Marija was such a great host and very accommodating. The place was very clean and had such a great location everything was in walking distance. I would definitely come back and stay again.

Meet all of our needs. Very close to Zadar and our host was very responsive. The pool was a great place to cool on our arrival. Everything was as planned. Very clean!!! Highly recommended.

We stayed for 10 days in what can only be described as a unique, stunning and peaceful villa in a beautiful location. It was so lovely I could have stayed longer. Sandra was the perfect host, available to answer questions if required but otherwise we were left to enjoy our holiday ( she attended on our last day with a bottle of home made wine for us which was a lovely surprise). This was the perfect holiday to take time out, relax and visit the variety of restaurants in Sukosan.

A lovely house, undersold by its photos. Excellent value for money. If you're considering this for a small/medium group I wouldn't look any further, unless you value being central to Zadar. Even then, its doable. The outdoor area and ground floor are the real selling points. Abundance of seating. Marta was responsive to any queries or issues, and had some flexibility with our check in/out times to give us a little more time to get up and out. Marta's mother lives next door, and attended to the property early each morning to clean the pool, etc - which was a nice touch. ______ Only a couple of drawbacks, but none with the property directly: We had some issues with the speaker that was provided, so recommend bringing your own if you want music. (Thankfully we did just that). Taxis seem to take a long time to get to the local area, for when we wanted to go into central Zadar. Normally 20mins+ wait. Just bear this in mind. Also - bring bug spray/repellant!

We had a lovely, relaxing stay. Pool was fantastic, views of the sunset from the balcony every evening stunning. Just a few minutes from the sea. Brilliant place, wish we could have stayed longer

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful place. You have a huge pool and even a whirlpool. On the terrace, you have a great view of the sea and the sunset. Pool, whirlpool and the whole complex are very well maintained! The most impressive thing was how incredibly quiet it is there, whether in the morning, during the day or in the evening, absolute peace and quiet, exactly what we needed! We had a great stay. We were particularly positively surprised by the boats, stand-up paddles and bicycles that we were allowed to use. Also, it's great that there are so many kitchen appliances there. There is also a large, shared refrigerator with freezer. You have shade on the terrace all day. Our dogs also enjoyed the stay. We left them on their tow lines, as the garden wall is too low for them to reach the sea. However, this provides a unique view of the sea. Except for a few walkers and anglers who passed by the beach, we were all alone. Great, exactly what we wanted! I can only recommend the Stonehouse. However, if you have problems with the noise from the street, you should think carefully about booking. You can hear the street at all times, because it is always busy. In addition, there is a lot of construction in the area.

We loved our stay at Ivana’s place. A very clean, spacious apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea and a private beach! A short drive to great restaurants and Paklenecia NP! Ivana was a great host, very kind and communicative. Highly recommend.

Danijela was the best host we could ask for, she provided everything and more (big hvala again for the welcome drinks and the pancakes!!!), there were sampoo, sunscreen, shower gel, and more in the bathroom The place itself was clean, has great location, close to the beach (3 mins), and the old town (~20 mins by foot), the outdoor space and the kitchen is convenient, and a big big plus: the AC!!

What you see on the pictures is what you get! Absolutely amazing location, we think the best possible house on that stretch of the coast. We stayed before the height of the season, so I can't speak for the rest of the summer, but for us it was very calm, quiet, and uncrowded. The apartment is small but cozy, has everything you need, the balcony is a godsend to enjoy the view and soak in the sea breeze. Vesna was a great host, very accommodating and communicative, really did her best to keep us well-informed and feeling welcome. We would confidently recommend this place!

My stay at Irene's was fantastic! Everything was clean, lovingly furnished, and exactly as described. Irene is an incredibly friendly and helpful host—you immediately feel welcome. I definitely recommend it; I would come back anytime.

When we arrived at the accommodation there was a leak Iva is very responsive and professional Very beautiful apartment. Very well placed for the city But very noisy because there is a bar below Thanks again!

Cosy flat in the little port in Mali Iž. We were there for a coulple of days in the end of September, and the place was quiet and peaceful. Views from the balcony on the water and the port is all you need :) Bedroom window is facing the courtyard and it was super silent, good night sleep. Kitchen is not big but has everything you need, we cooked and it was ok. The shop is literally next door. Kind hosts. We recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay. View from the window is beautiful, children and dog explored the tiny “island” nearby. We have never been in seaside apartment with so well equipped kitchen- there was everything, even dishwasher, mixer, citrus squeezer, toaster etc. and basic ingredients like salt, sugar, vinegar, oil; herbs are growing around the house. There are a lot of cuddling cats on the island and nice hiking trails for us who come out of the season. Ivo welcomed us warmly and was useful when we needed info about doctor on the island- there is doctor in Žman and in Sali. Great vacation overall.

Mrs. Nikolina has a beautiful accommodation that is highly recommended if you come to Zadar. The accommodation is beautiful, clean, has everything you need in the apartment for a pleasant stay in it. We had fast and excellent communication with the host and I will definitely return to that apartment again

After 12 wonderful days, we would like to thank you very much for the beautiful stay at Sabunike 66. Everything was great - from the cozy accommodation to the well-kept surroundings to the pleasant atmosphere. We felt completely comfortable and enjoyed our time to the fullest. The pool was worth every penny when the temperature was at 30 degrees or even just to wake you up in the morning

We had a great stay. The location is wonderful. Situated on a hill with a great view of the valley towards the sea. The hosts were very friendly and always easy to reach. The house has everything you need. The pool was cleaned every morning. Highly recommended! Thank you :-)

Excellent accommodation with a fantastic outdoor space in a peaceful village location. Milan is very friendly and kind. A car is needed to explore the area of Zadar and further afield but you could easily enjoy your time staying at the property relaxing and enjoying the outdoor facilities.

Great place with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Hosts were super helpful and even provided a travel cot and highchair for our little one. Would recommend having a car to get to town but can easily/cheaply park to get into the old town. Ubers were also very available and good value.

The accommodation was very well maintained and in a pleasantly quiet location. The pool and the jacuzzi were always very clean and there were plenty of free loungers. In the apartment, everything was as described and everything was well maintained. Radovan was a very likeable host with good English skills, the exchange was always possible without problems. We will certainly come back!

We had a very nice stay in Bibinje. The beach is only a few minutes away from the property. Bakeries and restaurants as well as souvenir shops are in the immediate vicinity. The view from the balcony is very nice! Each room had air conditioning. It's not far to Zadar. There are loungers by the pool, but no parasols. We would come back.

Lorena's houses are AMAZING. We had a trip for 5 days with 2 kids under 2. Two separated rooms was perfect for us. Houses are geniously equipped, you will find there everything whats needed. The dishwasher and laundry is an additional detail which was very good to have. Houses are perfectly located, nearby the centre and bus station (where you can go eg to Split or Krka national park). Close you will also have a supermarket where you can buy totally everything. Definitely we will recommend this place to friends and maybe go back to Zadar again in the future.
