Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in 18th arrondissement

Nice spacious pool house with modern feel.The crocodile (statue) in the floor is a cool feature and the area is super nicely located at the river Marne with lots of walking and cycling space. Playground and little cafe in the park within a few hundred metres. Very convenient for travel into Paris by RER. Bakeries and supermarkets all in walking distance. You stay on owners property which is just stunning and has parking too. Friendly hosts that are very responsive.

Dale and Gilles' accommodation is like a small island of tranquility in the metropolis of Paris. It is lovingly furnished, very well equipped (among other things, there was also coffee, tea and a few snacks in the refrigerator), you feel right at home. The location is also very convenient, with the metro line 9 you can quickly get to the center of Paris. Dale and Gilles were wonderful hosts, they allowed us to check in earlier, greeted us in person and gave us great tips on restaurants. We were happy to stay with Dale and Gilles and will definitely come back! Thank you for the great days with you! :)

Beautiful accommodation, where you feel very good. The green environment, as well as the decoration, encourage tranquility, especially after having evolved in the Parisian crowd. The location is a perfect compromise to enjoy Paris and recharge. We also delighted in the choices offered by the library, which perfectly complements this little haven of peace. We stayed there during a heatwave and slept with the windows open: not a sound disturbed our sleep. It's precious! A small fan is available and was welcome. Thanks to Julie who was very responsive and very clear in her information, we will be happy to come back.

Our stay was great in Benjamin's Airbnb. It is very nice and well equipped. The area is very quiet and you didn't hear anything from the big city bustle. The Airbnb was a little further from the center, but you could get everywhere very well by metro or bus.

Pol’s place is a perfect oasis in the city. Peaceful, beautiful and private but in a great location. He was very responsive and helpful with tips for the house and the city. Would absolutely stay again

We were very satisfied in the studio at Hamoudy. Everything was super clean and everything was prepared so that nothing was missing. We cooked every day and there was nothing missing in terms of equipment. Hamoudy even proactively asked if we needed anything else and offered us an air conditioner, as it was very warm. The neighborhood feels a little unsafe in the evening/at night (we are two young girls), but since the gate to the street is locked, the front door is also locked and everything is under video surveillance, we felt very safe as soon as we were there. We even always ate outside. Bus stop and Meteo are within walking distance. By public transport, it only takes about 45-50 minutes to the Eiffel Tower. The Stade de France is 20 minutes' walk away. The nearest Lidl is 3 minutes' walk. We would like to give the greatest praise to the host Hamoudy. I've never had such a nice, courteous and immediately responding host. Clear recommendation!!!! This is one of the best airbnbs I've stayed in, it has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The host is really helpful and responsive. The host has thought of everything you could need for a comfortable stay like hairdryer, toiletries, there's a mini dishwasher so you don't have to wash up. There's a supermarket literally 2 minutes away. In terms of location there is a couple of metro stations nearby and we found it was really quick and easy to get to all the tourist attractions. There are some great coffee/brunch places nearby. It's a lovely safe neighbourhood. Would love to stay again next time I visit Paris!

Lovely flat in a lively neighborhood. Lots of windows and natural light. Artsy yet functional furnishing. Sandra was welcoming and responsive. We would definitely stay again. NB: the flat has two modern en suite bathrooms, but just one toilet.

The apartment is lovely! We really enjoyed our stay and especially loved spending time on the balcony. The metro station is very close-by, and it's the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring Paris :)

We stayed three nights in this apartment and are very satisfied. It was easy to find and we could park for free on the street, which is ideal if you come by car, as we did. The apartment was spacious and clean, exactly as in the photos. Communication with the host went smoothly; she responded quickly to our questions. For example, when we didn't know how the microwave worked, we immediately got a clear explanation. There is a possibility to travel to the city by public transport, but we did not do that. For us, this was a bit too cumbersome because of the transfer. We chose to travel with Uber, which worked very well, there was always a quick Uber available. All in all, a pleasant stay, especially if you like peace and quiet and don't want to be in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city. You will get a large, clean apartment in a quiet area.

The location was very quiet, very close to the subway. Even the apartment was very clean, it had everything you need. The only downside was the shower.

The host was extremely nice and let us store our bags after the stay. Not a bad location and a grocery store next door.

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

First of all, I'm new here and have no way of comparing. We were 2 couples for 3 nights in the accommodation. There is a toilet in this apartment, which is usually sufficient. The bathrooms are somewhat unfairly divided. In the large bedroom, there is a large shower directly in the room. This is definitely the better choice. The smaller bedroom has only indirect access to a bathroom which is very small and has a mini shower. That's enough for a shower, but it's not exactly comfortable. The living room is huge. The kitchen too. Unfortunately, there is no dishwasher. Not everyone needs it, but it should be standard. There would be plenty of room for it. The carpets in the living room do not have a good grip on the concrete floor. Right in front of the kitchenette, it wasn't exactly safe. The residential unit has no air conditioning. This is unfavorable, especially in the summer. The view is priceless. The view over the city is fantastic.

Gorgeous home from home in the city of lights. 2nd time staying, and would do it again and again!

Everything was perfect at Franck's. The place, the location… We came to see a match at Roland Garros and it was ideal. Our host was kind enough to wait until 1 a.m. to welcome us since we had worked all day and had come from Strasbourg. He is incredibly kind! I would recommned this property. And I'll keep the contact details safe for a future visit!
