Welcome to our “bakhuisje”: a national monument from +- 1700. The house is cozy and comfortable; living downstairs, bed is upstairs on the mezzanine. It has a cozy electric fireplace and a comfy couch. The bathroom has everything needed. Kitchenette (without cooking) with small fridge + coffee/tea and a beautiful view (vegetable garden, greenhouse, fruit trees). Of course WiFi and a workplace. Beautiful surroundings for walking/cycling and a small sandy beach in the river at 2 minutes walking.

Tiny House: 'The Henhouse' in Geervliet

A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

A unique experience, staying in a real original sea container called RiverDream, right on the river Lek. Bicycles are already waiting for you. Wake up to a beautiful sunrise and enjoy your coffee or tea on the spacious, sunny terrace. In the luxurious bathroom, there are lovely bathrobes. Monumental farm Het Vinkenest in Oud-Alblas, located directly on the waterfront "De Alblas". The mills of Kinderdijk are a few kilometers away and are of course a must to go to. The old city of Dordrecht can be reached by car within 10 minutes, and in 20 minutes you are in Rotterdam. Recently, there is also an 8-person sloop for rent as an addition. This is the ideal location for a great family weekend and not suitable for groups under 25 years of age.

Our rebuild shed is a wonderful place to relax, partly due to alpacas Guus, Joop, Ted, Freek, Bloem and Saar and mini donkeys Bram and Smoky who will greet you on arrival. With Rotterdam and Gouda just around the corner, our casa is a wonderful base for a fun day out! Our casa has a living room, bathroom with shower/toilet and a sleeping loft. Please note there is no extensive cooking facilities.
