Family-friendly holiday rentals in Zrće Beach

Very nice apartment and in a great location

Me and 7 of my friends stayed here whilst attending Hideout Festival. After having a nightmare getting to the villa with our transfer dropping us a 15 minute walk away during a thunderstorm we were incredibly pleased with the Villa. It was as described and photographed; clean modern and in a great location. Ozzy is a fantastic host and made sure that our stay was enjoyable and that we had everything we needed at all times. I cannot recommend Ozzy and his properties highly enough. If we decide to go back to hideout next year we will defiantly be seeing him again!

Our stay was fantastic! The location is incredibly beautiful, picturesquely located on the edge of Velebit National Park, but not far from the sea, which you can see from the terrace. The amenities were as promised, everything was easy to use and two highlights are: the barbecue and the small but really nice pool with whirl function. To the sea (by car) between 5 and 10 minutes, to breathtaking coves, with crystal clear water. In addition, the water is refreshing in selected places, because of the cold springs from the karst mountains (hot tip, for those who like it cooler). The nearest small town of Karlobag (about 10 minutes by car) offers shopping, restaurants and evening entertainment (live music). Konoba Karlobag (directly opposite Main parking with green pan umbrellas) is highly recommended! (And the new walk between Rabiciza and Karlobag is very great!!) Villa Dabo is a beautiful villa with a perfect outdoor area. The pool and grill area as well as the garden are the ideal place to relax and enjoy a good time with friends and family. The villa is very private and only 10 minutes from Novalja town and 15 minutes from Zrcé beach.

We spent wonderful days in Lun with our hosts. Upon arrival, the fridge was filled with delicious plums and drinks. We even got a high-quality olive oil from our own production and were later surprised with homemade plum bags. The hostess was very nice and accommodating. The pool was cleaned daily in the morning and was impeccable. The location is fantastic, surrounded by old olive trees. On foot, you can reach a small but very beautiful and almost private bay in about 15 minutes through the olive grove. By car, you can also quickly reach other beaches. It takes about 20 minutes to shop to Novalja. The house has a nice big balcony with sea view. We were even allowed to enter the house earlier. We felt very comfortable and recommend the accommodation. Thank you!

Great Villa, with a lot of place. There are no neighbours, so we could be loud with no problems.

Davorka and Mladen were hosting us as a group of 4 adults and 2 children. Even better as we have expected. We loved the perfect house including the lovely terrace and the very clean beach/sea directly in front of it. If you are looking for a quiet and authentic airbnb we definitely reccomend a stay in Kosljun. So go for it…

We arrived at 5 and were all very happy with the place, the apartment was very clean, the hostess was very nice, we would come back 👍😊☀️

Marin was a super friendly host! Our flight got delayed but he was very responsive and flexible with our check in time. He additionally gave recommendations for the area which were quite helpful. The Airbnb was as described, we really liked the balcony to sit in the evening!

It was a pleasure to come back to Pag in the Nikolina's flat. Always recommended!

Very nice place to stay, clean and tidy room with everything that you need on your vacation. Great location with view on the sun setting behind the horizont every evening. Nikolina was lovely and helpful, I would give six stars if possible.

Very cozy and clean accommodation right in the first row by the sea. Beautiful beach about 3 minutes walk. Ana and Ane are very friendly and nice hosts. Close to restaurants and many beaches. It is a very nice place and we recommend accommodation here.

Great place; about 5mins walk from centar of Pag. Recommend yo absolutely do the "life on Mars" walk which 30 mins from the Airbnb. You can find it on other applications. Confortable bed, and lots of place on the terrasse. I recommend other to book this place and to absolutely visit Pag while in Croatia.

I recommend this apartment to everyone, friends, family, couples… The owner is great and the location is perfect. Next to the beach and the bus is a 3-minute walk to Zrće beach. The owner is constantly available for any questions or problems.

Marija's place was perfect for our stay in Pag, clean and with the right spaces it was well located and with a beautiful view of the sea. Immediately near the house there were trails to the beaches and the first cove was our favorite. If we went back to Pag, we would definitely keep Marija's place always available and friendly

Our stay was very nice. We were warmly welcomed. The place is very nicely decorated, very quiet from the location, access to the pool and sea very easily accessible. Hosts and family members are all very friendly and helpful. Thank you for the wonderful time at your placle.

A beautiful, quiet spot away from town and close to a great little beach/bay, down the hill from the property. A good sized swimming pool for the warmer days and lots of space for dining outside. There were lots of great places to visit all within a short drive, but we were equally happy to stay by the pool and relax. The property itself is stunning with views out over the sea. I would love to visit again sometime.

Charming, clean, stylish, well equipped house with lots of character and breathtaking views. We had a delightful 6 night stay. She surprised us with a home made goodies. Unlike in other houses that we experienced in Croatia, we found everything we needed, from all kitchen equipment including sponges, hand soap, salt, pepper, some extra spices, dishwasher tablets and perfectly working A/C. We used a BBG, which also had wood and utensils. The terrace is great but the heated pool was and a swing was an absolute hit for our 5 year old. The beaches were about 500-700m away, I loved the hills for my morning runs. There are few ok restaurants not far from the house. If/ when we come to Zubovići again, this is where we will choose to go !

It was a lovely stay! Blanka is super nice and attentive. The studio was clean, organized, and well equipped. The pool was a blast... after a long drive it was exactly what we were hoping for!

We stayed there for the autumn holidays. Since the season was already over, it was very quiet and peaceful. A lot had already been closed. But Kata had warned us that we would be a week late, so to speak. Nevertheless, it was very nice there. We cooked ourselves, which was no problem in the well-equipped kitchen. For the 5 of us, two adults with three children (9,9,12), the space was good although we spent quite a lot of time in it and often had to eat indoors because of the not always good weather. The beach is also very nice in autumn and perfect with kids. We were also able to bathe well when the sun showed up. We would definitely come back.

Everything was perfect, we had really great time in Patricia's house. Patricia is very nice and helpful host☺️
