent, and she met up with us when we arrived to show us around. The apartment is furnished beautifully and had everything we needed. The bed is comfortable and the view is amazing. The neighborhood is vibrant and Catherine provided excellent recommendations.

Okay. This might be a truly perfect place to stay for a first-time visitor to the Paris, especially one who interested in really experiencing the city and it's people. The location is not far from RER and Mètro stations, but far enough that you're encouraged to explore the local offerings of Pigalle and Montmartre to the north. Moreover, this little nook of Paris felt extremely safe and quiet. The apartment itself is also great - very comfortable and has all the amenities one might need for a visit. There is a grocery store about 75 paces from the front door. Lastly, the host was so sweet and accommodating and really made us feel welcome. You will not regret staying here.

We really enjoyed our time in this lovely and cozy apartment. It is perfectly situated near to the Montmartre art district and Sacre Couer. Also very easy to walk to metros for fast access to the beautiful city of Paris.

Many thanks to Geraud for spending time in his apartment with a very pleasant french vibe! The living room with the kitchen is simply beautifully decorated, it really lifted my spirits in the mornings) There was everything necessary for the stay and Geraud was always in touch, kindly offered a late checkout🫶🏻 p.s. I recommend the nearby bakeries Mamiche and Leonie, for coffee Noir and Caoufé and the coolest smash burgers are in Dumbo!

We had such a wonderful stay. This was the perfect airbnb experience. Alexis is a very gracious, responsive and communicative host. The apartment was so pretty, clean and comfortable and in a perfect location to get to all the various sites of Paris. We fell in love with Montmarte especially near the basilica. Sophie is very attentive, in addition to communicating quickly, she helps with everything that is needed with generosity! Montrouge is a nice place, it's easy to get to the center of Paris! The apartment is about 10 minutes from the subway station and 3 minutes from the bus stop. There is a lot of commerce and you feel safe when walking home. Sophie's space is great! It is spacious by Paris standards, both the living room/kitchen space and the bedroom are very comfortable, you sleep well even on the sofa bed. The icing on the cake was the Jacuzzi, which offers a very pleasant comfort, the facilities are new and very clean. The towels and sheets are also new! Everything is impeccable! The kitchen is well equipped. The balcony was under construction, it will certainly be very beautiful soon! We'll definitely come back to enjoy it! Thank you.

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

This is our second time staying at this place and we were just as happy this time as last time. We arrived in Paris in the morning and we were able to leave our bags in the apartment and then go out and spend the rest of the day in Paris before returning to formally check in later. We love the location since it’s within walking distance of many places and the metro station is literally across the street. We easily fit six people in the apartment. Having a bedroom with a separate bathroom was very nice since we let my wife’s parents use that and it gave them a bit of privacy while my kids took the pull out couch and my wife and I took the other bedroom. Everything was well equipped and we didn’t lack anything. Jay was also very responsive. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I’m traveling with a group larger than a couple people.

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.

We had a wonderful stay at Ramo’s suite. It was exactly as the pictures showed it. The location is absolutely ideal right on the Seine River which offers stunning views and peaceful atmosphere. The place is quiet, private and feels like a true escape from the hustle of the city. Practicality was top notch: there’s a-lot of local grocery stores just a short walk away and it was very easy for G7 drivers to find the address and pick us up. Everything about this place made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.

Otmane and his team were incredible. We felt very taken care of and the place was exactly like the photos. The main bed is very comfortable and the AC was perfect for the hot Summer days. Great location and a great spot to explore Paris!
