We had the most wonderful time at the house! It's a private little getaway with green all around you and a beautiful view on the surrounding mountains. Charlotte was a great, attentive host and provided us with lots of recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area.

We stayed with Stephane and his wife in late summer with 12 friends. The two welcomed us very warmly and interested and took a lot of time for the room tour. Even during our stay, they were always available for us and took care of us immediately if we had any questions or needed anything. The property itself has been convincing in all areas. Everything was clean and tidy. The highlight is of course the stunning location overlooking the sea, the heated pool as well as the sunbathing landscape and the stylishly furnished rooms. We had a great time staying with Stéphane and would be happy to come back!

The home was lovely, even better than the photos with a stunning, unobstructed view over a vista of wild flowers and bushes to the sea. Although the home is technically an apartment, since it sits above another residence, we had total privacy and never once noticed the presence of the neighbor. We had the beautiful yard, deck, grill and pool completely to ourselves and felt as if we were in a stand-alone private villa perched on an isolated mountainside. Actually, the connection to another building was a plus, since there was an "epicerie" inside it, with fresh local produce, delicacies, and hand-delivered croissants and baguettes. The residence is within a short drive to some of the best beaches in Corsica, and many wonderful restaurants. And it's a short drive to Bonifacio and within easy striking distance of the vineyards of Sartene and Figari. To top it all off, Pascal is a superb and welcoming host, with plenty of recommendations to make the stay enjoyable.

We had a great stay at Valerie’s beautiful house. The house is spacious and very well equipped. We especially loved the terrace with the wonderful pool and the magnificent garden. The whole atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. Valerie gave great suggestions when I asked about a patisserie to get a birthday cake, a good butcher for a barbecue, etc.. And Sahila who checked us in and out was very friendly and nice.

Everything was perfect - even the "missing" gas bottle was ASAP organized and delivered. Very nice and helpful people. Villa is 1a - we unfortunately had bad weather and no one can do anything about it. We passed on small things as positive feedback - but that's not worth talking about here. We'll be back - CRM

Beautiful villa, very clean and well appointed. Peaceful setting with great beaches close by and interesting places to visit. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful, provided great beach and restaurant recommendations. We had a wonderful holiday and were sad to leave!

We stayed a week with 8 adults and 5 children in this fantastic house. We have all traveled a lot and have rented numerous Airbnb apartments, but the villa in Cala Rossa is by far the nicest place we've ever had. The house is even nicer than in the photos. The location right on the beach is simply incredible - you wake up in the morning and look at the sea, have breakfast on the terrace with the same beautiful view and are right on the beach. Our children were overjoyed and were also able to play wonderfully in the large garden. Host Nelly was super nice and helpful and brought us a new one on Easter Sunday 30 minutes after we told her that the coffee maker is broken. The house and kitchen are equipped with everything you need. Each of the four families we were there with had their own bathroom. For larger groups with children, the villa is absolutely perfect. We will be happy to come back

The place was simply fantastic and the view of the sea was exceptional. The equipment is of very high quality and each room has its own shower. Even with a little cooler temperatures, you have a great time in the house. The pool with the terrace and the outdoor kitchen were also a highlight. We had great cooking evenings and got some tips from Christophe and Armelle for shopping and restaurants. There are some bars and restaurants in the immediate neighborhood. Very good stay at this large and beautiful villa! The outside is nice and spacious with heated pool, petanque court... Large, very functional common area at its best! Good location for beaches and hikes Quality performance. I recommend 👍

This was the third time we stayed at Calm and Charm in Porto Vecchio and it was just great to be back! We immediately felt at home! The house is beautiful with a large, private, garden and it's close to the lovely city of Porto Vecchio and the beautiful Palombaggia. We absolutely loved our stay and I cannot say enough good things about the house. The views are amazing and it is such a peaceful location. The house is extremely clean, the kitchen is well stocked with high quality kitchenware and dishes. The a/c in all the rooms works very well. I would recommend bringing binoculars because there are lots of birds and it is fun to watch the boats in the cove. Olivia was great…so responsive and kind. Highly recommend.

Great villa, great welcome, splendid view, functional for 14 people.

This place was perfect! It was easy to find, and sparkling clean when we arrived. Sylvie has done an excellent job in making the place usable and it feels like a home away from home. The villa is set back from the beach a kilometer or two and is surrounded by trees giving one privacy, but there are still fabulous views. There is a local beach a few minutes drive away and several little beach restaurants. We didn`t cook, but it appears that the kitchen was fully stocked. Would definitely stay here again!!

What can I say about this week spent in this beautiful villa "on the water's edge"? It was simply magical! Between the ultra-equipped house, the stunning sea views and this charming little private garden that led us directly to an almost private beach, we were in paradise. The return to reality is a little rough after such an enchanting break, but we have memories full of our heads and a smile that doesn't want to fade away. We are already seriously thinking about coming back next year for a new dose of happiness! A wonderful spot. Beautiful setting and a lovely villa with a spectacular view. The walk into town is fine (15 mins downhill) and lots of restaurants there to visit. La Voile Rouge is a great place on the beach. The villa is really well equipped, especially for babies (steriliser, baby cutlery, cot, high chair, blender, etc). Jessica is a fantastic host - always responsive and really helpful which makes such a difference. She helped us have a fantastic holiday and we’d definitely return.

Very nice villa. Very well equipped. Everything is designed to make you feel good. Very nice and heated pool. Beautiful environment and very quiet. We were a family of 7 adults, 3 children and 1 baby. The cousins loved the sleeping area. Parents loved the bedding and the 3 outdoor spaces in the sun or shade as desired. The photos match the house perfectly. Proactive and friendly hosts. We will gladly return and recommend it to our friends. Thank you for everything 👍

We had a great time with friends in this house perfectly designed to ensure comfort and privacy for everyone. Each couple had their own space (bedroom, bathroom, toilet), which greatly contributed to everyone's comfort. The house is very well equipped which made our stay even more enjoyable. It is also tastefully decorated, very functional and comfortable to stay in. Our host was very available and particularly accommodating throughout the stay. Finally, the location is ideal for discovering the wonders of Corsica: close to the must-see sites while offering a peaceful setting. We would definitely recommend this listing!
