In the old characteristic Broek in Waterland near the church, in a newly built barn behind the farm. Featuring private access (self check-in) a split level with sleeping area and garden area. On the ground floor (24 m2) is a living room with sofa, kitchenette with fridge, two hotplates, dining area and separate bathroom. On the loft is the bedroom with a double bed, plenty of closet space and a clothing rack. Good WiFi available. There are two bikes (Veloretti) for rent (10,- per bike per day)

In the 'Farmhouse', an recently restored farmer's house built in 1880, you will find peace and quiet plus all that Amsterdam has to offer around the corner!

Our apartment is a new (opened on September 1, 2020) luxury and cozy guest house with a private entrance, a terrace on the bedroom and a lovely bench in front of the door. The apartment is quietly located in a beautiful place in Amsterdam-Noord, surrounded by greenery and on the water. Within 10 minutes you are downtown. It is the place to enjoy everything that Amsterdam has to offer and to explore the beautiful nature of Waterland within a few minutes on the (free) bicycles.

Relax here, in your own 'home sweet home', full of comforts, in a quiet area... all the ingredients for a wonderfully relaxing stay for up to 4 people. Located next to the nature reserve 't Twiske, ideal place to sail, paddle board, hiking, cycling. Cycle in 10 min. to A'dam North or in 30 min. to Central Station. By public transport, it is also only 20 minutes to Centraal Station and within 30 minutes at the RAI, or the cozy Pijp with its many terraces and the museum square.

Are you tired of the city? Are you looking for a special destination for a vacation in your own country? I would like to welcome you to my unique location in the middle of the countryside of Waterland. Just 15 minutes from the city center of Amsterdam, and a stone's throw from picturesque Broek in Waterland, lies my houseboat. To reach the yard, use a small ferry to cross the Broekervaart. The ferry is, by the way, private property, and is only used by my guests.

On the edge of the village of Broek in Waterland is this nice, modernly furnished cottage. The guest house is surrounded by meadows and borders the nature reserve the Volgermeerpolder: the ideal starting point for beautiful hiking and cycling trips through Waterland/Groot-Amsterdam. Upon returning to the cottage, you can enjoy the wide views and the most fantastic, colored sunsets both in the indoor and outdoor space.

The Practice

A wonderfully luxurious accommodation with all the comforts, in the beautiful rural village of Broek in Waterland. 20 minutes away from Amsterdam Centrum. It's a 5 minute walk to the bus that runs directly to Amsterdam Central Station. It is entirely private with all around terrace and a nice garden with three places to sit. Around fenced and lockable with a nice gate. The house is not suitable for little children.
